Have create a problem on 07/01/17 about 2 pm to 4 pm i used my atm card for cash less shoping. I swiped my card two time and show me trans. Fail but i saw that twice rs 750/- is debited from my account next few time after one rs 750 /- is credited but another 750 /- is not credited my a/c. My ac no[protected]...

With due respect & humble submission i beg to state that i am an a/c holder of bgvb, aurangabad branch, murshidabad. I have taken a personal loan of rs.02 lakh @ interest 13% in 84 months instalment on 19/01/2015 infront of bank manager. An amount of rs.3693 (Emi) has been deducting from 02/02/2015. Aeps not working for bgvb accounts. Contacted with local bank (Bgvb) but no satisfactory reply. People are facing hardship to do transactions. Though balance enquiry through aeps terminal is working. But whenever trying to deposit / withdraw, it says "transaction not permitted to cardholder". This error message is showing each and every bgvb account holder...

Sir, i took hbl-500000 & clc-100000 loan from bgvb arjunpur br in december 2010. After transfer my salary account from this br i deposit my cheque book for deduction emi-11100 & 1810 in every month. But after february 2014 cheque are not duducted. I gone to the branch, and give remainder time to time for deducted the cheque. But they does not duducted the cheque from my sbi salary account.
Now a days bank declared me loan defaulter...

My mom have group account (Sayambhar gosti, member10). There account is credited 280000 rupers. But this bank (Sekh para banch, murshidabad) is withdraw this amount without they are permission. When they complaint this issue, this bank staff misbehavior the group women and threaten they are and say they called police. And they case group member in robbery. And this bank staff is slap the womens. And say they are right to withdraw...

This is unfortunately inform you that the staffs including branch manager of mahipal branch p. O - mahipal, p. S-kushmandi distt-dakshin dinajpur is not service in due time and the regarding cheque book is very late and misbehaviur with our govt. Staff for a long time. I have submitted the cheque book request 26.05.2017 but the bank is not issued the said cheque book. Here it is mention that this branch /bank is issue the cheque manually...
