When i called phone banking system to make cheque book request my account number which i entered showing incorrect

As its saying its wrong number but i have passbook and its correct number help me
As i want cheque book urgently
Why is telling me its invalid account number?? Help me fast

    I have accidentally remitted rs. 4, 300 through neft from axis bank ltd, hyderabad a/c no.[protected] on 17/12/2016 to bank of baroda, hyderabad, manikonda branch a/c [protected] instead of another bank account number.

    My funds are blocked with bank of baroda bank a/c [protected].

    I have raised a complaint thrice with axis stating that i have done remittance to wrong account.
    Axis bank has sent the request to boa thrice, but there is no response from boa.

    Boa manager of manikonda is helpful, but she says they cannot help on this, as it is done backend neft team.

    Who will help on this. How can i get my money back

      I have carporate a/c with your bank no [protected] and its a very unfortunate that from last 23rd nov 2017 my request for cheque book is not getting solved and even local branch is not serious and this issue i discussed with branch manager but he is also not giving importance and its my carporate account and my all transactions was been declined with your bank. So, let me know shall i raise this complaint in customer forum or raise a complaint either to reserve bank or pmo.
      Kindly do needful at earliest.

          Respected sir,

          I, karthik sunil,
          Am the managing partner of jajis group, have constantly been in touch with your branch for the past three weeks, at kollam, near r. P. Mall. I wanted to open a current account at the same branch due to the proximity towards my central office at r. P. Mall.
          I have been visiting the above branch for talks on the same, the staff there are incompetent and are lethargic in their approach. So is the manager mr ravi.
          Due to my persistence, they asked for a few documents, which i promptly submitted and the season of perpetual wait began.

          As i reached the zenith of toleration in dealings with the branch, i decided to withdraw my request for opening of the current account, on 21st of this month. Also, requested the return of the documents which i have submitted for the cause.
          I was informed to send a representative to the bank so as to return the documents when my person reached the bank, he was informed the documents were not available at the bank and is out somewhere for some process (No clarity, nothing specified). There is miscommunication, i am receiving different directives on the same issue. Again they had informed me, it would be sent to my office, the very next day which hasn't happened yet. I wonder if this another spell of a perennial wait.
          As i am writing this letter after waiting for three working days.

          I wish to bring to your notice that our company have years of banking with sbi and axis bank, also current accounts with the same. This is the first time i have come across such pathetic service delivery and disrespectful attitude from bankers.
          Hoping your positive intervention in my cause.

                        I recharged my dth[protected] through mobile app of account no [protected] on 18/12/17 but videocon on my complaint informed that they did not receive payment on their forwarding issue you refunded 680 on 20/12/17. I recharged again on 21/12/17, though you posted a success transaction of recharge but recharge is still not made. Kindly look into the issue of succssesive failures of recharge through your app and refund the unrechaged amount. I am afraid your app is creating more problems.                                     I have transferred rs 45000 to yes bank dishtv infra services on[protected] at about 3.40 pm but till 19/12/2017 10.20 am it has not been credited to the dishtv infra services account in yes bank i have call the customer care they says wait for three days if it will not be credited to the account we will refund it to your account in this days when imps means instant fund transfer because of the banks system issue why customer has to wait for three days it should be immediately return back to the customer account i donot know for what reason we have to wait for three days

                                      I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debit on my account in the amount of rupees above 70, 000/- (Seventy thousand only/-).
                                      I am a victim of identity theft, and i did not make this debit. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, that any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited, as well, and that i receive an accurate statement.
