Sir, I am Mr.Loganathan account holder in your bank, branch- Erode Tamilnadu, I have withdrawan of 10000/- (Ten thousand only) by ATM city union Bank ATM ID CUBF1518 and Reference No.[protected] dt 18/04/2015 14:32:15 Hrs. Due to your bad network and may be other technical issues by your services, I did not received back the cash at that time and my SB account shows clear to deduction of cash from my SB Account and I informed this matter to your Erode Main Branch. (Mrs.Geetha Madam). Till this time that amouint was not yet credited to my account. Hence I request to kindly take suitable action in this regard and credit the amount to my SB Account. Thanking you.
