I request you to kindly replace the leaking tap of public drinking water tank.
I also request you to kindly replace all the leaking taps at public drinking water tank to avoid unnecessary wastage of precious water.

I am a resident of BCC layout. Vijayanagar. No Cauvery water supply since one week. No proper response on phone. My house No.217, 6th Main is very close to the water tank Chandra layout. Still we have this problem. Please supply water immediately.

Yesterday night drainage overflow and full night people were in trouble to save their life and belongings.

Water entered in houses through bathrooms and main doors .

Pathetic situation

Need immediate fix.

We residents of SR Block 1st, 2nd and 3rd Cross DJ Halli Shampur Road are not at all getting water for drinking also .

We use to get water only 2 days a week on Wednesday or Sunday and from last 3 Months water is coming only at night times that to for 1 hour for which we had to wait sometimes till 3am .

We are contacting line man Mr Dass and as per him he will be drunk on duty and very rudely he says there is no water available .

Can you help us on priorty so that weget prompt solution at this level itself .

Subject: Domestic water bill charge changed to commercial charge, RR No. S-406075 – SW3

I, M K Savithri, having residential house at No.18/1, 2nd Main Road, Nagendra Block, Sreenagara, BSK 3rd Stage, Bangalore – 50, having BWSSB R R No.S-406075 /M-24108 under division SW3. As we were on pilgrimage from December 2020, we had given our residential house to one of our relative to take care the house. Since our relative was a priest at Kumaraswamy Temple at Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore 50, he was preparing Annaprasadam for the temple in our a small portion of the house.

When we were retuned in June 2021, he vacated our house on 30th June 2020, and we started staying in the house from July 2021.
On 2nd October 2021, the water meter reader came to our house and gave the water bill to us showing the bill amount is Rs.1320/- for a consumption of 32, 000 ltrs. On query with the meter reader regarding the hike in bill amount, he said that the bill is charged at Non-Domestic rate.

Prior to December 2020 the bills were prepared at domestic rate and keeping this in mind, I paid the water bill from July 2021 even though it charged at Non-Domestic Rate.

Hence I request to your good self to change the rate from Non-Domestic rate to Domestic rate and re-calculate the water charges from 1st July 2021. The excess amount paid from 1st July 2021 may be adjusted to future water bills.

Kindly do the needful.

We are residing in Apartment which has total 48 Flats and with BESCOM Power sanctioned dating November 2016. Is STP required or exempted for this Apartment. Please confirm.

The main sewage chamber on the road in front of house is blocked and the sewage water is being reversed back to homes drainage outlets. Kindly request to take immediate action today without fail.

Recently bwssb connection work began in hoysalanagar 3rd main 8th cross. In march 2020 when the people came for laying pipeline they used JCB and damaged the home sewage connection. They charged 4000 rs for repairs. Now when the connection was to be given after placing box they are again charging us 6000 rs. This is an exorbitant price and engineers and contractors are also involved in it. It's definitely looting every house owner and the request to the bwssb leadership to please help the citizens from these people looting.

It's been 15 days that we shifted to this location. There is no proper water supply. We were told that alternate days water will be supplied. But the water presure it's not even filling half the tank. Every other house in the lane have same issue. We are requesting you to kindly look into the issue in priority bases.

There is foul smell in the water being supplied to our area since a few days. It appears that sewage water has got mixed with the water supply. Day by day it is becoming very difficult to bear the smell, let alone drinking the water, effecting one's health. Please do the needful.

Every alternate days we used to get corporation water to our area (Lottegollahalli, Railway colony, Bengaluru). Earlier person used to follow the system properly. Now new person has taken over and not following the system. This is the first time past two weeks water is not released to our area. Please look in to the matter and release water on alternate days to our area.

Railway bridge connecting sahakarnagar and canara bank layout is filled with sewage water round the year causing extreme inconvenience to motorists. Stench is unbearable. To top it all a manhole is damaged and all the dirty water is flowing to the underbridge day and night. Can the concerned authorities do something to fix and same us from this mosery. All the small holes on the wall of the bridge also allow sewage water to come on to the underbridge like a mini waterfall.

Heavy sewage blockage and overflowing, no response from the authorities & no solution till date.

This is inform you that I reside in vaibhav green gardens layout, recently water supply connection has been given on tis layout. However, it is to bring to your notice that, there is no proper water supply in this area.

In my area, the assigned waterman is not leaving water regularly and demanding Rs. 400 to be paid every month for the public water. Earlier we were paying Rs. 100 every morning to water man...now demanding more. This has been ongoing issue at my place.. Every time we are facing this biggest challenge.. No body is standing for our help.. Too much of politics within the neighborhood... We are struggling for water everyday..Humble request for the concerned officers to please look in to this matter on priority..

Water supply has been delayed in Vinayaka Layout 3rd stage, Vijayanagar, Bangalore-560040, for unknown reasons, Kindly provide resolution at the earliest as this is causing inconvience to the residents of the locality.
