There were two fraudulent UPI transactions debited on 3-5-23 for Rs.17000and Rs.18000 between 6.30p.m. to 8.00pm Total Rs, 35000 ( Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only ) so i want to reverse that transactions and refund me in savings account no. [protected]. Also my Bank Bank of India, Mahim branch is forcing me to give FIR copy for the same. so request you to do the needful.

    Subject: Fraud transaction of Rs 5, 40, 531/- from my saving account no.[protected] on dated 29.12.2022 between 14.00 Hrs to 14.30 Hrs. with the collusion/involvement of ICICI bank’s employees.

    Dear Sir,

    It is intimated that I am an employee in BSNL (AGM). My savings/salary account number[protected] is available in ICICI BANK MUZAFFARNAGAR for more than 15 years. At present I am posted at Mathura.
    Yesterday, dated 29.12.2022, I surprisingly received a message at 14.05 hours that stated “ICICI Bank accXX345 debited with INR 49000/- on 29-dec-2022”. After that, I received the same message three more times due to which I immediately rushed to ICICI branch at Holygate, Mathura. The transactions kept on taking place even during the mean time and 8 more transactions have already occurred till I was able to contact the branch manager. 3 more transactions occurred as the branch manager was freezing the account.
    The branch manager was also shocked since I received neither any OTP regarding the same nor opened any anonymous link for transactions, and yet a total of Rs 5, 40, 531 were deducted from my saving account no.[protected] in a total of 11 transactions.
    The Branch Manager ICICI bank Holygate, Mathura provided me 2 complaint numbers-:SR[protected];SR[protected]
    I want to bring to your notice that these transactions are not possible without the involvement of the employees working in ICICI bank. Please investigate the matter and punish the ones involved in it. You are also requested to take immediate actions and return my hard earned money since I need to submit my daughter’s college fees before the due date. I will be highly obliged to you.

          Hi, I had a ATM transaction on 16.10.2020 at HDFC atm machine. The money was deducted but I didn’t withdrawn any money as it seemed that the machine had some technical glitch. Then I was standing there for almost 20 mins and one person came and did his withdrawal. I got message confirmation that my money was deducted. I visited bank and they advised to call Customer Service and didn’t bother to help. I called and lodged my service request. They assured to wait for 7 days. I did. Then they didn’t answer and I had an answer finally after multiple calls. They said that it was deducted which means the transaction was successful. I was shocked. I asked them to check the CCTV etc and they didn’t listen. Why do they install cctv and these security things when they don’t have to help someone with their situation? I have lost my 10, 000 and have been mentally harassed by PNB. I even asked the customer service to transfer me to any senior and they disconnected my call. I called many days to talk to some senior and everyone used to disconnect my call. Such pathetic people. I visited the branch to check and they advised to check with customer service only. Nevertheless to say, I was never informed about this by anyone and I had to call them and to be disappointed. I want my money no matter what. That was not withdrawn by me and I can challenge this to anyone. Use all the technology you have but this is a clear fraud. These PNB employees just chill and relax in the branch and I am so fed up now That I want to change my salary account from there. I will ask everyone to close their account from PNB. I had sent an email to their customer service immediately after the calling team denied my request. I have never received any response.

            From 2015 my saving account in SBI bank. Bank has opened kissan credit card account in 2016. In which bank manager joint me( GajananBhaskar kakade ) kcc account in place of Gajanan Ramesh Kakade by mistake. My name also joint in civil also.I am not known and idea about this account.When in June 2020, I was need of home loan.I was decide deal of home.I was submit all doucements for home loan. After that bank was check score that time found I have kcc loan. Bank told that your home loan is not sanction. I was very upset because no any role of me in this account.Only 15 days was remaining to buy home from deal. I request the bank pl sanction my home loan. Bank gave two options link your Adhar card in setu, your loan will paid or close this account by paying 58459 rupees. I am no any role to this account and I am not farmer therefore I decide and paid loan and intres 39000+20459= 59459 rupees for buy the home decided deal. This was emergency period to buy the home for decided issar. After home loan sanctioned and bought the home. After I request the bank by application, complaints but bank has not return my paid money from last four months.I told that no any role of me this account. This is bank manager mistake to add me. Therfore please return my 58459 rupees immedietly.

