I have made two transactions ( 2000+2000)with my bangiya gramin vikash bank debit card to add money in my paytm wallet. Both transactions failed. Transactions date 06.07.2021 at 16:37:32 and at 16: 36:32 .
Paytm issued refund for both ( 2000, 2000 rs) on 06.07.2021 vide ref no...

My refund not credit to my gramin bank savings account.

Sir,
With due respect I would like to inform you that I, Suvendu Dey am a savings account holder with your bank. On 26/06 /2021 at about 10 : 48 : 04 pm I tried to make a transaction of Rs 10000/- ( Ten Thousand) through my PuPay Debit card at Palsonda More PNB ATM Centre. But I failed to withdraw any cash and the ATM monitor messaged me " Last transaction time out" but I have received a message in my registered mobile number that Rs 10000/- debited from my Account through Debit Card transaction.

Therefore I request you to take nacessary steps and reinstall the cash of Rs 10000/- in my account as soon as possable.

I hope for a positive responce from your end.

Sir,
With respect, I inform that I am a customer of BGVG Bank BO Bhimeswari Bazar with account No.[protected] named Nimai Chandra Bera, withdrew amount Rs. 10, 000/- on[protected] to a BC Agent by thumb impression through AEPS(Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). The BC Agent tried to withdraw the amount . So the amount deducted from my account with RRN No. is[protected] . Neither the amount of Rs.10, 000/- is not credited to BC Compromise account nor refunded to my savings account till now.
I request to consider my appeal to refund the amount as early as possible. I attached the same with the attachment.

My name is satadal basak and father Ananda Mohan Basak. It is jiont a/c holder.
i am in job other district, so could not present in your bank but my father was present in your bank to collect the ATM card and cash . the stuff in your bank teared my withdrawl slip and slanged to my wife .They also teared money withdrawl slip .The manager was present at that time but he could not take any proper action .

kindly take an action on that matter .

Your BGVB A/C XXXXXXXXX4418 is debited with INR 9000.0 on[protected]:43:54 thru Debit Card. Balance as on date INR 74798.57.Register your AADHAR with your bank a/c.plz refund my money.phn no-[protected].not credit my ac.plz help

I am an account holder of BANGIYA GRAMIN VIKASH BANK.In BHIM UPI APP or PHONE PAY OR GOOGLE PAY APP i can't find out BANGIYA GRAMIN VIKASH BANK..but other VIKASH BANKS are there except BAGIYA. So, please take steps to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Sir,
On 31.05.2021 Rs. 2403.00 and Rs. 2812.00 has been debited from two different BGVB account 1) A/C No.[protected] of branch name AIHO, MALDA, WEST BENGAL & 2) A/C No.[protected] of branch name BUNIADPUR, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR, IFSC of both A/C is PUNB0RRBBGB while paying thru online "debit card payment mode" from website "postallifeinsurance.gov.in." but the same did not credited to PLI accounts no. "WB-238932-CS" of NIRUPAMA MANDAL and "WB-316472-CS" of JHULAN MANDAL respectively.

As a result till now I could not credit the premium for the month of June 2021.

Sir you are requested to see the matter and credit the premium into the said pli accounts or into the said bank a/c as early as possible.

However, till date my ₹ 10000(TEN THOUSAND ONLY) has not been credited to my account.

Account no :[protected]. Branch : Krishnanagar 741101 west bengal.Two years ago I have open my bank account here. Till now I'm not able to get my passbook. I'm so disappointed from staff at all. They are asking me to change name on adhar card although it is proper. But with the same documents I have open my account in another bank. But there I didn't get any problem. And got passbook and atm . So please take action quickly and solve my problem.
