1. Total amount I should get after maturity is rs.984934 but I have got rs.976224 . Why I had got less amount then I should get? Pls tell and resolve the matter.
2. The bank staffs always harasses me. Never try to solve the matters and take the money without any need and don't tell the solutions.

    Today (12 Jan 2022) I was transferring money through to my father's account held at Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank, Bhagwanpur branch via PAYTM app but the transanction comes failed mentioning the account holder does not have account in Punjab National Bank. Please resolve.

                              Twice ATM withdrawal attempts of amount Rs. 9000/- each time, total amount Rs. 18, 000/- deducted from my account (a/c no[protected], Name- Santu Kumar Patra) on 02/11/2021 (at 10:11 a.m. & 10:15 a.m. respectively) failed with the message pop-up "transaction time-out"! The ATM is of PNB, of Lowada, Debra, Paschim Medinipur, ATM no WBOF4SSU. Complained my Branch at Gidhni, Complaint no[protected] &[protected], visited Regional Bank at Midnapore, but no refund yet. Please look into the matter.

                                I am RAJES JANA customer of your Bank (Branch- Bangiya gramin vikash Bank, Bhawanichak, Basudevpur, purba medinipur, 721452)I was trying to withdraw money 15000/(fifteen thousand)from PNB ATM Near Satmile Bank of India Branch on 01/12/2021 at 6:11p.m to 6:14p.m .But I didn't receive any cash from this ATM.But I received SMS about deduction of amount 15000/-.I complained to my Branch on 02/12/2021 and my ATM CMPL number is 0019018.Amount 15000/- kindly look into this matter and credit my debited amount 15000/- amount as early as possible.

                                  Sir,
                                  I am Bina Chakraborty, A/C No.[protected]. I am facing an trouble of getting a refund worth Rs 500/- with "Refund Reference No - 983220" from Amazon. The company is saying that they have already initiated the refund on 18/11/2021, but still it hasn't reflected in my account. I have called them today and they are saying the refund is successful from their side, now I have to contact to Bank.

                                  Please, look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                    With due respect, I would like to bring it to your notice that I had visited your prestigious bank inorder to withdraw money on 22/11/2021 but the cashier of your bank have made customers stand and use mobile phones in front of them and play loud songs which has caused problems to the customers and wasted their precious time.Customers protested and informed to bank manager but did not respond.I will be highly grateful if any early action is taken from your side as these kind of irresponsible behaviour and negligence needs to be sort out quickly.
