Se313463 - Prabhu N D Billing has always been in accurate for over last 5 years. They indicate fake meter reading and show very high consumption and charge exorbitant billing amount just because my senior citizen dad did not pay them any bribe. Inspite of repeated requests no change in their approach. Frustrated with this I asked them to disconnect the service (two years back) and since then paying 520 rupees per month (without getting single drop of water) assuming that in the future it would be adjusted if I re-instate the connection. Meanwhile they forcefully remove the meter without any intimation. Due to covid the entire property was not occupied till 20th July 2022. Now I get bill of Rs.2045 due on aug 16 (as arrears while there is no way because I pay on time the 520 rupees via paytm before due date (last one year). Repeated calls to the biller (who asked me to pay only the previous month charges (as some error has happened i.e. paytm payments not credited) while there is no option to pay partial bill amount online hence have not pad and raising complaint here. Request the management to initiate enquiry and refund any excess amount billed, correct the current month bill and adjust the same.

Water supply is very slow in our area from long time and no water supply from past one week...our area is ri ramayya residential layout, near Sri Krishna school, chikka devasandra, kr puram 560036

The silt is blocking the sewewerage and the sanitary cleaning is often done and even the sanitary person is suggesting to call the silt cleaning and raise a different complaint for it

6th Cross, Brindavan Layout, Vignana Nagar, Ward No.81, . We are frequently facing sewage main lane clogging, this happens once in avery week. On request this jetting machine reports and they do pressure clearing, which gives relief for 2-3 days. After a week we see the block emerges again.
This phenomena happening since laying larger dia pipe at the main road, when the contractor applied some material and blocked the 6th cross sewage line at the merging point with the main line, and the contractor did not remove the block. This has been reported to Hon'ble Minister Shri Basavaraj, BWSSB AEE, AE at A Narayanapura service station. Inspite of repeated reminders BWSSB Service station did not resolve the problem once for all. We, residents at 6th Cross, Brindavan Layout, unable to use our kitchen, wash rooms as there is no flow of water, instead it started reversing, emenating severe smell, causing health problem for children and elders.
We request the concerned official to look into this issue and resolve the problem once for all so that we can live peacefully in this area.

The sewage from 19th cross, 2nd Block, jayanagar is coming into my house inspection chamber and overflowing from there causing all the waste to accumulate in my compound and continating my drinking water sump. This is happening for the last 2 months and there is yet to find the solution. Please resolve this major issue.

Our home water meter bearing no s238564/KL04 reading number is not correctly accessible from last one month. I had already informed this month water reading official to replace the same, we shall bear that cost of replacement.
Kindly request you to looking in to this matter and resolve the issue by the replacement above said meter otherwise officials enter or furnish approximate running numbers, longer run it will cost to us

I have made payment for a new connection for application ID : 115200E11 on 04/08/2022 with payment reference number YHMP[protected].

When I check the status on website for receipt, I still see the payment is failed on 04/08/2022.

Request to please assist me .

Drainage pathhole is covered after road topping and now Water is stagnant. More and more mosquitoes are coming who is taking responsibility if people around are affected with dengue, malaria... etc.
Please resolve this before something major happens to someone, also there are many children in and around this place. Hopefully government takes a step for this.

This is Mubeen Taj, RR Number W-377232 residing at No. 5/1, 7th Cross, Pipeline, New Guddadahalli, Bangalore 560026.
The waterman by name Hanumanthaiah and his mobile number is [protected] told us that your water meter is not running please change the water meter and pay Rs.5000 and exchange the water meter, though it was running in good condition. Then we have paid a sum of Rs.5000 and returned the old water meter to him. Even after changing the water meter without seeing or checking the reading the waterman use to put the bill of Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 monthly blindly, below attached the water bill of previous and present month please go through it and do the needful at the earliest.

PLEASE ASK YOUR WATERMAN TO FIRST CHECK THE READING AND THEN PUT THE BILL, PLEASE BE HONEST TO THE SALARY AND COMPANY WHAT THEY ARE PROVIDING TO HIM.

Sir, Because of yesterday rains the the main drainage line completely blocked, So our drainage water is not going into the main line and our drainage chambers are overflowing in our parking area. It's full of bad smell and bad water in our parking area.

I'm hereby by requesting you to please send your vehicle and clear the blockage in the main line, it's happened earlier also.

I, Puspendu Ghosh, am writing an email to register a complaint against the Bill established against my name for this month. I have made the following payment of Rs. 230 on 15th July 2022 using the Google Pay Services.
