Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — non payment of refund

I am Satyen Sinha, having account in BGV Bank Sarenga branch (Bankura). On 21.04.19 I had paid Rs 199 for mobile recharge through my debit card from Freecharge application. But SMS received from Freecharge that transaction had failed though I received SMS from bank about deduction of the amount. I contacted Freecharge for non refund of payment but they confirmed that refund was successfully credited to my account. But unfortunately till date refund is not credited. Freecharge confirmed the concerned payment Gateway ID is:[protected]. May I request you to kindly look into the matter and initial necessary action for refund of the said amount. Thanks, regards.
