As amazon refunded my 3990 rs amount on 30 th may and they provided me with the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].
But till now i haven't received my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And even i want to file "charge dispute" but bob call costumer care against and bank maneger not processed'. If my issue won't resolve then i'll take social media help and consumer court too.

    There is no proper response for the customers. There is cashier in the cash counter no 1. Today during time between 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm. The person sitting in cash counter number 1 is not properly responding to the customer who is questioning him, he is discussing with someone beside him. I went and gave the cheque to the person who was sitting in the cash counter number 1, the concern person replied me to for couple of minutes to visit to the other counter because she the lady went to lunch break. And also after 15 minutes i again gave the cheque to the same person. And also he replied the same answer. And after half an hour back the lady came after her lunch. And i went and gave the cheque to the lady staff, she said me to go the other branch because i can’t take the amount in this branch. This answer that person who is sitting in the cash counter number 1 might said means i won’t be wasted my time in sitting in the rs puram branch. So i kindly request you to take action on that particular person who was sat on cash counter number 1

      home loan multiple vetting charges deducting without clarification

      Hi,
      I am dipen kumar bhadra, my account number is: [protected].

      I have a home load in bank of baroda, birati branch. Initially it was in lic housing. Account opening date of this loan is[protected]. I transferred this load just for low interest rate and good reputation.

      But now, i can feel my decision was totally wrong and this is becoming pathetic. There are several vetting charges is being deducted...

      Hi,

      My name is vikas jindal. I am working in hcl technologies ltd. And i am corporate employee. My father named prem raj jindal is holding a/c in your bank with same name and a/c number is [protected] in the branch azadpur new delhi and i have requested for duplicate debit card 2 weeks back and on chasing the same with customer care, they advised me to visit branch and when i visit branch they advise me that card will be delivered at home address. I have to leave my work and chase with your bank every now and then for this and if by registering complaint only work is done then i am sorry to say bank needs to improve to provide better services to its customer. I have never came across such delay by your bank in past as i believe bank of baroda tries their best to provide best ever service to their customers then why in this case. My father is not well yet they need to visit branch everyday just for the card delivery and this is mentally harassing for the person who is not at fault. Kindly look into this at earliest and help!         My account in sardarpura bob branch at jaljog circle current ac . Name vijay radio service . On my account in jan 17 a pos machine faciality provide by bank on 0 rental .After some time bank without inform me rent deducted from my account. Many time i complain to manager sir but they didnt take any action. Thats why i deposit the pos machine in branch 29.9.17 ..The recepit is submit with this complain also. After deposit machine in branch till last month they deducted rent of pos from my account . Pls take a action against the branch and reverse my unlegal charge which deducted from my ac.           Ifsc.BARB0ALTAKA is ek claim lagne wala hai pasent ko cancer hai bas wo log Marne ka wait kar raha hai aur marte hi death certificate bana kar claim dalega bank me to plz sir is ko rukwaie ager ye sahi hai to paisa pasent tak nahi pahuch pata hai

            I had done transaction of rs.500 on 6th june 2018 early morning. My acc no. [protected]... The amount has been deducted from my account but it the transaction was failed. I had spoken to bob executive he told that after 24hrs we can lodge a complaint against it. It more than 24hrs i called up again on call center bob.. One of exec said the system is down. I called after sometime a lady told that the transaction is not reflecting call after sometime. When do my amount get back to my acc. And why these people are not able to lodge a complaint.

              Dear Support,

              I have tired to book train ticket through Paytm but due to error in IRCTC website booking has been cancelled then I received one message that you want to continue or want to refund the amount so I have select to refund full amount . Now you can check below scree sort is mention the payment conformation is Pending from your bank Side .please help me out by how much time I will received the amount and what is the actual status . Kindly revert asp. Message said it take 4hrs for refunding but 4hrs crossed but not received please help and refund my amount on my account .

