Bank Of Baroda — 4500 rs deducted on my account

Hello team,
My account have been debited by 4500 rs. With the visa transaction. Which is not done by me and even not able to get meesage for deduction. I go to bank branch for this but they are not giving me satisfiable answer they say you are debiting for online shopping. What should i do now.?
Please give me a solution. I also deactivate my card. Please give me a solution asap.
