My grandfather is an ex army man. He gets his pension everymonth from sbi branch balhi(code-8571) saharsa bihar. Today when my grandfather's representative went for getting pension on there branch accountant did to show very rude behave with him.
Therefore i request you to look into this matter and after i don't contact with the branch.
