Hi, I had a ATM transaction on 16.10.2020 at HDFC atm machine. The money was deducted but I didn’t withdrawn any money as it seemed that the machine had some technical glitch. Then I was standing there for almost 20 mins and one person came and did his withdrawal. I got message confirmation that my money was deducted. I visited bank and they advised to call Customer Service and didn’t bother to help. I called and lodged my service request. They assured to wait for 7 days. I did. Then they didn’t answer and I had an answer finally after multiple calls. They said that it was deducted which means the transaction was successful. I was shocked. I asked them to check the CCTV etc and they didn’t listen. Why do they install cctv and these security things when they don’t have to help someone with their situation? I have lost my 10, 000 and have been mentally harassed by PNB. I even asked the customer service to transfer me to any senior and they disconnected my call. I called many days to talk to some senior and everyone used to disconnect my call. Such pathetic people. I visited the branch to check and they advised to check with customer service only. Nevertheless to say, I was never informed about this by anyone and I had to call them and to be disappointed. I want my money no matter what. That was not withdrawn by me and I can challenge this to anyone. Use all the technology you have but this is a clear fraud. These PNB employees just chill and relax in the branch and I am so fed up now That I want to change my salary account from there. I will ask everyone to close their account from PNB. I had sent an email to their customer service immediately after the calling team denied my request. I have never received any response. Was this information helpful? |
