I try to booked bus tickets, but transction was failed and also money deducted from my bank account. I am waiting for till now for refund. Single rupee also not refunded.

A refund has been made by amazon on 19th of december regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

Bank of Baroda branch mundwara does not show my refund balance throw Amazon. I many times call in Amazon customer service.. he say balance refund 19th December but bank of Baroda does not show my refund balance.. I very disappointed this problum.. dear sir do for any action for my balance.. my refund balance for 553.81rupee.. Amazon customer says refund show 28th December but my balance does not show in my bank account...

I visited bank to deposit cash amount rs 6000 in ambala cantt branch (Ifsc - barb0davsch).. Cashier said i[censored]r amount is below 20000/- u have to deposit it in cash deposit machine. Then i deposited amount 5700/- in machine, then machine was showing amount received and deposited but transaction declined.
Bank said that u have to wait for 24 hrs, but tomorrow morning is my installment (Ecs) due. Please guide me what to do?...

I fed up to the services...i just want to complaint against the employee and services..there is no one for take any responsibitiy just said that is her fault and his fault...dear i m the customer according to me .they represent the bank of baroda..i have given request for internet banking on 1st dec...then he said tat is 10 days according to him i visit on that time they said u request qas not processed ur pancard issue date...

At branch of bob (Ifsc - barb0mohaan) the payment has been given to the cashier but he didn't credited the amount in my account and gave the receipt. I have to pay money urgently to somewhere but they didn't credited amount in account. This is not first time. Please take a strict action on the staff. Take it seriously. And solve my problem.
