    I had booked a train ticket by swiping my rupay debit card no [protected] and my sb acct no[protected] and the same was cancelled on 15th march 2017. Irctc has refunded the amount of rs 3645/- on 17th march 2017, but till date the bank has not yet credited the amount into my account till date. I have already intimated the matter to the branch manager, bangiya gramin vikash bank, pratapdighi in dec 2017 by written application. It is almost 1 year and 3 months passed, the manager has not been taken any effort to resolve the issue. I am serving in indian army and presently serving in kupwara, j&k. Due to exigencies of service, i can't go and contact the bank. Kindly put your personal indulgence to resolve the issue at the earliest. Amount refunded vide irctc arn no - 72020170617060190233583 & rrn no[protected].

      With due respect i beg to inform you that on 11/04/2018, i forwarded a cheque (No-698885) on behalf of samrat software and electronics (A/c no[protected], ifsc utbi0rrbbgb) along with a neft/rtgs form for payment of rs 66879/- to crystal technology (Axis bank account, siliguri branch, west bengal). Due to mistake i wrote the account number [protected] instead of [protected], but the ifsc code and the name of the account holder was properly written on the rtgs/neft form. Our account (A/c no.[protected], ifsc:- utbi0rrbbgb) was debited by the above said amount plus bank commission rs 6/- on 11/04/2018 and unfortunately yet now the said amount is not neither credited to the account of crystal technology nor in our account though it should be credited back to our account. I informed the branch manager, even informed the general manager and the chairman of the bank through mail but no positive response yet.

        I am an account holder of bgvb, patiram branch, dakshin dinajpur. I visited at the branch for submitting 15g form against my deposits on 27/04/2018 at 10.45 a. M. There i came to know that the branch manager was not present. I requested the other staff of the bank including the asst. Manager to accept my 15g form but they refuse to accept the same due to that they cannot accept the same in absence of the branch manager. Further more as stated by the asst. Manager's there was none in charge of the branch manager in absence of the branch manager.

          New atm card active but atm machine show this card is invalid. But why? Not working properly. My a/c o[protected], kapaseria branch, purba medinipur. Contact with my bank branch manager. They could not solve it. Atm card issued in january 2018. If this problem continue day to day then i will close m a/c here and tell every customer to close the a/c here. This bank is backdated.

            With due respect & humble submission i beg to state that i am an a/c holder of bgvb, aurangabad branch, murshidabad. I have taken a personal loan of rs.02 lakh @ interest 13% in 84 months instalment on 19/01/2015 infront of bank manager. An amount of rs.3693 (Emi) has been deducting from 02/02/2015. Then 04/04/2015 loan recovery rs.104 /-, 02/05/2015 loan recovery rs.2072/-, & 02/06/2015, 01/07/2015, 01/08/2015, 31/08/2015, 01/10/2015, 02/11/2015, 01/12/2015, 31/12/2015, 01/02/2016, 29/02/2015, 02/04/2016, loan recovery rs.931/-deducted on those days. Without informing me. Till now i am paying rs.3693/- (Emi) without any default. Now the present bank manager call me into branch and says that your default money has been shown rs. 13896/-, so, the said amount wii be pay otherwise deduct that amount from your account. And also shown my papers of personal loan form where i saw that in papers that the bank authority has fixed 60 instalments instead of 84 instalments for repayment of my loan without informing me. Please take the necessary steps against said bank branch for my harassment day by day. I donot want to suffer for that.

              Sir, i took hbl-500000 & clc-100000 loan from bgvb arjunpur br in december 2010. After transfer my salary account from this br i deposit my cheque book for deduction emi-11100 & 1810 in every month. But after february 2014 cheque are not duducted. I gone to the branch, and give remainder time to time for deducted the cheque. But they does not duducted the cheque from my sbi salary account.
              Now a days bank declared me loan defaulter and pressure me for loan recovery with due time (3.5 years) full interest. How i can give it?
              Please sir, i want to pay my due emi but huge interest pressure upon me for bank negligence.
              I want to compromise on this matter with bank, if bank declared np account and discount 15% on total amount. How can i get this facility?

