We, the residents of Thyagarajanagar, 2nd Main, 2nd Cross, Vidyapeeta Layout, are writing to bring to your kind attention the significant reduction in Kaveri water supply to our locality over the past 2 months.

The water supply through the piped connection has dropped considerably, and in many households, the pressure is too low to fill the sump even during scheduled supply hours. This has created severe inconvenience for daily usage and has impacted the routine lives of all residents.

We have brought this issue to the attention of the following officials: Lineman – Mr. Ranganath (Mobile:[protected], (AEE) – Ms. Nandini (Mobile:[protected], (JE) – Ms. Kumuda (Mobile:[protected]. We appreciate the responsiveness and courteous approach of the above officials, who have always been approachable and willing to listen to our concerns. Their efforts to address the issue are sincerely acknowledged by the residents, though the problem still remains unresolved.

We therefore earnestly request you to kindly investigate this matter on priority, identify the cause of the reduced supply, and take steps to restore normal water distribution to our area. Your prompt attention and action will be greatly appreciated by all the affected residents.

If feasible, we also request you to consider providing an alternative water source by installing a dedicated borewell for our street. This would serve as a reliable backup during periods of Kaveri water supply disruption, ensuring residents have continued access to water for essential needs.
