Dear sir/mam

This is regarding money fraudely taken from account

Accunt holder name - lokesh kumar
Bank of baroda, branch - brass market, rewari, haryana on date 25/07/2017 this is a cyber crime issue

Actually i had rs 86512 in my account after that fraudaly money taken from my account when i received messages of transaction which i didnot use urgently i call to bank of baroda helpline no to block atm that time 49798 rs deducted from my account after that atm block

Next day on 26/07/2017 i registerd complain in bank also fill fir report online but no action taken in this matter from bank as well as police. Branch manager give me time for 10 days after this i register bank claim form and my bob card atm sent to mumbai head office of bank of baroda and again give me time for 30 days after that branch manager talk about this matter to mumbai branch office mr. Ravi shanker after that this officer mr ravi give time to time 10 days after days again he give 10 days time and now the time no action taken and i am very frustated

Please sir please look in this matter and solve my problem please sir i am very poor man amd i am working as a temporary operator in factory

      remove lien amount

      Sir,
      I am a customer of bob since 2005, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.148 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason.
      I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back...

      I haven't found this machine working for the last couple of months. It is very hard to get the task done. The ac and the atm are always switched off. This bank of baroda atm is at central bus station vadodara. Kindly fix this soon. The atm is also always out of cash. Only the deposit facility works. The passbook printing machine is not working since ages. I hope this is a minor error and after registering a complain bank of baroda will fix this.

      My account no is [protected], I my self Nilesh khalasi opened RD on 17/06/2017, I deducted 6000 per month from my account, my mature value was 74733 but payment credits 72298 so, I want to know about deduction.
      I had been maintained sufficient value in whole year for deduction of R D payment. If I got penalty, Which of matter.

        This is regarding transaction from my account [protected] on 07/04/2018.

        I transferred 8500.00 inr to allahabad bank, munger branch, the transaction was failed and the amount was credited in my account, in the second attempt, transaction timed out, got a message for the same, but the amount debited from my account is not credited yet.
        Mail on imps. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com 4 times, communicate bank and mobile banking, but they say only imps help desk can reply and help, but no reply from there side. I am nre. I stay in oman, it is not possible every time to visit bank.
        Its a kind request to please look into the issue, so i can get my amount back

        It has been more than 4 months I have complaint in bank about this issue but they are not giving any response for this issue and it is get me a huge problem in getting loan, the bank workers are just giving silly excuses for this issue and no response form bank manager too they don't even care about this thing.

          Subj.:- regarding cheque return and compensation.
          Respected sir,
          I manish gupta having a c/a no.[protected] name of shri falodi collection at bob aerodrome road branch. An issued cheque no. 000761 has been returned yesterday by bank although having sufficient balance showing reason insufficient fund. Yesterday i complaint it to the branch by 04:30 p. M., as it was very important and affected our credit and market value also.
          But from the bank side no necessary action will be taken well in time resulted cheque bounced and we felt guilty as well our credit affected badly. (My od limit is. Rs.18, 00, 000.00)
          I would like to show the sequence of entry in my account was as follows –
          Date debit credit balance
          22/06/18 5000.00 -16, 71, 23334 (Closing balance)
          On 24/06/18 - i received a massage from bank side “ chq. No. 761 fvg rawka shree for rs. 127459 on a/c no. …0099 recd in dr. Clg on 24-06-18. Contact your branch in case of any discrepancy. ”
          25/06/18 1328.00 (Lfcev) -16, 72, 561.00
          25/06/18 1, 12, 000.00 -15, 60, 561.00
          25/06/18 returned:761: fund insufficien
          I request you to clear the following point –
          01. I want to know when bank received my cheque on 24/06/18 for clearing and on that day a/c balance was sufficient to clear the cheque then why bank debit first lfcev charges received on 25/06/18, while it should be “ first received first clear”.
          02. Bank pick always closing balance of previous day, on 22/06/18 my a/c had sufficient balance.
          03. If bank consider debit amt. Of rs. 1328.00 on 25/06/18 so bank should also consider credit amt. Of rs.1, 12, 000.00 on the same date.
          If bank think there was a mistake to clear the cheque, i need clarification and compensation.

            The man who had recharged the money which was recharged from my account but he did not have the recharge but he gave me an ARN number 30003881428138165005850 and said that we have returned the money to your account by contacting the bank.                     Can you please give direction to remove lien amount from my account.

                      I were ordered the Helizest Leather wallet of Rs. 385/- through paytm as on 16/06/18 vide order no-[protected], but the order has cancelled by seller as on 20/06/17. The order amount is still not credited in my account.

                          A refund has been made by amazon on 25th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                              I applied education loan in march 2018 for overseas study, end of April my loan was sanctioned but branch declined to disburse as they required one more document (which i was not aware of).I prepared the property document from municipality within one month and went to branch again.this time they said they will disburse but every day they are seeking different documents.I had to sign in near about 15 court papers and had to submit 13 cheques and 13300 rupees processing fee.After this they are saying they will decide whether they can disburse or not as I had one spelling mistake in one document. Harassing me unnecessarily .They have very reluctant attitude towards customer.My education has stuck now as i am not getting loan.They are neither disbursing nor taking any decision.Help me !!

                                As i withdraw rs 10000 from my account (Num[protected]) through aadhar withdrawal. But transaction was failed but payment has been debited from my account, it has been done on 13th june. But payment not revised to my account still now, bank of baroda, selakarichal branch tamilnadu. Kindly credit the same as soon as possible.

                                  I request you to look into the matter and arrange immediately to remove all the fictitious entries i.e. entries from 1 to 18 reflecting in the statement so that I may submit my ITR timely.

                                    My refund of Rs. 8990 has been processed successfully on 06/06/2018. The amount is not yet credited my bank account. The Authorization Code for the transaction is 815612117357. Please solve my problem.

                                      Amazon had refund an amount of rs. 9089 to my bank account on[protected] and that was supposed to reflect in my account on[protected]. But the amount is not credited in my account yet. They also provide me the refund reference number that is 114715. I called on bob customer care and told them all the details along with refund reference number but they were unable to resolve the issue. I need this amount because i have some urgent expenses that's why i cancelled my order and request amazon to refund my amount but the problem is still the same.
                                      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
