Despite staying in HSR layout Sector 3, which is a BDA layout, we are getting irregular Kaveri water supply. We hardly get Kaveri water once a week. Even for that there is no fixed schedule. It is done as per the convenience or wishes of the BWSSB. Residents have complained multiple times but no respite. And are forced to go with tanker water.
What is the use of staying in BDA layout if even the basic amenities are not provided.

Huskur gate ward No -11 very dirty, open drainage and no permanent solution government does, only temporary work every time I am fed-up by saying nearby stores people, ... I request please do some cleaning 🧹 and do some permanent solution.

We are facing cauvery water issue where they leave water at late night and not leaving on correct day and time they leave water at around midnight 2.00Am it's really frustrated

The linemen, Shankarappa, has not released water since 19th May 2023. He has informed that the motor is gone bad. This is the 3rd incident in 6 months that he days the motor is gone bad.

Every year during the rainy season the resident of zafarulla layout, near Ar Rahman Masjid, govindpura Bengaluru 560045 experience sewerage blockage/drainage (Mori) due to which the drainage water logging in the residential house and they have been undergoing imennse pressure. The blockage in the drainage/ Mori is excessive and it is the regular problem faced by the residents during the rainy days. It is requested you to kindly take appropriate measures to treat drainage and avoid swerage blockage.

Can BWSSB officials explain why people has to pay pro-rata charges of Rs. 40 per sqft to get new connections? On what basis you are charging that much. For 1200 sqft owners has to pay 48000 + extra charges. You are charging monthly water consumption too + sanitary charges too. There is no proper reason why to pay ????
Neither BWSSB provides free water for rest of life nor they do their work on time. ON WHAT BASIS THAT MUCH YOU PEOPLE...

Hi I am prabhakar a resident of kavalbyrsandra doddannagar Bangalore 560032, today it was found that from the corporation water supplied pit water was mixed into it, such a worst supply of water why is it with irresponsibility, and it is not only faced at our home but also the neighbour please I request to solve the issue and take the action by today itself we are annoyed and facing severe issues because of what has happened

We received the bill and see a SC for Borewell amount where as we do not use the borewell water at all.
Please help with justification for this.
We dont understand the logic. Because we only use the cauvery water and the consumption is tracked as per meter, Why are we being charged for a facility which we are not even using.

This is to keep to informed that in kamakya layout 4th main 5th block there is sanitary pipe damage and sanitary water is overflowing which is leading to bad smell.We are not awae why the BWSSB has dig in that place and they have not covered the place properly.Please consider this as a high importance request as there is a clinic where many patients come .Request you to inspect the spot properly and complete the work.Please do not make me to escalate to the next level.

BWSSB are installing sewage pipeline in bellandur everywehre but it is not connecting bren paddington apartment, it came to only ocenus triton, I dont have complete detail why it is not came to bren paddington. Bren paddington have 250 flat. Please look into this mattter urgently.

Sewage pipeline coming from motherhood hospital and going towards ramdev medical.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Prashanth L along with all the residents & tenants of 16th Cross, 7th Block Jayanagar West, K.R Road, Bangalore-560070 are facing severe issues from past several months due to release of Sewage & STP water to common drain from Manikchand 117 FF Apartments in Kanakapura Road.
We have complained & informed concerned Apartment authorities several times not to release their Sewage & STP water to common drain as it is illegal. But they are not listening to our concerns & are releasing the water to common drain every day. Due to continuous release of water the common drain is now choked & the polluted water is getting stagnated in front of our houses & road leading to lot of problems. As the polluted water is stinking the people & vehicle movement is troubled and has become breeding place for mosquitoes. Due to the foul smell we are not able move out of house & stay in house as well. The elderly people & children are also facing many health issues. We are not able to stay in the house
The complaint has been registered with BWSSB also along with required (enclosed) images & till now no action has been taken.
Therefore request the concerned authorities & people to take necessary actions to be initiated at the earliest.

The sanitary pipe which is more than 60 years old, gets logged, every time after Rain, resulting in blockage in the house.
After several requests & complaints, the BWSSB workers simply inspect and tell it is internal problem & go. Private workers struggle for hours and say the problem is in the main pipe. Again we complain and the officials come and clear the main pipe. By this we have to suffer for more than a week and incur thousands of Rupees, every often. My house is more than 60 years old. I am a retired professor aged More than 80 years and unable to roam to and from offices due to old age. Hence, I kindly request you to order the concerned to clear the present blockage and direct them to inspect and render a permanent solution, considering my old age.