              I have made a transaction of rs. 1000 (Rs.500 two times) from my hdfc bank account no.[protected] having ifsc code: hdfc0000435 for payment of htet (Haryana teacher eligibilty test) exam. The amount has been deducted and same is not processed for exam fees.
              I have contacted bank but nothing is resolved by them.
              Kindly help me and refund my money.

                  In april ...on pfms..my scholarship had been shown..in two amounts i.e. 50, 000. Nd 14, 400 ..then after only 14, 400 was credited in my account but 50k was neither credited nor showing on pfms. They remove my scholarship from pfms as well. Then I went to Samaj Kalyan..nd asked them what to do next..they said we don't know..go and ask to ur bank.we have no clue in very rude manner. Then i went to My bank..told them everything...lastly they said we don't do anything sorry.. because it is not in our hand...so i never got perfect solution for my problem. I am from minority category..and my scholarship was vanished for no reason..this is very shameful for up government plz do something because scholarship is very important for me to study further.                     I swiped my atm card in bank of india atm, 01/04/2019 to withdraw 10000 rupees but the same time atm machine went off money did not received and deducted from my a/c. 03/04/2019 claimed in bank of india piska more branch ranchi, jharkhand to refund my money but still no response from bank. I visited bank several time but still not short out, it is been more than a month now.
                    I would like to request you to solve this issue please.

                      लोकपाल महोदय विषयांकित के संबंध मे सूचित कराना है कि दिनांक 14/12/2018 को मेरे द्वारा atm से रुपया निकालने के क्रम में hdfc बैंक ifsc code hdfc0004265 के एचडीएफ़सी atm मशीन /दिलदारनगर/गज़ीपुर/उत्तर प्रदेश की लाइट कट जाने से मेरा रुपया 5000 नहीं मिल पाया जबकि ट्रांजेक्शन successful बताया, जिसके बाबत मेरे द्वारा sbi customer care me दिनांक 17/12/2018 को complian no. [protected] sbi custmare care को दर्ज कराया गया जिसके उपरांत दिनांक 12/01/2019 को sbi customer care से sms के द्वारा सूचना दिया गया कि आपका समस्या का समाधान कर संबंधित कागजात आपके sbi होम ब्रांच मे भेज दिया गया है आप अब वहा जा के पता करे, किंतु sbi होम ब्रांच मे पता करने पर वहां कोई कागजात नहीं प्राप्त हुआ, बाद मे पुनः मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 15.01.2019 को एसबीआई प्रबन्धक को gmail से भी शिकायत दर्ज कराई गयी और दिनांक 16/01/2019 को शिकायत नंबर [protected] custmare care मे दर्ज कराया गया जिसके बाबत 19.01.2019 को sms से messege प्राप्त हुया कि आप अपने sbi होम ब्रांच से संपर्क करे रेसोल्यूशन दोबारा भेज दिया गया है जिसके बाबत मै एक लिखित आवेदन अपने एसबीआई होम ब्रांच को दिनांक 21.01.2019 को दिया किन्तु उनके द्वारा दिनांक 09.02.2019 को बताया गया की हमारे पास इस संबंध मे कोई रेसोल्यूशन प्रपट नहीं हुआ है, प्रार्थी के लिए 5000 रुपए का बहुत मायने है, जिससे ग्राहक को पैसा न मिलने से मानसिक रूप से तनाव उत्पन्न हो गया है.
                      अतः श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि ग्राहक के समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान कर ग्राहक का कटा रुपया 5000 वापस कराया जाए l

                        Without my consent to my kisan credit card, the manager of my punjab national bank deposited rs.139000 to dated 03/03/2018 in my savings account, which i had no information about and i now talked to the bank manager when i knew if you are full of anger, you are authorized to do this work in your favor, you can do whatever you want to do against me.

