Dear sir, my name is prajnya p shetty and my bank account number is [protected] . i had made the payment of rs 2433 against mahanagar gas on 16th feb 2017 from my debit card. amount of rs 2433 debited from my account but the transaction failed. it has been more than 7 working days and still i have not got my refund please look into the case and give credit of rs 2433 for the failed online transaction to my account immediately thank you prajnya shetty Was this information helpful? | |||||

My imps ref no.[protected], the status of payment is shown as failure but still the amount has beenn debited from my a/c. so please cancell this transaction
