So i withdraw 10000 rupees from an atm and i left atm card was with me and after 5 minute i get another transaction message someone withdraw 15000 from account from same atm.
I complained to bank of baroda customer care and blocked the card immediately, and registered a complaint online. They told me to also register a fir, i went to nearest police station, police didn't register fir but they took a complain letter. Police is not doing anything on this.
Bank of baroda branch manager is also not helping, neither there customer care. I live in rural area, it's my hard earned saving. What can i do in this case.
I feel so helpless with service provided by bank of baroda.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am now able to access the blocked amount as the lien marked has now been uplifted.