                        Why this money in the interest of the use without depositing which is a burden for the dead

                          I am tezender from gurugram haryana. I have been use credit card hdfc and sbi too. Hdfc credit card generate bill without any transection about 6k to me. I was quiry with customer care but nobody responding. Yesterday my 6k amount be hold in bank. I cant use it. If you check all transection you will understand. It a tottally fraud with me. I have prroof. I have no single transection with it. I have visit branch also but staff misbehave with me and said goes for delhi office. We cant handle this.

                          Second

                          I have use sbi card with online shopping. I have receive courier but i have to return the same. And request to refund my account. Seller refund the amount to sbi card but sbi credit card still not settle. He told me that we have already settle but still outstanding amount same. No positive feedback recieve. Where i am going for the same.

                            I am sagar singh s. R. N. Bhadohi up, my bank ac in bob bhadohi branch, on 19 june 18 withdrawl 10000 rs from vijaya bank bhadohi atm machine, but that time not get amount and just now i got msg on mobile that 10000 rs debited from my ac. Now till not reverse my 10000 balance amount.

After telephonic discussion I agreed for upgrade card from “my zone” to “Buzz “card. But when I received card we found it is “privilege card”..
                              When it’s complaining with customer care then executive says that he is helps less for solve this problem.

                                  Hello sir, i am ashok kumar saini, i was opened my current account in induslnd bank ltd. Induslnd bank executive visit in my office, he was says account opening benefits but he was not asked hidden charges. I will apply for a/c opening, but last year of 2017 bank continue deduct many more charge, like cash deposit, non maintenance charge etc. I can see these charge in my account, i am visit in induslnd bank branch about these charge and i can meet branch manager explain for these charge. But he was asked me, you can make 10000rs. Debit card, then i will apply for charge reversal, again i ask for have not idea for these charges. But person say only you can make 10k debit card, i will reversal. Sir i am visit 2 times in branch, but they are not support me. I can tell you, i will apply for banking logpal. But they person are laughing.

                                    I am asutosh panigrahi. I am holding asaving bank account no-[protected] in sbi sultanpur, new delhi. On dated 09/07/2017 i wish to withdraw inr 10, 000/- (Ten thousand only) from icici bank, ayanagar, (N. D). After compeleting all process i realized that rs 10000/- was not dispensed by machine but balance was deducted from my account. Thereafter i put my complaint to concern sbi customercare. After a long time i got a msg from there, that, the transaction is successful. Main thing is that, two persons were disturbing me iside the atm cabin continiously who came forcefully without quethere was no security guard. Kindly cheak the cctv footage. Nobody is giving me the positive response till now. I am very much sad for that.

                                      Sir i am gokul gokul my a/c no [protected] at sbi pandhurna branch code sbin0001446. My account has two transaction which not understood. I meet to branch manager but he was not able to credit my unacceptable debit.

                                      Debit details are as under

                                      (A) sum of rs 522.48 dated 11 jul 2017 - debit detail 000000sbi [protected] sbi credit card payment - this credit card not rpt not held with me so please check and verify.

                                      (B) sum of rs 177.00 dated 07 jul 2017 _ debit detail fee excess drs - this fees translation not complete but amount is debited in my account.

                                      In view of above i request to you check my account details and take strong action who is responsible for that.

                                        St. Mary's convent inter college manak nagar lucknow school fee is being deposited in vijaya bank patel nagar alambagh lucknow though cheque from the month july-2017, previously fee was taken through cash by same bank then receipt was given by bank. Now bank is saying that no receipt will be given & you drop cheque in drop box, i take reimbursement of school fees from my department, not school & bank both are denying to provide receipt of school fees. I talked to bank manager & senior officer of head of vijaya bank mr. Sopaan singh on official phone no.                                           My grandfather is an ex army man. He gets his pension everymonth from sbi branch balhi(code-8571) saharsa bihar. Today when my grandfather's representative went for getting pension on there branch accountant did to show very rude behave with him.
                                          Therefore i request you to look into this matter and after i don't contact with the branch.

