Always in our area drainage every 6 months there is blockage.
now also it was blocked.
kindly take up immediate steps to resolve this issue.
Please requesting, give me a permission for road cutting, i will re-check our pipes & inserting new pipes for the same.

I have Kaveri water supply to my house. Every month I’m getting only the minimum amount as the bill even though I use Kaveri water. Please help me with this so that I can get the correct bill amount. You can contact me at [protected].

I'm residing in Bangalore Garvebhavipalya Palya Lakshmi layout, We have had only 2 house and now we have constructed 1 house on top of that. Initially when construction is going on we have spoken to BWSSB employee they said for 1 house construction no need to get any meter, so we didn't take any extra meters. Now from past 3 months the billing man converted Non domestic to Partial domestic. Even though we are using very less water still they are giving heavy bill. So we asked to Change it to non-domestic now they are asking for 10, 000. Please kindly help to convert the meter to Non domestic.

The sewerage is overflowing and it's all over it is not my house it's from the road one flowing into my home please resolve this I'm having issues to stay also it is very dirty.

My Pranams to you all !!! I am writing this after all my attempts to resolve the matter for a solid 7 years.

I am simply appalled by the way how my case has been handled by BWSSB without any resolution for the past 7 years. This is in spite to visiting the Kundanahalli office many many times. For your info. I travel all the from San Francisco, USA to the BWSSB office every time (almost every year sparing the Covid years) and is no fun doing this for past 7 years. I had so much faith and belief in the system which now has been shattered with such a high bureaucracy and negligence in handling my case, not to mention how much harassment that my tenants, my property manager and myself had to face. Its always been a humble request all these years and with no end in sight, I had to resort to finally formalize through this complaint.

It all started with the bill amounting to 40k that was due to meter fault. The meter was replaced eventually after many visits, but the bill amount kept on adding due to interest that shouldn't have been to begin with. Finally, it snowballed to 2.47 lakhs with not a single drop used by us !!! Based on Mr. Anwar Mirza advice, the then EE, I sent a DD for 1.25 Lakhs to at least initiate the process of taking care of the bill. Its been 4 years from the time we sent the letter with no resolution in sight. At this time of writing Mr. Mirza has been replaced by Mr. Darshan who wouldn't even respond to calls and text messages.

My effort on contacting the chariman Mr. Jayaraman has been in vein after numerous requests to Mr. Sharath. We also met Mr. Somashekar who was then Cheif Engineer, but could not move a needle with AECS office staff. My personal experiences with the staff at the ACES east office is another story that would take another 5 pages. I distinctly remember all the names after numerous trips!!!

Finally, spoke to Mr. Kumar Naik this week who is willing to look into the issue and resolve to the satisfaction. Nevertheless, I wanted to provide the details so the concerned people know about this can act immediately before I escalate to other Leaders.

I am sure that you sympathize with all the things that I had to face these 7 years. I would like to have all the pending charges waived and also refund the DD amount that I paid for no fault of ours. You should be happy that I am not asking for my travel expenses !!

I would like to speak to Mr. Jayaraman to highlight the trigger point for all this that I wouldn't want to describe in this complaint which would not be a responsible act on my part. I am hopeful that I will be given an opportunity to speak. I have enclosed some of the emails and documents along with this complaint. Please please please help and I don't know how else I can request honestly.

We get water only once in a week and due to road work BBMP has damaged the pipe 5 times and everytime we repair the pipe . Today also it was broken ...the valvemen has shouted us for no reason and closed the pipe connection with end cap.

Why should we be blamed for BBMP, L&T and BWSSB people for no reason.

Does it mean water connectionneeds to be stopped for us instead of repairing....

Have been trying to file a complaint against an issue i am facing with BWSSB broken pipe causing water leakage. The portal doesn't allow for submition of complaint stating field doesn't satisfy the requirement when it is correct. I believe this is done to lessen the number of complaints recieved if none at all. Sewage line on our street has been blocked and wastage is coming back. I have made a complaint through BWSB online App. Screen shots are enclosed. Sorry to note that on both occasions, the complaints were showing as closed even attending the case nor I received any courtesy call from the concerned to check the issues. Please look into the same on priority as the sewage waste will fill our toilets at any point of time

My RR No W[protected] charging the sc for borewell 100 rs my residence having no borewell. please update the details in coming months bills if i paid the bill include 100 rs please adjust that amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the resident of 106, 3rd Main KGE Layout, New Bel Road, Bengaluru 560094.

Each month I am trying to pay monthly bill online. Unfortunately it is getting rejected afterwards. This is not possible for a customer to know since it is not getting rejected immediately after making the payment but later.

Now I see that penalties have accumulated over the last four months for non-payment. Although I am an old lady, I eventually had to visit physically the BWSSB office located near New BEL Road this morning and was told that there are some issues with the online payment of water bill. I cleared all my dues.

I would like to know why we are being penalized for a technical problem of the BWSSB? I also found out that there is no ECS facility. I am being a senior citizen lady, this is harassment only.

Please address the issue and take corrective action.

In our area the water supply is every alternative days, but since last 1 month the water supply to our road is irregular & having very low pressure.We have complaint to the valve man but does not respond properly. Also we have registered our complaint in the complaint book maintained in our area bwssb office. Because of this we have to purchase from outside.

So kindly look into this & ensure proper supply of water.

Bhuvaneshwari Nagar 9th cross Dasarahalli main road near Reliance fresh there is a overlooking the savage line please clear the line as soon as possible.

The original present reading of the meter is 141000 but in the bill it is wrongly mentioned as 147000 (Bill No: N-238018). Hence request you to kindly notify the concerned billing person & update the water bill for current month
