Dear Sir
I am a customer of your bank Ramharipur Branch. My Savings Account No is[protected] .I am trying to withdraw a sum of ₹6500 at PNB ATM MTPS BRANCH BANKURA WB at 12.30PM using my ATM card. No money comes out of ATM but my account is debited by an amont ₹6500. I have applied to the Branch Manager of Ramharipur Branch about my ATM withdrawal problem on 18th October 2021.My complain No is [protected]. But till the date my problem is not solved. I request you for necessary action.

Sir,
This is my humble submission that I was use my ATM card on 07/11/2021 on 12.13 noon an amount of rs. 4000.00, in this time the transaction was not complete but the amount of rs. 4000.00 deducted from my account on this time. I await your response in atm approx 15 minutes but no activity done, then I was made another transection of rs 1500 then the transection was successfully completed, then I wait 24 hours for the automatic refund of the the wrong transection amount of rs 4000.00 but no refund is done and I contact with the branch, then initiate the issues and commitment that the amount will refunded with one month maximum, but today on 09/12/2021 the time exists one month more but no refund done till date.

Therefore you are requested to take the necessary action for the refund please.

      I am a customer of Bangiyo Gramin Vikash Bank of Dhamua branch having Salary A/c No[protected]IFSC Code: UTBI0RRBBGB, MICR Code:[protected] has made a ATM transaction from SBI ATM locates at Chandmari, Sonarpur under SBI SONARPUR Branch (Code: 10095) on 07.11.2021 (Transaction ID: CWDR SONARPUR D) using BGVB ATM Card No. [protected] for Rs. 9500.00 but the said amount has not received to me from the ATM and debited the same amount from my account. Kindly arrange to refund the same amount urgently to my account.

          I'm complaining about false deduction of Rs. 9500(Nine thousand Five hundreds only) from BGVB account no.[[protected]] of IFSC PUNB0RRBBGB @ Kamalpur branch, Bankura which was transacted from a SBI ATM, City centre Branch, Durgapur on 2nd November 2021 but the money (Rs. 9500) was not came out from ATM machine was only deducted and I received a message from bank showing the deduction of Rs. 9500 (NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONLY). Please credit the same amount into the account as early as possible.

            Sir,
            I'm complaining about false deduction of Rs. 2000(Two thousand only) from BGVB account no.[protected] of IFSC PUNB0RRBBGB @Aiho branch, Malds which was transacted from a SBI ATM, Malda on 27th october 2021 but the same was not came out from ATM machine. Please refund the same amount into the account as early as possible.

            I did not get any deduction message on mobile.

                  Sir,
                  With due respect I would like to inform you that I, Tapan Kumar Mandal am a savings account holder with your bank. On 23/10 /2021 at about 02 : 45 pm I tried to make a transaction of Rs 10000/- ( Ten Thousand) through my PuPay Debit card at Balashore More SBI ATM Centre. But I failed to withdraw any cash and the ATM monitor messaged me " Last transaction time out" but I have received a message in my registered mobile number that Rs 10000/- debited from my Account through Debit Card transaction.

                  Therefore I request you to take nacessary steps and reinstall the cash of Rs 10000/- in my account as soon as possable.
