Sir,
With respect, I inform that I am a customer of BGVG Bank BO Bhimeswari Bazar with account No.[protected] named Ashbini Bal, withdrew amount Rs. 9, 000/- on[protected] to a BC Agent by thumb impression through AEPS(Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). The BC Agent tried to withdraw the amount . The amount deducted from my account . Neither the amount of Rs.9, 000/- is not credited to BC Compromise account nor refunded to my savings account till now. The RRN No is[protected].
I request to consider my appeal to refund the amount as early as possible. I attached the same with the attachment.

    With respect, I inform that I am a customer of BGVG Bank BO Bhimeswari Bazar with account No.[protected] named Gauri Das, withdrew amount Rs. 10, 000/- on[protected] to a BC Agent by thumb impression through AEPS(Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). The BC Agent tried to withdraw the amount . The amount deducted from my account . Neither the amount of Rs.10, 000/- is not credited to BC Compromise account nor refunded to my savings account till now. The RRN No is[protected].

                    With due respect I would like to inform you that I, Suvendu Dey am a savings account holder with your bank. On 26/06 /2021 at about 10 : 48 : 04 pm I tried to make a transaction of Rs 10000/- ( Ten Thousand) through my PuPay Debit card at Palsonda More PNB ATM Centre. But I failed to withdraw any cash and the ATM monitor messaged me " Last transaction time out" but I have received a message in my registered mobile number that Rs 10000/- debited from my Account through Debit Card transaction.

                    Therefore I request you to take nacessary steps and reinstall the cash of Rs 10000/- in my account as soon as possable.

                        i am in job other district, so could not present in your bank but my father was present in your bank to collect the ATM card and cash . the stuff in your bank teared my withdrawl slip and slanged to my wife .They also teared money withdrawl slip .The manager was present at that time but he could not take any proper action .

                              On 31.05.2021 Rs. 2403.00 and Rs. 2812.00 has been debited from two different BGVB account 1) A/C No.[protected] of branch name AIHO, MALDA, WEST BENGAL & 2) A/C No.[protected] of branch name BUNIADPUR, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR, IFSC of both A/C is PUNB0RRBBGB while paying thru online "debit card payment mode" from website "postallifeinsurance.gov.in." but the same did not credited to PLI accounts no. "WB-238932-CS" of NIRUPAMA MANDAL and "WB-316472-CS" of JHULAN MANDAL respectively.

                              As a result till now I could not credit the premium for the month of June 2021.

                              Sir you are requested to see the matter and credit the premium into the said pli accounts or into the said bank a/c as early as possible.
