Bank Of Baroda — Account Frozen & Mobile banking not working | |||
My Account is frozen. Tried to contact the branch and not able to connect for more than 2 weeks. Sent 3 emails without any response. Spent 3 hrs honestly trying to connect with Customer support mobile banking continuous wait without connecting. I approached their branch in Mumbai, they say that they cannot do anything because the welcome kit has been returned. In fact, I have received the welcome kit, but the bank has not entered this into their system. The Mumbai branch asked me to contact the Goa branch. Mobile banking says the account does not exist even though my name is displayed. Tried registering a complaint at https://bobcrm.bankofbaroda.co.in/onlinecomplaint/frmMain.aspx?source=WEBSITE&si...⇄ (it just does not register, no matter how many attempts). How am I supposed to contact them? Do I have reason to continue to bank with Bank of Baroda? Was this information helpful? | |||
