Hi Team,

This from 2nd stage WOC road near mode eye hospital.
We never had any water supply issue but from past one year we are facing issue.
Every alternate day we get water the last one year we have faced water scarcity. When we call the authorised person he always says there is some issue going on. Why cant it be fixed at the earliest. We pay water bill. If there is no water then we have to call private water supply agency and give money. And water bill should be paid anyway it wont be less. Even if we have not got enough water we have to pay the bill for whatever is used.
When we ask the concerned person to send water tank from BWSSB they send but the pipes they use has soo many wholes that when they release water half of the them are flown out on the roads now this is wastage, and they have only one small pipe probably 10mt. We the residents without fail pay the bill, but the water board is not looking into the issues.
They release water in very low pressure sometimes which is not enough for that day and we have to wait for one more day to fill that tank even that is not guaranteed.
Many people are facing this issue.
Water is the basic necessity please do not make it a business. And the water we use we pay and use, not for free.

Please look into the person who is the authority here for water supply. 24/7 there cant be repairs, issue and not supplying enough water.

Its a humble request by one of the residents on behalf of so many residents who are facing this and not able to reach to the right person.

BWSSB has not provided proper material to supply water to the area when there is no water.

This has been a major issue.
Please have look at it.

For my building use to come around 7000 to 8000. But this time the bill came around 44000. The reason was some issue with the tank and meter which we didn't know .The other part is we had asked the water inspector ( MUNIAPPA SIR ) to solve the issue he did say he would come and check but the problem was solved by him after delaying it for almost a week ( i had informed him of the issue on 12 th april but he had solved the issue on 18th( we had also paid him an 1500 for the repairs ).
We have paid the excess amount so arrears are not charged, could you please solve the issue and deduct the amount for the next few month, cause this expense was almost 6 times of our regular bills.

Hello, i live at 2nd cross Priyadarshini Layout Ramamurthy nagar. The BWSSB pipe is leaking water due to which the residents of my lane are not getting water and most of it goes to waste as it runs down the gutter. This issue has been notified to the line man and few people at the BWSSB office nearest to my location. It has been over two months since the issue was reported but no action taken so far

I had provided the requested documents and also paid the required fees on Mar10th, 2023. Its has been 1.5 months but yet no response from the BWSSB team. Kindly address the issue at the earliest.

In this referred bill, i have been charged extra to the extent of ~Rs. 500 i.e. all head of charges compared to earlier periods it is charged twice (with additional amount of Rs. 307 as "EXTRA"), request you to reverse the excess amount and send me the revised bill for making payment

Very disgusting supply of water to a residential area.
1. watercolor is brown.
2. fishy smell.
3. taste like hard water

Today in my area water supply was not good, with having brown color and fishy smell. we pay tax and other charges and this is how they supply water to my area.

The sewage system is overflowing in front of my house and the stench is unbearable. BWSSB needs to send a truck and clean the drainage system.

Many times i have given complaint on site. it's dangerous the rain water drain near house gates were only rain water would flow instead it has foul smelling drainage water from houses leaking in the rain water drain in place of sewage chambers.

The whole road house have there cavery water pipelines going to individual houses crossing the rain water drain.
This is causing mixing of sewage water and drinking cavery water as sewage touches the pipes of cavery

This issue is very dangerous we request the bwssb team to take immediate action on the houses were leaks are happening and close the leaks to the rain water drain.

I live in AECS layout, A Block, Singasandra, Kudlu Gate near MS Dhoni international school. It’s a BDA approved layout but there is no sewerage line.

Can you please advise when the sewerage line will come in this area? I am tired of following up with BWSSB office.

We at 9th Cross Kanakanagar RT Nagar Post Bangalore 560332 have not been receiving water regularly from last 3 years. Residents in 10th cross and 11th cross are not facing such issues. The problem is with the water pressure and we usually get only 100 lts every alternate days. We have raised official complaint with the RTNagar BWSSB office and they have not yet resolved the issue.
Last 20 days they have not bothered to provide water to our road.

Not sure to whom we need to escalate.

Today we are shocked to encounter a bill issued by the meter reader with a reading of 7902000 however in the meter ( se203377) it shows 789741 a difference of 1122259 litres with a staggering difference of 112259 litres whereas the water is disconnected during February 2022. To our further shock the previous bill shows no draw of water ! Thus we are constrained to place and register a complaint seeking the billing payments which are accounted since 2016 onwards to determine the actual amounts remitted on record and the billing process accountability

After the meter change, the bills have shot up 3X the normal. Trying to reach the meter man and he is not picking the phone. Its just a 30x40 house and no way it can cross few lacs of litres of water. This had to stop.

We usually get the bill around 300-400.
And the usage/consumption of water in this month is still same.

Since yesterday drainage outlet from our house is blocked by the work done outside our house. Kindly fix the issue & oblige.

Building owner of Srinivasa Provision store has been supplying water from his bore well for tankers for commercial distribution. This is commercial utilisation of a residential borewell is illegal and against the law. He has placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 tankers every day. This is causing traffic jams and rapid depletion of groundwater water level in this area .
Requesting the authorities to take necessary action against the building owner and stop the illegal distribution of borewell water

My road has blocked sewage pipe issues often
We a group of residents have to approach our ward bbmp every month and request them to send a tanker to flush out the pipes . Because of the persistent problem of stench and stagnant water we are facing lots of issues. Now my house is affected .the chamber inside my hiuse is blocked because of the main chamber blockage . The pipe of my house is situated low compared to others . I need to know how can this issue be resolved since all the waste water from the chamber is flooding to the road . I have tried pvt cleaning but all they say is it's the issue with the main line .Tge photos are not uploading due to some issue. Even to get it resolved privately I need to cut the road for which I would need approval.kindly look into this matter as soon as possible
