Please note that in bongiyo gramin vikas bank madhutati branch dist, puruliya, raghunathpur 01 no block. We are neither get any account update nor any check facility to withdraw money from bank for an emergency basis for a long time and manager and bank colleague are not agree to provide such things after informing regarding such issue they are said that we are unable to to provide information due to their internal system issue.

      sir,
      I had purchase a fixed deposit product from your bank[earlier known as MALLABHUM GRAMIN BANK].the above mentioned instrument matured on 28/10/1998.
      at the time of maturity I did not get the physical FD certificate therefore bank denied to give the
      that money that time.now I have found that instrument so I pray to you that please arrange to give that money with interest as per rulse. TULIN BRANCH BANK MANAGER letter applicatio is not response and PURULIA REGIONAL OFFICE letter application is not response.

        I Pradip Kumar sikder today withdraw Rs10000 at7:35 am through your Rupay debitATM card from AXIS bank ATM Machine but I have not any money from AXIS ATM machine at that time.Kindly you will arrange to refund Rs 10000/- in my account as soon as possible.

          I wanted to a note why my check was returned. But debhog bangiya gramin bikash bank not responded. I attained bank manager five day with two weaks. When i take a note from bank then i get a fresh check from west bengal government of food supplier department.

          This problem has occurred while withdrawing two thousand rupees with Aadhaar ATM AEPS. The money was deducted but the money did not come in the wallet of AEPS. But the money has been deducted. Please fix the problem quickly.

              Bgvb is undoubtedly bengal people's lifeline. Majority of bengal people use this bank due to unavailability of other net-banking enabled banks in rural and semi rural areas.
              So long queues and uncooperative personnels are biggest problem in this bank. Shg ladies and other beneficiar ies often throng creating chaos oftentimes.
              In times of corona this bank seems the major medium of spreading corona virus. But still having been aware of this crucial fact, the department as well as the state govt. Is mute and is taking no action for net banking. 90% customers of this bank have not been given atm for mysterious reason.
              This bank seems really a shame for bengal as its name connects to whole bengal.
              Even to know our balance we have to stand in long queues!!!😢😢😢
              I earnestly request the gm to upgrade the bank immediately to prevent it become corona hub.

                        Sir i have done complete a transaction by your debit card via paytm. But the trunjaction was cencel. Paytm refunded the money but your bank did not cradit in my account. The refunded trunjaction id is 5896834200596262806102. Please solve the problem.

                                    withdrew Rs. 2500/- from a PNB BC Agency on[protected] through AEPS
                                    (Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). The amount had been debited from my
                                    account but it had been not credited to BC compromise account.So, BC
                                    can't give the amount. The RRN No. is[protected]. But Sir, till now
                                    the amount is not credited to my account or BC compromise account.
                                    Please solve the case kindly Sir.I contact to Branch Manager who gave me the RRN No and told to complaint customer care .
