Recently i have opened my account in mvp branch. During opening account bank authorities promised me of providing an check book and atm card. I didn't receive my check book till now. I went to the branch and enquire about my check book. There are telling that i didn't apply for the check book. These is not first time i am facing these issue with these bank....

I purchased some electronics items from amazon, of total amount 4555. Then i canceled the order for some reason. A few days later, 4555 rs is refunded by amazon regarding products (Order numbers are #[protected], #[protected], #[protected], #[protected].

There is no proper response for the customers. There is cashier in the cash counter no 1. Today during time between 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm. Around 24-30 hours ago, i received a amount of 3900/- through phonepe upi and there it is showing successfully transferred to my bank account, but its not showing in my bank credit history. I also raised a complaint ticket in phone pe and they replied that the bank of baroda is confirmed your balance credition. But its still not showing.
