          A refund 1625 INR has been made by amazon on 19th of april 2018 with reference no[protected] regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action

            I used to have a credit card 10 years ago with the bob, inspite of full payment they mention the status in cibil report as willful default. Credit card number [protected]. Now i have to take urgent loan for my daughter marraige with other bank and they demand noc for the same. Only 12 days are left for marraige and bob says that it will tak 10-15 days to issue noc. Please help me.

                  I have booked train tickets from paytm app and pay through bank of baroda account. And then i will cancel the ticket. 15 days are gone yet my amount is not reflected. I complained in paytm, they told me that we have already initiated the amount contact to your bank and file a charge back against them. Please check how much time to get reflecte my amount.

                      Recently i have opened my account in mvp branch. During opening account bank authorities promised me of providing an check book and atm card. I didn't receive my check book till now. I went to the branch and enquire about my check book. There are telling that i didn't apply for the check book. These is not first time i am facing these issue with these bank.

                        Refund on-23 may 2018 Placed an order on-03 may 2018 Raference no.-( hide ) Bank of baroda customer care informed me to wait for 14 working days so I waited after that there is no still reflect the amount on my account again I went to my branch (YUREMBAM, IMPHAL, MANIPUR) that day i.e 12 June 2018 there is no Manager on the office so I speak one of his employee about mines regarding my reference no.but I don't satisfied with his attitudes.Then I asked him how can I file a charge dispute but again his words are so o worst to me then I came out like a speechless.So, please kindly helping me out to get my refunded amount as soon as possible.                             मेने भर दिया तब मेने पूछा कब तक मेंरे रूपए आ जाएंगे तब उन्होंने ७ दिन का बोला ।। मेरे से पहले भी मेरे से पहले भी कोई यह प्रॉब्लम लेकर खड़ा था उसको भी उल्टा जवाब दिया । मेने अपना शिकायत न मांगा तो मुझे बोला अब तू भी यह शिकायत नंबर लिख ले क्या सर आपका बैंक ग्राहक से इसी तरह से जवाब देने का बोलती हैं या कुछ अच्छा व्यवहार सिखाती है मेरी इस प्रॉब्लम को तुरंत सही कराने हैं मेरा कंप्लेंट नंबर[protected]

                              Amazon had informed me to wait for 3-5 business days and informed me on 9-june to contact bank with the refund reference number. Where the bank did not help me hence amazon asked to file a charge dispute form against the bank.
                              This has really been irritating for me as the amount is huge and i haven't received it yet.

                              Requesting you to look into this and help me as soon as possible.

                                I purchased some electronics items from amazon, of total amount 4555. Then i canceled the order for some reason. A few days later, 4555 rs is refunded by amazon regarding products (Order numbers are #[protected], #[protected], #[protected], #[protected].

                                The refund reference number is[protected].
                                But, the refund has not been received yet.

                                Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.

                                      There is no proper response for the customers. There is cashier in the cash counter no 1. Today during time between 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm. The person sitting in cash counter number 1 is not properly responding to the customer who is questioning him, he is discussing with someone beside him. I went and gave the cheque to the person who was sitting in the cash counter number 1, the concern person replied me to for couple of minutes to visit to the other counter because she the lady went to lunch break. And also after 15 minutes i again gave the cheque to the same person. And also he replied the same answer. And after half an hour back the lady came after her lunch. And i went and gave the cheque to the lady staff, she said me to go the other branch because i can’t take the amount in this branch. This answer that person who is sitting in the cash counter number 1 might said means i won’t be wasted my time in sitting in the rs puram branch. So i kindly request you to take action on that particular person who was sat on cash counter number 1
