not able to withdraw the available balance only effective available balance is withdrawn

I hve a saving account.. My available balance is 7000 but effective available balance is 2897 but i m not able to withdraw more dan effective available balance.. So y i m not able to withdraw.. Bank is syng it is in clearing nd all from 26 oct.. So plzzz do dis as soon as possible.. The lien amount is showing 4597.. So when dis will be cleared... I m in urgency.. Help me soon...

I submit cheque book counter dt.24/10/17 but till date i not receive cheque book. So without cheque book i don't rtgs and don't business. My pending business order is cancel everyday and my party diverted.
So request please please send my cheque book as early as possible.

I am account holder of Bank of Baroda Byculla Branch from[protected]. My Saving Account Number [protected] debited Rs. 21000/- dated 16th October 2017 in the favoure of Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd.Mumbai, this transaction has been cancelled.

kindly give credit amount of Rs.21000/- to my saving account.

    I was doing on a transaction of rs. 150 via google payment app tez on 13 november but it got failed and inspite of this the ammount is being deducted from my bank account. And status is shown as waiting for bank... Till now and the payment is also not received by bank.
    Please help me in getting my money back. Please refund amount as soon as possible.

      Hello,

      In bank of baroda, crystal plaza, sharjah head office, uae - when i complain regarding forex currency blockage so their bank manager said it takes time and can take 6 months so whats the hell is that i mean that is 250$+ amount i. E. 17000 inr so they guyz dont know how to do banking with the customers and i want refund of this money from this guyz and in short they are spoiling an image of india's bank of baroda.
      And they are very rude in talking and they were pretending like i did something wrong in dealing with forex market by my debit card.
      And here why bank of baroda did block in transacting or online payment??
      Are they incapable of handling online transaction or what else?

      I will sue againt them if they wont settle this amount in this nov month end coz 6 months would get over after this month.

        I recently transfered money from my paytm wallet to bank account in bank of baroda. But i mistyped the account number and the amount was transfered to other account.
        Ifsc and account holder name was typed correct.
        I contacted the bank but they said to contact paytm.
        Paytm says they are not in authority of the money so they cant help.
        I looked for rbi rules. It says in my case bank must contact the person whos account was credited with the amount.
        Intention to transfer money was in nathdwara branch.
        And nathdwara branch instead of helping replied in rude
        I stay in mumbai i cant visit nathdwara.

          I am manesh m and am a regular customer of bank of baroda. I am writing this letter for asking about my failure transaction on 28th october, i was send rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) to zeb it services private limited through bob mconnect mobile app but the payment was failure
          But cash deducted.
          Then i got a failure message and your cash will refund within 7 days but till today i dont get back my money. So please take necessary action for this.

            This is mental harassment of a customer.
            It is interesting to learn how bank of baroda nerul branch (Near d. Y. Patil college) is ensuring that a customer for a job of 2min instead spend 20min.in a duration of one month i visited this branch 3-times to withdraw cash and not surprising but all the time all 3 machines (1 atm machine inside bank & 1 atm and 1 deposit machine in the besides bank) is either not functional or it is running out of cash. Today on 10-nov-2017 i again visited the branch and maintaining their consistency of inefficiency the machine were again not working. The branch manager gave same lame excuse of running out of cash & provided me option of cash withdrawal. So now this sardar employee (Since i don't know his name i am enclosing his image, not being racist do not misunderstand) when i requested for pen in extremely rude & disrespectful way insulted me and when i raised my voice the bank employees argued to lower my voice but i was provoked by bob employee to behave like this.

            It has been 30 days approx and i haven't get return of my bob account of mine is debited with 1870.30rs on 11/10/2017 but the paytm has not received and they also not giving response and u too please help me out faster.

