I am not happy to inform you that i found a very bad service from your braches. There are a big show that bob international bank but which service provide from your branches to customer it's very poor.

I have transferred rs 45000 to yes bank dishtv infra services on[protected] at about 3.40 pm but till 19/12/2017 10.20 am it has not been credited to the dishtv infra services account in yes bank i have call the customer care they says wait for three days if it will not be credited to the account we will refund it to your account in this days when imps means instant fund transfer because of the banks system issue why customer has to wait...

We have booked tickets from red bus on 25 sep 2017 but redbus send mail of transaction failur. We also make complaint to bank but the say money transfer to merchant account.
