With respect i dipali chandra (Ac no.[protected] inform you that i
Withdrew rs. 2500/- from a pnb bc agency on[protected] through aeps
(Aadhaar enabled payment service). The amount had been debited from my
Account but it had been not credited to bc compromise account. So, bc
Can't give the amount. The rrn no. Is[protected]. But sir, till now
The amount is not credited to my account or bc compromise account.
Please solve the case kindly sir. I contact to branch manager who gave me the rrn no and told to complaint customer care.

With respect I Dipali Chandra (AC No.[protected] inform you that I
withdrew Rs. 2500/- from a PNB BC Agency on[protected] through AEPS
(Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service). The amount had been debited from my
account but it had been not credited to BC compromise account.So, BC
can't give the amount. The RRN No. is[protected]. But Sir, till now
the amount is not credited to my account or BC compromise account.
Please solve the case kindly Sir.I contact to Branch Manager who gave me the RRN No and told to complaint customer care .
