Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — Non receipt o[censored]ndisbursed amount

Sir my a/c No.[protected] of BGV Bank, Dholahat Br. in the name of Rukia Bibi. On 12.01.2021 at 18:45 hrs. I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from Union Bank ATM Dholabazar but, the said amount has not been disbursed. However, the same amount has been debited from my above Bank a/c of BGVB. As on date the amount has not been returned back or credited to my bank A/c. Request please do the needful at the earliest. Thank you.
