I processed the withdrawal of Rs. 10000 / -(TEN THOUSAND ONLY) from the ATM ID- N5151500, IOC PRTROL PUMP BURWADDA ROAD, DHANBAD on dated- 30/04/2021, 13:27:22 and the rupeeS did not come out from the ATM but my SB A/C NO.[protected] was only deducted from ₹ 10000(TEN THOUSAND ONLY), which I complained filled on 06/05/2021 in my branch Gobag, IFSC CODE- UTBI0RRBBGB. However, till date my ₹ 10000(TEN THOUSAND ONLY) has not been credited to my account.
so, I request you to please credit my ₹ 10000/- (TEN THOUSAND ONLY) money in my account.

With respect I inform that I am a customer of BGVG Bank BO Bhimeswari Bazar with account No.[protected] named Nimai Chandra Bera, withdrew amount Rs. 4, 000/- on[protected] to a BC Agent by thumb impression through AEPS(Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). ISri TarunGhosal, retired from Krishnagar Br on31/07/2018.Maintaining all of my deposit AC at our Krishnagar Br, my sb AC no[protected].On10/12/2020onecheque, bearing no 162592 of Hdfc bank. Deposited which expiry was 11/120/2020.It was brought to notice concerned Officer and requested him to take necessary action same day or day after. Unfortunately it was not done. After 13th Or14thDec it was done. So cheque was returned on 14/12/2020.and returned charge was realised from my pension AC. This is illegal and negligence of duty. If cheque was not submitted before 11/12/2020.then due to any reason it must be return to me without submitting clearing house, our Krishnagar Br is clearing house Br.
