With respect, I inform that I am a customer of BGVG Bank BO Bhimeswari Bazar with account No.[protected] named Ashbini Bal, withdrew amount Rs. 9, 000/- on[protected] to a BC Agent by thumb impression through AEPS(Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). The BC Agent tried to withdraw the amount . The amount deducted from my account . Neither the amount of Rs.9, 000/- is not credited to BC Compromise account nor refunded to my savings account till now. The RRN No is[protected].
I request to consider my appeal to refund the amount as early as possible. I attached the same with the attachment.

Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is my humble submission that I was use my ATM card on 07/11/2021 on 12.13 noon an amount of rs. 4000.00, in this time the transaction was not complete but the amount of rs. 4000.00 deducted from my account on this time. I await your response in atm approx 15 minutes but no activity done, then I was made another transection of rs 1500 then the transection was successfully completed, then I wait 24 hours for the automatic refund of the the wrong transection amount of rs 4000.00 but no refund is done and I contact with the branch, then initiate the issues and commitment that the amount will refunded with one month maximum, but today on 09/12/2021 the time exists one month more but no refund done till date.
Therefore you are requested to take the necessary action for the refund please.
