Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — online bill amount deducted twice through google pay app (gpay)

I have already raised a concern through google pay and the reference number is :ap[protected]. Still now i have not got any updates on the concern nor the amount. Kindly look in this and do the need full.

Attached is the screen shot of dispute.

On the month of april we had bill due and the bill was not payed but in the month of may both the months amount was added and the bill was payed for the same but in the month of june again the same bill amount has been issued on google pay and the amount has been deducted form my account.
