*विषय* - श्रीमान चीफ जर्नल ( SAMV) जे० एच० चोपड़ा बैंक आॅफ बड़ौदा दिनांक[protected] के आदेश *ऋण मुक्ति योजना के तहत वर्ष 2020 के पहले एनपीए खाते*का सुलह-समझौता के संदर्भ में।
महोदय,
निवेदन के साथ आपको अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी मैसर्स- ओम आटोमेटिक मिनी राइस प्लांट रुकूंपुर कासिमपुर तहसील जलालपुर जिला अंबेडकर नगर उत्तर प्रदेश के द्वारा शाखा बैंक आफ बडौदा जलालपुर के द्वारा ₹3, 50, 000 C/C के रूप में और ₹6, 50, 000 टर्म लोन के रूप में वर्ष 2001 में लोन लिया गया था फर्म का व्यापार अच्छा चलता देखकर बैंक प्रबंधक द्वारा फर्म का C/C ₹3, 50, 000 से ₹8, 00, 000 कर दिया गया और फिर ₹8, 00, 000 से ₹15, 00, 000, ₹15, 00, 000 से ₹25, 00, 000, ₹25, 00, 000 से ₹40, 00, 000 तथा ₹40, 00, 000 से ₹60, 00, 000 तक कर दिया गया।
फर्म(ओम आटोमेटिक मिनी राइस प्लांट) का लेनदेन अच्छा चलता रहा और बैंक का ब्याज और अन्य बैंक चार्ज समय-समय पर अदा किया जाता रहा।
फर्म (ओमऑटोमेटिक मिनी राइस प्लांट ) द्वारा बाहर भेजे गए चावल का पैसा न आने के कारण फर्म की स्थिति खराब हो गई।
*वर्ष 2019 में प्रार्थी का खाता एन पी ए हो गया।*
प्रार्थी द्वारा खाता सही करने का निरंतर प्रयास किये गये।
परंतु वर्ष 2020 में वैश्विक महामारी करोना (कोविड -19) के कारण प्रार्थी की स्थिति और दैनीय हो गई ।
जिससे प्रार्थी का राइस मिल का कार्य पूर्ण रूप से बंद हो गया।
प्रार्थी के पास राइस मिल बंद होने के बाद अन्य कोई कमाई का स्रोत नहीं रहा।
फिर भी प्रार्थी अपने लोन के पैसा जमा करने हेतु बैंक मैनेजर ( श्री करम राज वर्मा ) शाखा जलालपुर से कई बार सुलह- समझौता सरकार द्वारा चलाए गए नीति के आधार पर पैसा जमा करने के लिए प्रार्थी द्वारा निवेदन किया गया। *परंतु बैंक मैनेजर (श्री करम राज वर्मा) द्वारा संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दिया गया बल्कि धमकी देते हुए कि हम (बैंक मैनेजर) तुम्हारे प्रॉपर्टी को बेच देंगे।*
और फिर दिनांक[protected] को *बिना किसी नोटिस जारी किए* हमारे मिल (ओमऑटोमेटिक मिनी राइस प्लांट ) को जबरदस्ती सीज कर दिए।
बिना नोटिस दिए मिल को सीज करने के बाद मिल के अंदर रखे हुए सामान / उपकरण खराब होने की समस्त जिम्मेदारी बैंक मैनेजर (श्री करम राज वर्मा)की होगी।(क्योंकि मिल सील होने से पहले बैंक द्वारा "सामान/उपकरण व अन्य" जोकि बैंक से संबंधित नही है, निकालने की नोटिस नही प्राप्त हुई।)।
प्रार्थी के पास इसके अलावा अन्य प्रॉपर्टी नहीं है ।
फिर भी प्रार्थी *ऋण मुक्ति योजना* के तहत जमा करने के लिए उत्सुक है।
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी के राइस मिल का ताला खुलवाने और ऋण मुक्ति योजना के अंतर्गत पैसा जमा करा कर खाता बंद करवाने की कृपा करें।
प्रार्थी द्वारा ₹6, 00, 000 भी जमा कर दिया गया है।

I have done my dth recharge of rs.340 through upi bank of baroda, my transaction is suucceful my amount also depited from my aacount but my dth rechage was not come, so I want to refund my amount as soon as poosible.thankyou

EMI converted the time of purchase Amazon 7th Jun"22 received confirmation sms however bill generated for whole amount purchased via Amazon. This is totally cheating Fraud scam with customer. I have paid 45% of over all bill 20th Jul"22 need clarification from why cheating with customers charging high interest rate

"our mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions. Please visit your branch and update your mobile number to transact online" is the error i get when i try online transaction on any website but i have enabled online transactions in the local branch and mobile app.

