Bank Of Baroda — atm related | |||||
Today went to bank of baroda atm being adjacent to bank branch in samuel street. I am a icici customer & doesnt hold baroda bank card (I stopped its services thankfully). The guard was busy in mobile & people started forming queue behind me. I was shocked how can guard allow him that. Earlier also observed half the time atm would be without guard and would be crowded from within. Another shocking stuff is that when i went to chief bank manager, he was arguing with me rather justifying the guard. I told him i would surely give a feedback, on which manager told me to go ahead. I left a bit irritated but no doubt a smile on my face for i am privilege not to be a baroda customer. I havent faced any such instance ever in icici services. So in a way i get quality services for paying more which i dnt mind, specially seeing such kind of response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
