I Swati Macwan, A/C No:[protected] in Rakhiyal, Ahmedabad Branch.
I have done transaction on 8th Dec16 @ D'Mart, Ahmedabad.
Amount Debited but transaction declined.
Complaint and details already logged on 15th Dec'16 vide ID[protected] but till date not resolved.
Toll free service is very very poor because its took more than 20 min, they also took more time for verification .
Last communication detail :Phone connected after 23 mins, verification took 9 min and 2 min on hold means total 34 mins but the result after hanging 34 min phone disconnected by..)

You are requested to solve the issue urgently and improve toll free .
Also Bank Pass book give email id but when i wrote to this mail id message found " The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly. Was this information helpful? |