              Actually i have been withdraw the amount rs. 10000 on 08/10/2017 at 05:03 pm from nearby jawahar chock landmark atm machine but some how regarding machine problem i would not getting as my withdraw amount rs10000 and i have been contact to bank of baroda surendranagar branch and they are registered complaint of me with the claim id is [protected].
              But upto till date i can't get my refund amount rs 10000 so i have request you please consider my complaint very much serious ans give me positive response as soon as possible

                Around 3 months ago i filed a complaint with my bank of baroda jalgaon branch for a transaction in which money debited from account but no credit was received on the other side. It has been 5 emails and 3 months still no progress. All the details required to check this transaction was given by me in the first mail itself. All they do is forward my mail to one another (Within different lazy rude employees) and asks the other guy to check. This is going on for 2 months now. Though the amount is only around 500 /-, still the service is awful. Pathetic service. I even complained by physically going to the branch and all they say is "email us and it will be done.". Every time i face the issue, it is never solved on time or even looked into. These fat dumb employees just want to sit around and chat rather than doing a thing. Bank of baroda jalgaon is worst bank branch ever. You guys take us for granted.

                      The amazon company initiated the refund on 1november 2017. The refud has been initiated on my account 3-5 buisness days. But the refund is still pending.
                      So i humble request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Myself mrs kanchan jitendra surana account holder of bob from ahmedabad (Maskati branch) a/c no: [protected].
                        I have requested to register my mobile no with my account for net banking from since last 10days, i have also received "sign in"and"transaction password" from the branch, but while doing transaction there is always error for to register the mobile no.
                        I also visited to my branch severeal times for the query of registering my mobile no and also mailed to your"h. O" office. But still my mobile no is been unregistered and due to this i am facing lot of problems (Can't operate the a/c online, no online transaction and many) i have also complaint to mr jigar pandya your bob executive person from maskati branch, ahmedabad. He was also like saying to mail, so i hereby request to please solve my query and to register my mobile no with my bank account as soon as possible. I hope my problem will be solved fast.

                            On 16 october 2017, i book a flight from bangalore to delhi (Round trip). Flight is on 9 december 2017 and 17 december 2017 using goibibo app.

                            While booking flight, i first made transaction through net banking and it was failed. I again made transaction through debit card and it was successful and ticket was booked.

                            I had a word with both bank of baroda and goibibo. Bank of baroda told from their end payment is successful and settled with merchant and goibibo is saying they have check all their payment gateway and payment is failed from their end. Please find attached mail from bank and goibibo

                            What should i do in this case

                              Refund has been initiated by amazon on 19th and 21st of october and they have the refund successfuly processed reference numbers that is

                              I have talked to bank people multiple times and even visited my jayanagar branch no body is ready to help me. At any cost i want my refund to be refelecting in my account. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                for hidden charges

                                Today, i deposited 14, 000/- rupees in bob, fatehgunj vadodara branch! The officer who was collecting money, he did not aware me about charges of 71 rupees per transaction! And when i want to cancel this transaction he did not give my money and said the transaction is completed! Why i pay this type of hidden charges for credit my money to my account in same bank? Bob making fool to the people! Please take action against bob for this type...

                                I am trying to pay amount to my friend using tez application. And it says that your bank is not ready to accept requests for now.
                                It also happened few days back when i was trying to pay money through paytm. I had to go home back and get money. This is not at all acceptable.

                                Why is it happening time and again. Please resolve as soon as possible.
                                Get someone capable to resolve your issues

                                    As per the above subject, mr. Alamdar abbas, a suspended employee of bright gems, was also a mandate holder during his employment with us and same was intimated to bank of baroda kg road branch by submitting the letter in the month of august 2017 to remove his name & signature from mandate holder and suspend all the transactions including internet banking but still on 19th oct 2017, mr. Alamdar has done neft transaction, how?
                                    After submitting the letter for removing his (Mr. Alamdar) name, also we had requested the bank officials to provide cust id & user name but same was denied by the staff which was needed to change the password for internet banking by our end.
                                    In spite of the letter submitted to you (Bank of baroda), mr. Alamdar abbas has withdrawn (Rs:351, 000.00) three lakhs fifty one thousand rupees on 19/10/2017 from bright gems current account without holding any authority. He is also not authorized to do any transactions from our account as per our previous letter submitted two months back at branch.

                                    We m/s bright gems, write this letter against unauthorized transaction by mr. Alamdar abbas and same was approved by your bank without any notification/intimation to us.
                                    So we here by write this complaint against the bank of baroda for accepting the above said transaction through neft and doing negligence in this.