                    I am mrs ira bogi a bonafide customer of bgvb, nepalgunge br for about the last 20 yrs. My a/c no is[protected].
                    I submit form 15 g every yr in april and ask for an ack which is mostly denied. Later they dont feed it in their system and tds is charged on my int on deposits. When i complain against it they say i didnt submit 15 g and ask for a proof if i did which i dont have as they never issue.
                    On 12.10.17 i visited the branch at about 12.00 noon to make some term deposits. I was told that 15 g was not done in my cust id to which i said i submitted in apr2017. The same story went on and the person who receives 15 g (Named robin possibly) started shouting and directed me to the manager.
                    When i went to the manager he also stated in an extremely hostile manner shouting at the top of his voice that it is not at all customary for the bank to issue an acknowledgement against 15 g. This statement is highly unlawful.
                    I said i submitted. He said the bank may have lost your 15 g and not entered in the system. I protested against it. He said it is a very natural phenomenon for the bank to lose a document. I was stunned at this irresponsible statement. He added arrogantly that the the bank is not liable for your 15 g here and the onus of claiming back your tds amt from it is your headache. This is the second unlawful statement by the manager.
                    When i said i am not supposed to go through this process he said that he will throw us out of the bank if we talk such rubbish (Incidentally my brother who is a senior citizen had escorted me). We are no miscreants on whom he commented to apply physical might to kick us out. This is the third unlawful statement by the branch head.
                    I feel the bm is a disgrace to the banking industry.
                    He had the audacity to insult for no reason a respectable lady and my brother (Sr cit).
                    The most severe punishment should be imposed on him preferably dismissal if not sending him behind the bars because he is a menace to our society also.

All most one year has passed but there is no response from your side. We remind branch manager many times but no result found. We feel hopeless.

                      Almost one year passed away but PMSBY claim not credit in account.
                      I, Sitaram Mahato, a High School teacher, having customer ID[protected] and a/c no[protected] applied for an ATM Card in the 2nd week of July 2017 at BGVB Branch, Gopalnagar, Purulia. But till now I have not got the ATM Card. I think, Gopalnagar Branch do not cooperate me. Therefore I face a lot of problems. Pls take necessary action. Thank you.

                        I, sri dipankar kirtaniya, (Bgvb a/c no.[protected] today went to the bangiya gramin vikash bank, joypur branch (Dist.-bankura) for neft of sum of rs. 17000/- to my another bank account. At first the bankers express their unwillingness to do the neft then after several request they seek a photo id proof, i showed my driving licence but they (Specially branch manager) neglect the driving licence as photo id proof, having no other id proof with me at that time they refuse me with rough and tough words. Even they refuse to give cash in spite of having cheque & passbook with me.
                        So, i am requesting the higher authority to take fruitful step against these unfair behaviour of the bank staff of the said bank branch.

                                  My mom have group account (Sayambhar gosti, member10). There account is credited 280000 rupers. But this bank (Sekh para banch, murshidabad) is withdraw this amount without they are permission. When they complaint this issue, this bank staff misbehavior the group women and threaten they are and say they called police. And they case group member in robbery. And this bank staff is slap the womens. And say they are right to withdraw anytime, this is they are matter. And also say they agreement sign about this but the group women did not know about this when they sign this agreement and bank staff don't tell womens about this agreement when they sign it.                                     I am a businessman (tobacco business) at Nabadwip town and I have day-to-day dealing with Gramin Vikash Bank (Tegharipara branch), as I'm continuing a CC account here. As a business person, I collect a huge number of 10 rupees currency notes from few days. But I am facing tremendous problem while going to submit those notes at my branch. The employees in cash section, are misbehaving with me and my family members (as I send my wife as well as daughter to submit). If they are not capable of counting or receiving these notes, what will we do with those? Should we keep those currency notes at home? No. I can't. Because I have to count interest for each day for my CC loan. Therefore the best option for me is to submit amount everyday as much as possible. Please take a step.

                                      I am a customer of bangiya gramin vikash bank, i also using rupay debit card of bgvb in atm for cash withdraw, but i can't using rupay debit card in online transaction, kindly tell me for sms activation of bgvb rupay debit card or other process for online using this debit card.. So kindly check & instant solve this problem..

                                      Sir,
                                      My A/C No. have been locked. I'm to pay my loan emi Rs. 6788 .00 on 1st August 2017. I'm salaried person. Bank debited emi with the amount of Rs. 3881.00 on 30th July 2017. Account is salaried on 31th August 2017. Manager does not come bank. What to do, where to complain.

                                        This is unfortunately inform you that the staffs including branch manager of mahipal branch p. O - mahipal, p. S-kushmandi distt-dakshin dinajpur is not service in due time and the regarding cheque book is very late and misbehaviur with our govt. Staff for a long time. I have submitted the cheque book request 26.05.2017 but the bank is not issued the said cheque book. Here it is mention that this branch /bank is issue the cheque manually not computerized cheque and it is possible to issue the cheque within an hour. Our udaypur gram panchayat have no-10 of account but the branch service is very late and we are getting problem to give the service to the public.in this regards it is mention that this gram panchayat have to payment the bill regarding construction of road, school building, icds building and many more public related work which is impossible to delay payment.in this regard i, undersigned, requested you to get the relief from this problem.
