I have booked two tickets through irctc and payment made by bhim application through my mobile on dt.20.01.2018 upi/[protected]/16:02:37/upi/[protected] & upi/[protected]/16:14:55/upi/[protected]
The same tickets i have canceled on 27/03/2018 & 28/03/2018. I got refund for the ticket cancel on 27/03/2018 but refund for 28/03/2018 cancelled ticket is still pending. I have contacted my branch (Kribhconagar, surat, gujarat) they asked...

I ordered a mobile on Thursday cash on delivery then i try to pay online. the payment unsuccessful but money was debited on my account. Now my order is ready to delivery but i don't have that much of money to repay help me wt to do?? Then i contact bank to explained this problem they taking complaint and it will be cleared before 50 days. But the problem is my order is ready to delivery i don't have money now...

A refund has been made by amazon on 17th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying that for refunging i have been wait for 14 working days. Which already over. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

I had make payment towards my jio account on 21st april 2018 of rs.349 from my bob atm card for account no.[protected] but transaction was failed transaction id was[protected] and for that i had also lodge complaint in your online portal complain number is[protected] now they are saying that transaction has been successful but till time i had not received any kind of refund or recharge, so kindly give us a refund of the said transaction...

My a/c no is [protected]. Ifsc code-barb0barasa. My debit card status becomes "unable to read" frequently. Last time i visited br. And regenerated new pin. It worked for one day only in may, 2018. The card is not working again. Status shows"unable to read card". Pl, resolve the issue immediately. I am a working lady and it is most inconvenient for me to visit bk br frequently....

I ordered food from box 8 and paid through an app phone pe and my money got deducted twice so i contacted phone pe and they iniated a refund and they are telling that refund has been successfull if not showing raise a charge back... I attempted to deposit ₹ 50, 000/- into my account at the cdm attached to the nashik branch. As it was a card linked deposit i used my bob debit card, verified the account no, name and the hopper opened to insert the cash.
On inserting the notes and choosing "continue"option the machine began counting the notes and abruptly stopped.. Flashing a hardware error on screen i have registered a complaint at the attached branch...

I have ordered the product and i cancelled it because i don't need it anymore then amazon had initiated the refund to my bank account i am providing the reference number - refund of rs 295 issued on 23-may, will reflect in your bank by 27-may for pvt. Banks and 2-jun for govt. Banks: ref#[protected]. Then also my refund is not been credited to my account so please kindly return my money back to my account......

I booked a ticket in railways on 14 th march. The transaction was failed and i got a message from railway department that they have credited the money back to the bank. But my account is not credited with the amount. The amount is rs.380. I have attached the details and message that i got from indian railway department. Please take necessary action....

I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details....

The cheque book is not delivered even after completion of one week.
On contacting with Customer Care of Bank Of Baroda, on 29.05.2018, they have given us speed post no. EQ[protected]IN which is showing wrong number when we search www.indiapost.gov.in.

I had replace an item on amazon and amount of rs724 has to come in my bank acc but not yet come. Amazon customer care saying it has been transacted successfully but i had visited your vakola branch there they said there is no such transaction. Request ref no. 145329... And my bank acc no. I did not get my refund in my bank amount having generated the reference number. It has been 10 days since reference number generated. Customer care service did not helped me. I had buy some products i have cancelled them. They processed the request and got the reference number means amount is deducted from their account but not credited to mine. Plz help me urgently need my money otherwise i have filed complaint against your bank....