                My ecs is coming on every 3 of starting month as i have ballance also in my account always ecs got bounce they tell 295 rs of bounce charge and lien of 1500 rs wrongly i have to pay to bank every month i have now closed my account told to manager about this he told give writing application we will see to it but still no answer
                I have accounts in other bank also like axis hdfc and bandhan bank but i never face this types of problem but bank of baroda worst bank i have never seen in my life

                  Yesterday i was paying councelling fee to cucetcounselling. Nic.in but transaction is failed on 1:58 pm still i am waiting for refund. After that i was talking to customer care they ask that your refund will be process on 24 hours but the 24 hours pass away so i complaint to you.

                    Around 24-30 hours ago, i received a amount of 3900/- through phonepe upi and there it is showing successfully transferred to my bank account, but its not showing in my bank credit history. I also raised a complaint ticket in phone pe and they replied that the bank of baroda is confirmed your balance credition. But its still not showing.

                      Dear sir, madam,
                      Myself heena zala someone used my debit card for withdrawal the money of amount of rs. 5000/= on dated 23.04.2018 and also some one used my debit card for online shopping on dated 26.04.2018 amount of rs 6000/=.

                      Myself personally visited and bank of bank of baroda branch at karol bagh on dated 03 may 2018 regarding my complaint about fraud cash withdrawal
                      Or online purchasing complaint. One lady there but she not respond in proper way.

                      My mobile number also not registered in bank account that ways i'm not getting any alert from the bank.

                      My request please short out this matter and return the my withdrawal amount in my account and provide me all the details for online shopping then myself log the police complaint timely.

                        I have booked two tickets through irctc and payment made by bhim application through my mobile on dt.20.01.2018 upi/[protected]/16:02:37/upi/[protected] & upi/[protected]/16:14:55/upi/[protected]
                        The same tickets i have canceled on 27/03/2018 & 28/03/2018. I got refund for the ticket cancel on 27/03/2018 but refund for 28/03/2018 cancelled ticket is still pending. I have contacted my branch (Kribhconagar, surat, gujarat) they asked to mail at their branch. As per their demand i gave one e-mail with details of booking & cancellation and even forwarded reply e-mail by irctc regarding the refund reference no. & date. &money to be deposited.
                        Branch manager has escalated issue to the concerned department & copy of that e-mail is also forwarded to me. But witout going in the deep concerned department has declined the refund saying on dt.27/03/2018 customer account is deposited with refund. Then after my continue follow up 2-3 times same issue escalated to the concerned department but it is of no use as no reply from them.
                        Till date issue is pending. Please look in the matter

                              A refund has been made by amazon on 17th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying that for refunging i have been wait for 14 working days. Which already over. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                I had make payment towards my jio account on 21st april 2018 of rs.349 from my bob atm card for account no.[protected] but transaction was failed transaction id was[protected] and for that i had also lodge complaint in your online portal complain number is[protected] now they are saying that transaction has been successful but till time i had not received any kind of refund or recharge, so kindly give us a refund of the said transaction or reslove it by yourself because i your representatives or branch personnel are not giving satisfactory solutions.

                                  My a/c no is [protected]. Ifsc code-barb0barasa. My debit card status becomes "unable to read" frequently. Last time i visited br. And regenerated new pin. It worked for one day only in may, 2018. The card is not working again. Status shows"unable to read card". Pl, resolve the issue immediately. I am a working lady and it is most inconvenient for me to visit bk br frequently.

                                      I attempted to deposit ₹ 50, 000/- into my account at the cdm attached to the nashik branch. As it was a card linked deposit i used my bob debit card, verified the account no, name and the hopper opened to insert the cash.
                                      On inserting the notes and choosing "continue"option the machine began counting the notes and abruptly stopped.. Flashing a hardware error on screen i have registered a complaint at the attached branch immediately and the same is recorded. Follow up since past few days only gives me response that it will take 7 working days. Today is 10 calendar days and i do not have the credit as yet.
                                      Please treat as urgent so your process very slow so please fast the process and get my money urgent.
