On 21.07.2016 an amount of Rs.575/- is debited from my said Account twice or two times wrongfully through online payment Mode through my debit card to Tikona Broadband Services Pvt Ltd., it should be deducted only one term and the wrongly deducted amount should be refunded to my savings account, as said, as earliest.
Therefore it is requested to you to kindly solve this problem as earliest possible time and help me to recover from inconvenience.Thanking you.