                                            31 Aug 2011 and allotted my pension to Punjab National Bank MG Road Katihar. On post retirement I got my retirement benefit credited in my beneficiaries A/c on[protected] thereafter I did not got my pension credit into my account whereas I was deposited my life certificate.
                                            2. In this regard I called up to aforesaid branch manager he told me that my life certificate was not punched in the system so I resubmitted the life certificate duly signed by PNB Ambernath Branch Manager on 11 Jan 2012 vide letter PK PENSION/119850N dated[protected] by speed post receipt no. EM[protected]IN dated 11/01/12 and received by branch on[protected].(copy enclosed).On receipt of the mail by Bank I reminded the Branch manager by telephone call he advice me that my case has been processed to the Patna Office and pension will be start from next month onward.
                                            3. From 04-03-12 to 31-08-12 I was away from India for my new career prospective. On return from I checked the A/c status my pension was not started I called up the Branch Manager regarding this he told me I need to visit the Branch. I visited the branch on 14 Sep 2012 with relevant document and an application for non receipt of monthly pension with Xerox copy of life certificate and handed over to the branch manager (Copy enclosed) and he had told me that my case will be sent to Patna Office and your pension will be start by This month(Sep30) but still I did not got continuation of pension .
                                            4. On[protected] I had given application to the PNB Regional Manger, Darbhanga vide letter PK PENSION/119850N dated[protected]copy enclosed) by speed post receipt no. EM[protected]IN dated 12/01/12, I didn’t got any positive response . The contact no. of regional manager given on sight and written on MG road branch not working to speak to the concerned officer.
                                            5. I had spoken to the Katihar Dist lead manager Shaligram Chodhary regarding my problem on 31 Oct 2012 he advice me that he has a meeting with MG Road Branch manager on 02 Nov 12 and let you know but I did not got any positive response to resolve the problem.
                                            6. On 03 Nov 12 I had lodged a complaint on PNB toll free number regarding my problem vide complain Number[protected]. And I made a call to pension cell at Delhi to resolve my pending issue after struggling this much then an Officer has suggested me to speak on [protected] to Mr. Rashmikant Sinha at Patna he will resolve my problem. When I called him up he told me I have lakhs of Pensioners to whom I should deal individually the only Branch manager can resolve your problem I cannot do any thing in your case.
                                            7. Myself and my family is mentally disturbed due to this problem and my family is surviving since last 11 month without pension, incase of any unfortunate scene the PNB organization and Manager PNB MG Road Katihar is responsible for the incident.
                                            8. It is therefore requested that necessery action may be initiated to resolve my problem

Bank is based in my home.Bank Manager Sushil Kumar Sharma Rejected My apllication. He demand rs20,000 for giving me education loan and told me this is necessary.He harsh me mentally. Sir PNB bank is running Sucessfully in my house on rent so bank recover there money any time. then you think why did not bank manager Mr. sushil kumar sharma not giving me loan.

                                              Sir my father is farmer and giving my fees with facing lots of financial problem.I submitted all the paper according to Mr. sushil kumar sharma but he demanded money. how can a son of farmer pay rs20.000 to bank manager for giving a education loan. If bank does not give me loan I do suicide. because my family suffering from lots of financial problem.So you are my last hope. kindly do something for me.

                                              i taken rs.1000 (one thousand rupees) trf. frm 4192 date 21/022013 but atm machine is not given balance slip.sir i enterd my card again in machine for balance inquire
                                              but machine is not working proper way sir i am waiting some time about 15 min. after that i left atm chamber without entering atm secret code(pin code) .sir in evening i again checked my ac.balance then found more rs 10000(ten thousand rupees ) trf .frm 4193 date 21/02/2013 in my account .
