Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your notice that the Ground water has got mixed with the drinking water (the water seems to have contaminated too much) making many kids and family fall sick with severe Vomiting and Stomach upset. Though we have got into the practice of boiling the filter water and drinking it but we come in contact with the contaminated water while brushing and bathing. It would be great help if some authority could visit our apartment and solve the ongoing Water contamination issue.

We are suffering without water here for months together. The person who opens the valve SHIVA is always drunk and never leaves water to lane. Expect our house all the houses have an alternative connection taken illegally from another lane and they are getting water through that. That person who opens the valve takes bribe from other houses and gives them water through that illegal connection. Except my lane rest of the areas are getting good water most of the times they get water entire night.

Due to the metro work my borwell connection has also dried up. Without any choice we are opting for tanker services and paying for those services.

Kindly do the needful by taking necessary action and also request you change the line man who is incharge of opening the Valve.

From past 3 months we’ve been levied 2-3 times more billing amount than normal water bill inspite of borewell water supply pls help us

There is a water pipeline damage at Ramanjaneyanagar circle, 2nd main, Chikkalasandra for the past 3 days. Concerned authorities have been notified but no action has been taken.

6th main, Srinivasnagar, pipeline road, Sunkadakatte, Bangalore 560091.
Recently there was a new water line established in the above address. The mud for covering is not done right, now it has created pits at certain places. Recently, one boy was about to fall off by slipping. The entire road is blocked because of this. Importantly near by home's sewage water line is blocked and it is all coming on the road. The road was well done for vehicles to travel and now everything is spoilt.
If something happens then bwssb will be held accountable. So please do needful as early as possible.

Sewage blocked.. need urgent resolution

Manhole is blocked in hemanth nagar 6th main ded end, so please take action on priority.

I am resident of 5th cross babu reddy layout manorayana palya. The pits of this area are always full and the sewage is overflowing. Due to this all the houses are facing problem of blockage and water clogging.

Sir/ Madam,
There is a drainage block in the 2nd Cross, 8th Main, Byrasandra, Jayanagar (East) 1st Block (adjacent to Sanjay Gandhi Institute of trauma and orthopedics) for nearly two weeks. It has resulted in the backflow of dirty water in the bathroom of the ground floor of the apartment and the lane. This in turn is causing bad smells, has become a breeding place for mosquitoes and is posing a health problem for residents.
I request your good offices to kindly look into the matter and solve the problem. Your prompt response will go long way in improving hygienic conditions in the area.

The sewage tanks of our apartment are full because the pits on the road are full and we are receiving back draft of sewage into our apartment .
.this is causing health hazards yo the apartment residents ..

Hi Team,

There is sewage/drainage overflow from our house chamber.
We did cleaning by calling the nearby sewage cleaners and no issue found in our pipe connected to main pipe/chamber.
Please help to get this cleaned asap.

There are kids in our home as well as neighbourhood. It will impact their health.

Also Diwali is coming and neighbourhood cannot celebrate it peacefully.

Road chamber overflowing due to which the homes near are facing the chamber water is coming inside the homes.
Today the bwssb vehicle came and now they said we can’t clean this and they went.
This is a regular issue we are facing this road is very near to big chamber line but still this issue is occurring from past 4 years and every time the nearest home call this bwssb vehicle for cleaning and they pay 3k rs how can everytime people pay for it
This issue needs to be sorted from root level.
Please fix the chamber I believe the chamber is not properly aligned within the road also something would have been stuck please fix this issue.

People are charging 50, 000 for getting conversion from non domestic to domestic

Water is very muddy, smelly and filled with lather and not at all suitable to drink please check at the earliest and resolve

I have a BWWSB Water Connection at the above address having RR no W-411272?W44
The average consumption of water at my residence had been around 36000 Ltrs.
But during the last three months the reading (Consumption) is shown as given Below,

There is no reason why the consumption to go up - There were no guests at hoe nor any change in Set-up. Please replace my meter immediately and rework my water bill base on the average consumption prior to August bill.

Sir there is no borewell in our premises and still the BWSSB is charging Rs-500 every month since last 10 years. I kindly request you to withdraw borewell sc charges immediately.
