Dear sir i live in delhi. I have bob ac [protected], 27th aug 18 i went to bank of baroda hewett road branch lucknow to deposit my cash and i deposited 500 in ur cash deposit machine at 2.40 pm but as i kept the sum of 500 in ur machine the machine got sever error and then ur machine got stuck and my money not came back or nor it had been credited in my account so sir i humbly request u to resolve my problem as soon as possible because i had urgent need of money for some issues, but to paper issue machine not print deposit receipt also...

    I mrs. Bharti shetty acknowledge u that i had done online payment rs.728/- on 2nd july to bharat gas. The money is cut from my a/c but this transaction is failed. I had complaint this to bank but no response is there. Since 2 months this money didn't transfer in my a/c. My bank of baroda a/c no. Is [protected].in other bank money will transferred automatic within 7 days. Its too long procedure.
    Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Respected sir/madam. I am unable to use the leftover amount of my gift card() as the card was not responding .Would like of have the bank statement and transfer of the balance in the new gift card.Bob employee at Afbbs extension counter lodhi road has refused to help .kindly do the needful.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Sub: PPF account transfer-Reg.
      Ref: Complaint No. [protected] dated June 15, 2018

      Kind Attn: Latha Harihan

      As per your mail message on 24/8/2018, this my reply. Please go through the below points:

      1. Transfer of PPF account from Bank to Post Office takes only one week time.
      2. It is only five minutes time required to send a message to the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch regarding the transfer of my PPF account to Post Office on that day. That time is not available to the Ombudsman and their Office Staff? It is very shameful to the Banking Ombudsman, because our country President and Prime Minister Schedules are very busy, even though they are attending additional meetings of adjusting their timings, but Banking Ombudsman is escaping from the duties.
      3. Unnecessarily Banking Ombudsman allotted time period to Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch for 30 days. Even though after 30 days the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch takes another two weeks additional time.
      4. This shows that Banking Ombudsman inefficiency giving more strength to Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff to postpone their work.
      5 As per the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch staff irrational behaviour, it takes 6 weeks for the transfer of my PPF account to Post Office. It happens because the negligence, inefficiency, inexperience, laziness, irresponsibility, adamant nature of Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch staff and also it applies to Banking Ombudsman, otherwise it doesn’t happens.
      6. It shows that Banking Ombudsman also doesn’t know the priority of the daily banking services.
      7. Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer doesn’t know his duties. He contacted me before going to training and also collected my data, but taking no action. He escapes from the work without giving instructions to his branch staff regarding my PPF account transfer. It shows his negligence, inefficiency, inexperience, laziness, irresponsibility, adamant nature. It also applies to Banking Ombudsman frankly.
      8. This is shows our country’s nationalised bank staff irrational behaviour. That is why in our country day by day arising more banking scams with the inefficiency of Banking Ombudsman.
      9. In between one of the Banking Ombudsman Office staff Ms. Sarojini/Saroja contacted me hurriedly and asking me to close my complaint against Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch regarding my PPF account transfer. She also told me that over phone Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff fault is there. I already indicated to her that I am not interested to close the complaint against Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff.
      10. I am not satisfied with the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch staff behaviour and also dissatisfied the delay of my PPF account transfer.
      11. I want to publish this reply message in Internet also.
      12. Unnecessarily Banking Ombudsman spoiled Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff.
      13. I have sent this complaint on that day to the GM Operations, DGM(Legal) of Bank of Baroda, Head Office. They are also negligent, inefficient, inexperienced, laziness, irresponsibility, adamant nature like Banking Ombudsman.
      14. First I have contacted the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch, but they refused to do so.That is why I have contacted Banking Ombudsman.
      15. In this way Banking Ombudsman showing partiality against the Account holders and also unnecessarily supporting Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their lazy staff.
      16. Unnecessarily you want to blame me to cover your faults and your inefficiency.
      17. What is the action you are taking immediately against Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff failing after your permitted time?

              I tried to withdraw rs 5000 from boi saving account no [protected] through bank of baroda atm vyara branch surtibazar on 24/08/2018 no amount came out from atm but i received message that amount was withdrawn from my account which is not the case. And on the atm print slip message was trsnsaction declined "unable to despense".

                    One of my transactions was declined by the bank due to some error
                    Money was deducted from my account bt not credited yet
                    Its been 2 days now
                    How much more time you'll take to refund my money
                    This is not the way to serve any customer
                    It was my new account
                    Bcoz of this reason no one will open account in bank of baroda
                    Other banks refunds the amount within 24hrs
                    Even local banks like uco refunds the amount within 24hrs
                    Bank of baroda's service is very slow n poor

                      My name is vikas lamba. My account number is [protected] and mobile number is [protected].in may 2017 due to multiple savings account i hardly remember in which account i maintain balance or not so i take a decision to closed my bank of baroda account. I visited bank of baroda branch sundernagar, distt-madi, hp where i opened account in 2013. I write application to bank manager. Take a copy of adhar card my passbook and atm card but bank manager refuse my request in that time my correspondence address change from sundernagar, distt-madi, hp to paonta sahib, distt-sirmaur, hp so i transfer my account from sundernagar to paonta sahib hp.in paonta sahib branch of bank of baroda i again write application to bank manager to close account and fulfilled all the bank items to branch but again refusal. I cannot have sufficient funds to maintain both accounts at the same time in present. I request you to take some action so that my problem of closing bank of baroda account solved.

                        A refund of 601₹ has been made by amazon on 10th of august regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responses is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. Refund reference number from amazon is[protected]. My account number of bank of baroda is [protected]. Please credit my money into my bank account or i will have to take some legal action. Thanks.

                        I have visited the Bank Of Baroda, Gujranwala town branch regarding some demand draft issue for which I have to wait for 2 and half hour and whenever I ask to then what's the problem then the only reply I got is that, "Bhaiya server down hai".It had been such a irritating day for me and nearly mine whole day was disturbed.

                            I tried to book a flight ticket from pune to kolkata for 19th august 2018 (That is today). I tried with bhim upi for the first two times but the transaction failed. Then i tried my debit card which also failed, i received a message saying my account got debited but within another minute another message came saying my account is credit with that amount (Because the transaction failed). But the problem is the money is not refunded to me and because of it i'm unable to do the transaction! I need to book the ticket asap. Kindly help me.

Krishna safi have transferred rs. 3000/- only to acc no: [protected] (Bank of baroda) branch : rosera through pay phone app but by mistake it was transferred to the acc no: [protected] (Bank of baroda) branch : rosera. I complaint to my bank pnb, darbhanga and also to bob, rosera and the manager of my bank also mailed to bob, rosera but the bob, rosera neither give any response to me and the branch manager of pnb, darbhanga.

                                    On 27 july 2018, i made a atm transaction of rs 3000 through my bank of baroda debit card but that transaction failed and my money was debit from the bank. So on 28 july i registered a complaint by contacting its customer care, they noted down my complaint and told me that it will be resolved within 7 days. After some days i contacted again to know the status of my complaint, they told me that your complaint status shows that amount is reversed on 1 aug, and i told that there is no amount credited back to my account then they checked and told that yes we didnt see any amount credieted back, contact your base branch. Then i contacted my base branch and they already sent the complaint mails 2 times but not getting a proper response. I want to solve this issue as fast as possible becoz its already been more than 15 days.
