I am RAJES JANA customer of your Bank (Branch- Bangiya gramin vikash Bank, Bhawanichak, Basudevpur, purba medinipur, 721452)I was trying to withdraw money 15000/(fifteen thousand)from PNB ATM Near Satmile Bank of India Branch on 01/12/2021 at 6:11p.m to 6:14p.m .But I didn't receive any cash from this ATM.But I received SMS about deduction of amount 15000/-.I complained to my Branch on 02/12/2021 and my ATM CMPL number...

I am Bina Chakraborty, A/C No.[protected]. I am facing an trouble of getting a refund worth Rs 500/- with "Refund Reference No - 983220" from Amazon. The company is saying that they have already initiated the refund on 18/11/2021, but still it hasn't reflected in my account. I have called them today and they are saying the refund is successful from their side, now I have to contact to Bank.

With due respect, I would like to bring it to your notice that I had visited your prestigious bank inorder to withdraw money on 22/11/2021 but the cashier of your bank have made customers stand and use mobile phones in front of them and play loud songs which has caused problems to the customers and wasted their precious time.Customers protested and informed to bank manager but did not respond.I will be highly grateful if any early action...

Sir...i wanted to debit rs 7000 from bank of baroda atm on 2nd nov 2021...but atm machine is shown that unable to peocess but my rs 7000 is debited ...my debit card no is [protected]...i wast written complaint in my sarsuna branch on 3rd nov...but no solution is given...pls help me to get this money...

I'm complaining about false deduction of Rs. 9500(Nine thousand Five hundreds only) from BGVB account no.[[protected]] of IFSC PUNB0RRBBGB @ Kamalpur branch, Bankura which was transacted from a SBI ATM, City centre Branch, Durgapur on 2nd November 2021 but the money (Rs. 9500) was not came out from ATM machine was only deducted and I received a message from bank showing the deduction of Rs. 9500 (NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONLY)....

Please refund the same amount into the account as early as possible.

Sir myself Arindam Bhandary. Customer of Bangiya gramin vikash bank Ramchandrapur Branch dist purulia. I was given a cheque 25.08.2021. In ramchandrapur branch but after one month 10 days later cheque cannot cash in my account...now I'm very helpless.kindly tank any process to solve my problem....

From 12:01AM to 12:25 AM, at the time of online transaction ₹ 2000 has been debited from this account but not received to another account. The amount has been debited wrongly....

Online transactions and after withdrawal there is sms or otp doesn't receive by a/c holders....

I want to closing my personal loan but bank authority didn't co-operate with me.It is very urgent.So please help me....
