My father late anil saha (Anil kumar saha) and mother late urmila saha (Urmila rani saha) has some rip account in bangiya gramin bikash bank, mothabari branch. Please find the attachment. To encash these certificates, i already submitted these rip certificated and bank requirement papers on 1/7/19. Having said that, mothabari branch forwarded this paper to bgvb regional bank manager, malda vide memo no mbr/060/2019 on 11/7/19. But still now i didn’t receive any response from their end. Please do the needful and update.

Please find the attachment of reminder to the branch manager, Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank, Mothabari branch on 14/2/20. Waiting for your positive feedback and request you to please process it as because my daughter marriage ceremony is very near.
