A refund has been made by amazon on 12th of october regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I am using bob mpassbook but at time of otp this application didnot generate otp, but the sms charges are deducted from my account.
Other messegae from bob i get on regular basis such as debit credit and other otp but in case of mpassbook it is not working. I already drop a mail but didnot responded. It may be due to portability as i portable from tata docomo to airtel. Before portability i get the otp n mpassbook is working but now...

I visited bank of baroda kalina santacruz east mumbai branch for passbook printing. I am having old passbook i told him ok you change the passbook and give me new passbook i am ready to wait bluntly staff told me i am not going to do you need to visit your home branch which is prabhadevi.

I have transaction of rs 1810 on 29 aug 2018 via aeps. My amount deduct from account but not credit to csp account. Transaction is failed but my amount not credit till date. Csp told me that my amount is refunded with in 72 working hrs. He gave me rrn no and said to go my home branch for calim my amount with this rrn number.
