I lost my atm card then i going to bank for get a new card close old card
First time they said give us a gd of your police station
Second time i gave them that gd and then they said ok you will get your atm in 30 days
After 30 days
Third time no sir we don't get your atm please come after some days
Fourth time they no sir please you can check we don't get your atm i checked all atm but i also not found my atm
Fifth time sir my atm a new staff sit front of computer. He type something in computer and said please contact after some days
But still don't get my atm
Sixth time i going to the bank for withdrawal but it failed for adhar link (I opened my account with adhar card)
Seventh time i going with adhar xerox and they said ok it will done in 2 days
After adhar link complete
Eighth time i go to bank for withdrawal but still i can't withdraw

I, achintya kr singha, bearing ac no[protected], beg to state that i have the said salary acount at bgvb bheduasole branch in bankura.
I have also borrowed a loan from the said bank. The loan acount no is[protected]. This month, october 2019 the total amount of my salary (Rs 20019.00) has been debited as loan emi.
The manager of the said bank is not willing to take any step though i have no fault.
This is the month of durga puja. Now i am in great problem. I now can not understand how to buy clothes for my family especially for my old mother.
There fore i m requesting you to take necessary step so that i may get my salary amount after deducting the proper emi.

I am haru gopal ghosh from chapra, in thedistrict ofnadia. I have a savings a/c in your bank of hridaypur branch. Yesterday i gone to withdrawal rs 5000 in sbi csp with my bgvb debit card, there have some problem that was failure. The problem was failure, but rs 5000/- was deducted from my a/c. So when i get back my money...
I called to berhampore haed office, but there was no reply... So please sir/madam help me quickly.

I am having a savings account in bangiya gramin vikash bank, sarenga branch dist bankura. My account no is[protected]. On 14/08/2019 i paid rs136 from my debit card for online shopping in paytm. The total transactions was of rs149. Rs16 was my earlier balance with paytm. Rs 133 was debited from my account but the transaction has failed and paytm has refunded rs 149 in my account. Today i visit the dharampur branch, dharampur, uttar dinajpur, 733208 of bgvb for requesting an atm card. First of all the branch members are too rude and showing ego and told me that atm card can now be requested for your account. First of all i have a general sb account there. When i wanted to know why i can't get one they are not giving me the proper information and reason. I've also requested them to transfer my branch account from dharampur...

Today i visit the dharampur branch, dharampur, uttar dinajpur, 733208 of bgvb for requesting an atm card. First of all the branch members are too rude and showing ego and told me that atm card can now be requested for your account. First of all i have a general sb account there. When i wanted to know why i can't get one they are not giving me the proper information and reason. I've also requested them to transfer my branch account from dharampur to dhantola which was near of me and update my mobile and email id for future communications, but they declined. When i exit from the branch one of their staff called me back and told me if i give him 100 rupees then they will order a atm card for me. I saw his batch, he was one of the branch staff. When i didn't agree with money as atm card is totally free the staff rudely told "get out of the branch you cheap people". I got anger and told him i will make a police complain against you. He than told me "if you go to police, i'll close your account from branch and you can't access it". As it is my primary account so i can't close it. What will i do now. I also go to branch manager but the guard didn't allow me to enter his cabin. What will do now.

I have lost my Bangiya gramin Vikas Bank ATM card.. bearing card number [protected] please kindly block the card so that no one else can use it or can access the card. Please kindly help me out and reissue a new debit card at the earliest.. please do help and sort out the problem. It was on the last Saturday, 01/06/2019, about 6.35 pm I used my RuPay debit card at the SBI- ATM near Gour Road, Mukdumpur to withdraw ₹ 10, 000/; but the machine did not dispensed any money. Whereas, the amount of ₹ 10, 000/ has been debited from my BGVB SB A/c of Rabindra Avenue Branch, Malda. I am still embarrassed. Please do the needful to get my money back to my account....

I, suranjan samanta is an a/c holder of your bank. My savings a/c no is[protected]. Ifsc-utbi0rrbbgb. Some money was transferred in my account vide ref. Id[protected]. But the amount is not added in favour of the account till now. Hope you will investigate the matter and help me. My branch did not help me. So i send this complain to you. I am Satyen Sinha, having account in BGV Bank Sarenga branch (Bankura). On 21.04.19 I had paid Rs 199 for mobile recharge through my debit card from Freecharge application. But SMS received from Freecharge that transaction had failed though I received SMS from bank about deduction of the amount. I contacted Freecharge for non refund of payment but they confirmed that refund was successfully credited to my account. But unfortunately till date refund is not credited. Freecharge confirmed the concerned payment Gateway ID is:[protected]. May I request you to kindly look into the matter and initial necessary action for refund of the said amount. Thanks, regards. I have my salary account in chelyama branch of purulia district. It is too far from my resident. So i have applied for transfer my account to my resident raghunathpur branch of purulia district on 05.04.2019 but till the date it is not done and behavior of the branch manager is very rough. Account open with this bank 45 days ago at bhawanichawk branch. But not get detail of account same day. Highly requist by me please quickly give me account number & other detail but reply come again after 7 days. After 7 days when visite i get only account number & deposit minimum account maintain charge by cash. They r reply me come again after 7 days for get atm card & cheque book & print the pass book, i too many time requisted but don't care. Actually i live outside of w. B. So many time requist but not success, they reply only u can diposite with your account by neft. I can try again & again but message come - your account not active...

But till today i have not yet received any message regarding opening of my new account. It is also noted that the aforesaid matter must necessary for student account for crediting of various type of govt. Scholarship. Pl. Look into the matter immediately.

My refund against amazon product cancellation 6100 is not credited to my bgvb account. I pay from the debit card of this bgvb bank account and when the product is cancelled they email me and also message the details of refund and the ref no is[protected]and my phone no is [protected]. I check my account again and again but no amount effected. I also attach the account statement.
