Dear Sir/Madam. The water meter reading was done on 04.12.2025 and the bill was printed on 11.12.2025 and given to us on 12.12.2025. The last date to pay the bill is on 19.12.2025. If the bill is issued on the day of reading will be very helpful to pay the bill amount in time, instead of waiting for the last date. I hereby request you to kindly look in to this problem and do the needful so that they will issue us the printed bill on the day of reading. Thank you
