    This is avinash tiwari from musafirkhana village dadra wanted to raise a complain against security guard krishna kumar shukla, i went to bob musafirlhana branch along with my mother as she is ill and not able walk properly since 3 days he is fooling me around that bank server is not ok, there is no money in bank and todays he has crossed his limit he didnt allow to enter me in the bank premises and was abusing me and my mother with the threating that i am a retired army man i will shoot you right here right now. He was pushed my mother and misbehaved. This isntotally wrong we are account holder and we have rights to come to bank.. Bank of baroda is well known bank he because of these linds of goons who have been pretending like dons of the area is spoilong the bank name.

      So i withdraw 10000 rupees from an atm and i left atm card was with me and after 5 minute i get another transaction message someone withdraw 15000 from account from same atm.

      I complained to bank of baroda customer care and blocked the card immediately, and registered a complaint online. They told me to also register a fir, i went to nearest police station, police didn't register fir but they took a complain letter. Police is not doing anything on this.

      Bank of baroda branch manager is also not helping, neither there customer care. I live in rural area, it's my hard earned saving. What can i do in this case.
      I feel so helpless with service provided by bank of baroda.

          My IPO mandate was expired on 27/09/2020. Still my amount is blocked. After visiting branch they told me thay they can't do anything in that matter. After contacting on helpline number they told me to mail the query on [protected]@bankofbaroda.com but the same mail id is blocked. Mails are blocked to that mail id.

            Account Frozen & Mobile banking not working

            My Account is frozen.
            Tried to contact the branch and not able to connect for more than 2 weeks. Sent 3 emails without any response.
            Spent 3 hrs honestly trying to connect with Customer support mobile banking continuous wait without connecting.
            I approached their branch in Mumbai, they say that they cannot do anything because the welcome kit has been returned. In fact, I have received the welcome kit, but the bank...

            I have applied for IPO of Angel Broking Ltd. on 22.09.2020 for ₹ 14994/- from Bank of Baroda's Internet Banking ASBA facility and the same amount was blocked by Bank till the date of allotment of shares.(Same has been attached).
            On 24.09.2020, I cancelled the applied IPO through same Banking facility which showed the successful cancellation message (same has been attached) and the bank was supposed to unblock the amount which was blocked for IPO.
            I wrote to Bank on their online Complaint Portal twice but still no further steps have been taken by Bank since then.(same has been attached).
            I then wrote to "angel.[protected]@linkintime.co.in" for ascertaining whether the amount has been refunded by Angel Broking Ltd. They acknowledged my query but is still unsolved till now(01.10.2020).

            In-short Bank has blocked ₹ 14994/- of my amount without any purpose.

            I am hereby complaining so as to get my amount credited back in my Bank Account.
            Please do the needful at the earliest.

                I am a customer of Bank of baroda since 2008.
                Bank of Baroda has time to time blocked my money.
                First to clear minimum balance fine.At last 2500 rupees approx was blocked.
                But suddendly 4000 extra was blocked today without any specified reason.
                Customer care was not able to give specific reason.
                I request the authority to see into the matter.
                And clearify atleast why it is blocked.
                Or release it.

                Everything is ok.
                It is fine for not maintaining minimum balance

                    I had done transaction on 20th Sep. through Bhim upi but Transaction was failed and Rs.15000/- amount debited. then I was complaint on Bob Customer care. On 24 Sep. they gave resolution and As per Their Information they send amount on beneficiary's account but till now no amount credit in beneficiary's account.
                    so, I request you please Refund my amount on my account ASAP.

                                  Bob kshetriye gramin bank, branch at narhar, rajasthan, is a very irresponsible branch of our area, and its staff conduct misbehavior with customers, and they use bad language with customers,
                                  They misbehavior like they assume to self as a owner of the bank,
                                  And required papers and form not provided by bank and they are say that we are not responsible for taking any papers,

                                    My name is vidhika and i had ordered cerave moisturizing cream 12oz of rs 2047 from amazon on 3 september 2020 and cancelled the order the same day cause ordered wrong product.                                       Recently vijaya bank is merged with bank of baroda. Due to this my vijaya bank account was migrated to bank of baroda. I have to request for bank of baroda cheque book in order to give proof in all my neft transactions. Bank of baroda charged rs.89 as cheque book charges on my first cheque book. If i would have open new account with bob then they would have provided 2 cheque books of 15 leaf each free. Due to migration my account with bob is as good as new one only so i should get cheque book free. But bob is refusing to give free cheque book. Almost all vijaya bank account holders will request for new cheque book and you can imagine how much money will bob make from this.
                                      On bob site i checked for charges and no where it is mentioned that customer has to pay for first cheque book if bank merging take place. Please clarify for this as early as possible whether customer has to pay charges for first cheque book after merging of banks.
