Hi,

I done 2 txn with Bank Of Baroda ATM on 26-March-2018, First 15, 000 I got the cash from ATM machine and again i perform 2nd txn of 10, 000 I got the balance deduction msg but no cash. TID: 001FNKAN69. I also called customer care about the incident they are saying txn is not showing in system. But from my account balance is deducted. Pls help me ASAP.

    They deducted 189 rupees from my account.
    I called customer service they are saying it’s because of not maintaining minimum balance in my accout.
    As my account is zero balance account and i am using it from 2013. Many times i used to have zero balance in that accout but they didn’t deduct it before.
    Now suddenly they deduct my accout.
    What should i do ?

      Dear sir/madam

      I'm holding a saving account in your bank for the past 5 years. I wish to bring your notice that an amount 850 has been debited from my account on 26 march not executed by me. And last 3 year same time period my money is debit in my account charge is 754. And they both are not refund and i am only use online transcation. Pls explain lfcev condition because i am only use my atm and upi

      So what was the reason behind this deduction from my bank account.
      Please me inform as soon as possible. And i attact my account details

        On 26th of March 2018, my a/c was debited with INR 1, 027.00 and the transaction description was "LFCEV FROM 160917 TO 150318". When I called customer care he told me that I made more than 50 transactions within the span of Sept 2017 to March 2018. How ridiculous is this?. I want to know that if other banks are allowing more than 50 transactions in 6 months then what is so special about Bank of Baroda. Why are you guys robbing your own customers?

        This is not done, I want my money back.

          Sir, my account number is [protected] my branch is Lucknow LDA Sec G Ashiyana, tommarow my account deduct 1399 rs without any message of deduction and my account type is saving account . this amount deduct type is LFCEV but this is applicable on only current account. But my account type is saving account . please resolve my problems as soon as posible

            Axis bank — wrong fund transfer with right ifsc code


            I have to transfer 50000 rupees in a/c no [protected] but by mistake l done in a/c no [protected] but my ifsc code and name of a/c holder was right it was. Nizampura branch baroda gujrat and fund transfer in faziyabad goshi up branch my bank is mailing them everyday but there is no reply from them
            It was done by mobile banking l can't understant how it possible when ifsc code is right then how its go wrong lt is a big software technical mistake they must have to solve it

            I stuck into this since last 2 months. I have complaints bank customer care but unfortunately result is zero

              I am an education loan holder from the bank of baroda on 25th of march at 23:50 there is a deduction of 1328rs in name of lfcev so next day i called to bank of broda customer care and ask about this he told me this amount can only be charge if i widraw money from bank via slip or cheque if more than 50 withdrawal has done then lodger folio charges is implemented but i have not withdrawn even single rupee either from branch or from atm in...

              The lfcev charges have been charged to my account no. [protected]. I have not done more than 50 debits from branch. They have debited 1431 rupees. I think they are counting my pos purchases, upi, etc transaction. My branch is not taking any action. As branch is saying we cannot do anything in this. I'm a student i cannot afford this much loss. Please look into this and resolve it asap.

                  Hi this is jisha here. I have made an imps transfer from my axisbank to my bank of baroda. For an amount of rs. 3500 on the 10th march 2018. Since then i have raised multiple complaint to axis and bob but no response.

                  The wrong account my money has gone to is [protected]. They said its some udaipur branch. Please help me get my money back asap.

                    We have facing lots of problems from bob jogeshwari east branch. We have submitted chq request on 08th of march 2018 but we still not received yet. We need cheque today for making bg of inr 52 lacs. They avoid our every works giving foolish reason. We dont know any things we need it today. We have our employee salary account more then 50 and yearly bg from bob if same is repeated so we are thinking to change to different bank not in bob.

                      On 25/03/018 my bank account balance was rs 18966.34. When i checked balance on 26/03/2018 morning i was surprised to know that my balance was showing rs 0=00
                      When i checked in transaction history i came to know there was a deduction of rs 18966.34 under lfcev_160317 to 150318.
                      When i contacted to my bank branch they says that i have done transactions more then limit.
                      I have done upi transactions from my account & as per norms of npci upi transactions are free. Then how can you deduct my whole money from my account without giving
                      Any prior information.

                      You deduct whole amount from my bank & kept balance as rs. 0.in last one year you never tell & deduct amount against this reason.
                      Why you deduct such a whose amount.

                      I am working in a private company now how can i bear it. I saved this money to buy books & deposit school fees of my children’s & i worked hard
                      To earn this money.
                      Even i talked with 2 other banks as per them they are not charging any money on upi transaction then why are you deducting?
                      How will i pay now for books & school fees of my children’s. Rs 19000 is a big money for me & my family. It is 1.5 time more then my one month salary.
                      Moreover there is a lien balance of rs 4026.66 is also showing in my account as debit. Means u will deduct much more amount from my account.

                      How you can cheat poor person’s like this.

                      Kindly look in to the matter & give back my money

                        Dear sir,

                        Today, from my saving a/c 3600 has been debited. Then i have deposit 500 rs in my a/c and balance is showing 0.00 and lien amount is showing 1965 rs. I called customer care they told me you have done more than 50 transaction in half year so bank has charged you 15 rs + 18% gst per transaction.

                        For only online transactions, they have charged me 3600 rs.

                        I have a query in this case, if we are paying this much amount for online transaction, who will prefer online services. All people will prefer cash only and govt is barrier in that. So what we should do in this case???

                        Request you to return my money... I have also done hard work for earn this money.

                            Myself anwar khan with account no-[protected]. From trimulgherry branch. My account has been deducted with 814rs from my account for ledger folio charges. As i have not done transaction more than 50 from my account from my home branch within 6months. Wrongly charges has been deducted therefore i request you to investigate in this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible or else i would force to knock the consumer court door. Branch is not taking any action from their side. Kindly resolve this.

                              I have been a customer with bank of baroda both in india as well as abroad for pass 30 years. When enquiring about our accounts and emailing them. I have noticed that there is no respond whatsoever. When you call them they do not pick up phones and wasting lot of our time. Complaing to the head office doesn't make any difference as our report as said ids forwarded to our managers ans this all goes in circle.
