My refund against amazon product cancellation 6100 is not credited to my bgvb account. I pay from the debit card of this bgvb bank account and when the product is cancelled they email me and also message the details of refund and the ref no is[protected]and my phone no is [protected]. I check my account again and again but no amount effected. I also attach the account statement.

Dear sir,
I am biswajit bandyopadhyay purchased amobile from amazon through debit card. After that i have to cancel the order and so a refund amount of ₹4512.89 from amazon has been processed successfully on 19.02.2019. The authorisation code (Refund reference number) is[protected]. But till i have not get the said amount. Please check the status so that i can get back my money.

On a scrutiny of my bureau report, i observe that this account has been reported with a doubtful status in the repayment history track record. This seems to be hindering my prospects of availing fresh credits and hence, i would like to know what needs to be done to update the account status as closed/standard. I need your assistance to resolve this issue in bureau and thus become loan eligible.

But no passbook issue me untill.
Please sir inform me a/c is really active or not, and say how can collect it? Who uses this?
According to credit score the credit amount rs.10300, and balance amount rs. 103. How it is possible because i am not handling it. Please sir inform me the details about this account. Thank you.

Sir. I can use my atm card in atma but it can't use for online transaction... Why? It consists of new chip based service but i cannot use it any pos... Please solve my peoblem. My no. Is [protected]. I am a customer of b. G. V. B. Nepalgunj branch south 24 pgs.
They change my old rupay cum david card. But no online transaction can be made with the new card.
The matter was told to the branch officer. He simply several times said that it is the problem of otp. Trying at night will be solved.
But how long will this problem continue?

My query is a my father bank account has been deducted of rs-114/- on dt - 30.11.15, rs - 40/-on dt - 4.12.15 & rs - 240/- on dt - 29.09.18, i am question of banker staff & bank manager don't answer my question why amount deducted on my father bank account, then bank manager tell about this for amount deducted for atm charges, but my father don't have issued any atm, bank manager shout & rough behavior then bank manager block my father bank account. Dear sir
I have a above mentioned sb account with your kamalgazi branch kolkata. (2 of my neighbors). I have requested to manager to include another person with this account because one of account holder is staying out of station for which we can not operate this account regularly. I have shown him application letter to include the 3rd person with duly signed by existing account holder including signature attested by existing account holder. But manager refused to include this person & told me to present physically of the existing account holder in front of him to do this matter. I have several times requested him that one of account holder can not present because he is staying out of station. After that i have withdrawn all amount from this account & opened a new account to the different bank.
Now i again went to him requested to close this account with application letter of 2 existing account holder, surprisingly manager have told me the same thing that required to present physically of the account holder.
My question is that when other bank given customer facilities to hold a account with their bank & they are doing the same things with application letter without physically present of existing account holder then why this manager is still rigid i do not understand.
My father is a ex chief manager o[censored]bi. I heard from my father that during his branch manager time he went door to door to convince the people to open a account & tried to profit gain of the bank but such type of manager can not effort to hold a old customer of this bank & do not bother of my several request.
I am now requesting you to give some instruction to this rigid manager to help me at least to close this account without physical presence of these account holder & also requested to give some training to this manager about the present competition scenario as well as how to hold a old customer to give reputation of your bank.

In your bank i have a salary account and loan account.in my account cut rupees something 6000 or above and i told management of your bgvb, when i asked he don't polite tell me all the things and start misbehaviour with me. I am humiliate by your bank. I am a madam of ssk. Please i am request you to get ride this matter immediately. And give a lesson your bank stuff otherwise i do a legal notice in your bank

I am Srijaul Gazi from Basanti, South 24 parganas. I do not have a bank account on your bank but without my permission someone gave my mobile number to create his or her bank account (which ending with 8009) at your bank . So every time he or she committed any transaction through your bank I get a message. It's totally annoying and so much disturbing for me. So I request you to take a action against it. I am an account holder of this bank. As the bank is not linked with BHIM UPI. So the problems are faced for transaction through upi address using the said Bank address. Where the same catagory other banks have their UPI address.
So the bank should be linked with BHIM UPI.

I had booked a train ticket by swiping my rupay debit card no [protected] and my sb acct no[protected] and the same was cancelled on 15th march 2017. Irctc has refunded the amount of rs 3645/- on 17th march 2017, but till date the bank has not yet credited the amount into my account till date. I have already intimated the matter to the branch manager, bangiya gramin vikash bank, pratapdighi in dec 2017 by written application. It is almost 1 year and 3 months passed, the manager has not been taken any effort to resolve the issue. I am serving in indian army and presently serving in kupwara, j&k. Due to exigencies of service, i can't go and contact the bank. Kindly put your personal indulgence to resolve the issue at the earliest. Amount refunded vide irctc arn no - 72020170617060190233583 & rrn no[protected].

With due respect i beg to inform you that on 11/04/2018, i forwarded a cheque (No-698885) on behalf of samrat software and electronics (A/c no[protected], ifsc utbi0rrbbgb) along with a neft/rtgs form for payment of rs 66879/- to crystal technology (Axis bank account, siliguri branch, west bengal). Due to mistake i wrote the account number [protected] instead of [protected], but the ifsc code and the name of the account holder was properly written on the rtgs/neft form. Our account (A/c no.[protected], ifsc:- utbi0rrbbgb) was debited by the above said amount plus bank commission rs 6/- on 11/04/2018 and unfortunately yet now the said amount is not neither credited to the account of crystal technology nor in our account though it should be credited back to our account. I informed the branch manager, even informed the general manager and the chairman of the bank through mail but no positive response yet.

I am an account holder of bgvb, patiram branch, dakshin dinajpur. I visited at the branch for submitting 15g form against my deposits on 27/04/2018 at 10.45 a. M. There i came to know that the branch manager was not present. I requested the other staff of the bank including the asst. Manager to accept my 15g form but they refuse to accept the same due to that they cannot accept the same in absence of the branch manager. Further more as stated by the asst. Manager's there was none in charge of the branch manager in absence of the branch manager.

New atm card active but atm machine show this card is invalid. But why? Not working properly. My a/c o[protected], kapaseria branch, purba medinipur. Contact with my bank branch manager. They could not solve it. Atm card issued in january 2018. If this problem continue day to day then i will close m a/c here and tell every customer to close the a/c here. This bank is backdated.
