On 06.04.2020 i made three transaction for cash withdrawn from sbi, boro atm counter.in the second transaction of rs 5000, the transaction was not successful but the amount debited from my account. Its 5 days but the amount not back in my account. Please repay the amount as earliest. Account no ending with 371 and atm card no ending with 0568.

I am Rabindranath Mandi account holder of the Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank. On 01/04/2020 I had complained that bank had debited amount without giving any cash from ATM. The incident that had happened on that day that I had completed all the function on ATM at the end of time cash had count the machine and then machine had hanged and also my ATM card also hanged inside machine then I became nervous I sat there about 4 hours. At last ATM visilator...

Bank is not providing proper service at proper time.
Please take necessary action.
Our transaction with the bank is approx one crore rs per annum.
Passbook printing is not done for some time we are getting difficulty in updating our passbook at right time.
As we have to keep records of all financial transaction we need passbook printing and updating on the first working day of the month.
Which the bank fails...
