Sir,

Outside chamber toilet water and waste coming inside the house thru toilet drain our bed room and hall filled with outside chamber toilet water and waste.
I gave several times complaints but there is no action.
Today 8:30 pm my house filled with outside toilet debris and toilet water.
Due to BWSSB gave sewerage wrong connection. Last 1 year am facing same problem.
Kindly help me sir

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      There is a huge collection of garbage piled up in our neighborhood empty plot. Due to this there are lots of health issues, allergies, Dengue fever and also lots of mosquitoes.
      We have many kids and old people in our neighborhood. Please look into this issue and take action.

            Address: Sector 3 HSR layout, Bangalore

            Despite staying in HSR layout Sector 3, which is a BDA layout, we are getting irregular Kaveri water supply. We hardly get Kaveri water once a week. Even for that there is no fixed schedule. It is done as per the convenience or wishes of the BWSSB. Residents have complained multiple times but no respite. And are forced to go with tanker water.
            What is the use of staying in BDA layout if even the basic amenities are not provided.

                Huskur gate ward No -11 very dirty, open drainage and no permanent solution government does, only temporary work every time I am fed-up by saying nearby stores people, ... I request please do some cleaning 🧹 and do some permanent solution.

                      The linemen, Shankarappa, has not released water since 19th May 2023. He has informed that the motor is gone bad. This is the 3rd incident in 6 months that he days the motor is gone bad.

                        Every year during the rainy season the resident of zafarulla layout, near Ar Rahman Masjid, govindpura Bengaluru 560045 experience sewerage blockage/drainage (Mori) due to which the drainage water logging in the residential house and they have been undergoing imennse pressure. The blockage in the drainage/ Mori is excessive and it is the regular problem faced by the residents during the rainy days. It is requested you to kindly take appropriate measures to treat drainage and avoid swerage blockage.

                                  Why there is pro-rata charges for new construction

                                  Can BWSSB officials explain why people has to pay pro-rata charges of Rs. 40 per sqft to get new connections? On what basis you are charging that much. For 1200 sqft owners has to pay 48000 + extra charges. You are charging monthly water consumption too + sanitary charges too. There is no proper reason why to pay ????
                                  Neither BWSSB provides free water for rest of life nor they do their work on time. ON WHAT BASIS THAT MUCH YOU PEOPLE...
