Dear sir,
I have been a sincere account holder at your bank bearing account (Account number:- [protected]). Last month, a sum of rs. 4, 000 was incorrectly deducted from my savings account on (Date:[protected]. I claim a refund for the same.
I attempted to withdraw this amount from grahak seva kendra of allahabad bank located at the below mentioned address.
Address of the grahak seva kendra:- ranigunj kaithola, lalgunj, pratapgarh
The transaction was not completed. I received server down message instead that said: “your transaction could not be completed at this time”. The man in charge of that grahak seva kendra also confirmed that the server down. Recently, as i went to check my mini bank statement, i found the amount was debited on the same day via grahak seva kendra.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