Kindly note my money is deducted by 118rs every month for mms recharge I haven’t register any mms recharge option. Request you to kindly refund money and stop service further

without any proper communication/intimation, charges has been debited from an account (ach-rt-chg) Rs. 295/ on 18/07/22. The Emi is over and this is unnecessary charge.

Kindly refund the money as much soon possibly

two month ago I have applied Education loan in Bank of baroda Dighwara Saran branch but still it has been not approved, today i am visited BOB Dighwara Branch and asking my loan status but bank employee are saying that your loan is not approved but reason not share and but have personal meet with local bank employee he confirm that your document are not summited in head branch so your loan is not proceed.

request to pls arrange loan approval due to my university is demanded for annual tuition fee. (Nims University Rajasthan)

Normally, my interest rate is monthly charged as somewhere around INR 4000 but on 17.03.2022, an unexplained amount of 52580 INR has been charged.

Raised portal Complaint on BoB :LACP[protected] - Complaint ID closed with no resolution

if there is no resolution here, will reach out to Ministry of Consumer affairs for resolution

Is [protected], RRN of that transaction is[protected], i did complaint regarding this matter on bob world and also in my bank branch but still i did not get my 10000 rs. back in my account, please help me regarding the same

This is in reference to the transaction made on 20.9.2021 on parivahan website vide reference no UPI/[protected]/22:52:54/UPI/[protected]@hdfcbank/20092 amounting 16500. The Transaction failed because of duplicate entry but amount got deducted and no refund is also received. Kindly refer the attached image for your reference.
Visited bank several times contacted customer care also but no solution

Hello Bank of Baroda Team, I ordered a product of amount ₹699, but by any problem I return my watch and issue for refund. AMAZON has initiated my refund on 27 june 2022 but it is not credited in my bank account till now.

Its been 20 days passed or more i guess since the Passbook printing machine of Bank of BARODA, IOpp Towar Nagar Gate, Jamkhambhalia Jamnagar 361305 is not working I've asked banking employees about this incident but nobody wants to listen us and not bothering to make the machine work.
I've been there as on 10th APRIL 2022 but even until today i.e 9 JuLY 2022 the machine is still not working, I kindly request you to please help on this matter to make it working as soon as possible since it is causing great inconvenience to each and every customer looking for their passbook records get updated from long time.

1:45 pr cashier close the window or lunch ke liye uth gya than 10min other staff lunch ke liye chala gya

I am a bank account holder in Bank of Baroda, nandanvan branch, on 4 July 2022 Rs. 1000 was debited from my account to ACH grow for my sip transaction, but the SIP was not paid and the amount of Rs 1000 has not been credited to my bank account, I want refund of Rs. 1000 as I am not responsible for this case, and my bank account was also have sufficient amount to pay for SIP .
So kindly refund my money back

I am a bank account holder in Bank of Baroda, nandanvan branch, the ACH RT CHG has debited Rs. 1000 from my bank account, as the SIP amount is consern, I was having sufficient amount for the SIP to be paid, unnecessary Rs.1000 has been debited from my account, I want refund of Rs 1000 as I am not having any fault in this case

ACH RT CHG Bank of Baroda is a auto-pay feature for SIP, on 4 July 2022 my sips of Rs.1000 and there were 3 sips which was to be debited from my account, but ACH RT CHG have debited Rs 295 from my bank account 2 times but my bank account was having sufficient amount to fill the SIP amount, I want the amount which is debited from my bank account as a penalty, as there is not my fault in this case...

I send my brother to bank as my pass book is old vijaya bank..i was out station so they refuse brother to do that.. even refuse to speak with bank holder customer i told brother to put call on loud speaker and request to speak and said as per band rule i ready to agree that to send register mail by my pdf file letter with my signature and request mail. i ask mail id and start to do everything when i send the mail the reply from branch mail that i have block to send the mail.. then i start to call brother why they block me from mail but they refuse to take my call so i asked to take branch number. i called several time but they refuse to attand my call and brother asked them to pick the call the customer calling from bank register number but she refuse to take phone and said brother i dont have time you go and complain.. i have proof of video which i am calling and they just setting and watching without any work.. then i understand they block me from mail.. this is not first time from that kasaragod branch.what should i do if bank dont support customer and show thier ego to customer.. if this complain not going take action with all proof i will go to consumercourt to complian.. i attach photo of staff that to prove i have video beacuse the mb of video which i have not possible to upload
