My self is nujarat paravin and i have a savings account number [protected] running in your branch and this account is running from 13/04/2010. This account has been stopped with out informing me suddenly, which has made me very difficult. Because the widow was taking the pension and gas subsidy in the account, which is not coming after the closure of this account, so you are requested that you will be sorry for your abduction to open my account.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As i Refund my product from amazon .
and after few days i talk to costomer care of Amazone they tell to me to complain to here for refund.

The money refund is transfer from the amazon in 4/8/2017
so please help me to get my money back.

    On 19th july 2017, at 17:22:01, i withdrew an amount of rupees 15, 000 but the cash was not dispensed out of atm due to unavailability of electricity. So the transaction was not completed successfully. But my account is debited by rupees 15, 000.

    So, i kindly request you to resolve my problem as earlier as possible and credit my account with the same

      Amount debited from my account but haven't received cash from atm
      Dear sir,
      My sbi a/c no. [protected] branch: sbi ceeri pilani i used my sbi atm card to withdraw rs. 10000/. On date of 04/08/2017 at 11:49 am from bank of baroda atm located at main market (3bmnrjjh) madrella, rajasthan. Money was not receive from atm but my a/c got deducted. Atm show automatic switch off. We got msg. 04/08/2017 11:49:08 saying 10000 rupees have been deducted. Later checked balance from same atm noticed 10000 rupees deducted which i never received. I kindly request to resolve this problem and refund the amount as i need it in urgently.

            I have apply home loan in bank of baroda specialized mortgage store at surat with ref of dsa chirag savaliya. Bank of baroda charge processing fees of rs 8625 for home loan and also charge rs 8625 for home loan improvment on dated 20/04//2017 file no respectively 165 and 166
            I surprised that if home loan u will reject than how can u charge fees for home loan improvement. This is stage wise processor that firstly u sanction the home loan then after sanction the improvement loan but he charge both charges simultaneously. Chief manager pradeep barik give me letter of rejection and told that no any fees are reimbursed to you because off the file is reject due to income not satisfactory. This kind of work is shameless.
            If firstly my income is not sufficient than how will u take proposal u only want process fee with me and one of other mistake bob done that when the first process is not over than how will u charge the second step.
            Please give me fully refund of rs 17250/- rs and also give me harassment with interest.
            I[censored] have not take action against this matter than i go to consumer forum.

              I would like to inform you that, i have a saving account no. [protected] in the name of golu saini with bank of baroda, sisamau bazar (Barb0sisama), kanpur.

              My sign is mismatch in bank records with my present sign. Because of that i face many problems in operate account & cheque become dishonour also. So i request to bank change sign in their records.

              I went several times in branch but they neither change my sign nor give satisfactory answer.

              Branch head mr. Rakesh kumar ready to argue with me but could not change sign.

              He said if balance in your account is rs.1 lac or more than rs. 1 lac, i think to change sign.

              I asked him your guidelines is differ from rbi. He said yes, bank of baroda runs in their separate rules nor in rbi guidelines.

              So i wrote application (Enclosed) and took a sign and stamp also.

              Kindly solve my problem for future inconvenience.

                I have tried to recharge my mobile using my visa card of bank of baroda, jessore road br, kolkata on 3.8.2017 at about 3.30pm. But the transaction was blocked and i lodged a complain in this website and inadvertently gave the details of my bank a/c. Instantly a fraud person contacted me and assured that he is bank of baroda employee and will try to refund that blocked amt for recharge and received further details of the said a/c. But within some minutes that cheater has withdrawn total rs 41000.00 (Forty one thousand) from that a/c. He could not be contacted further for enquiry. Mobile no of that fraud person is [protected]. Requested to take immediate action to refund my hard earned money for rs 41000.00. Reminded that the fraud was done on 3.8.2017

Deducted amount 7000 inr from my deducted without use debit card, atm, net banking or any option. When i have complain to bank of baroda customer care officer / branch manager then all officer is saying that bsb bandra wrong credited 7000 inr in your account that amount deducted. But 7000 inr credited to sbi sirasa branch from account no.- [protected]. This credited not show with bank of baroda in my account ([protected]). But sbi officer is saying that a/c no.- [protected] credited 7000 inr to bank of baroda a/c - [protected].

                      I request to you that my problem solve as soon as poosible.

                        While going through the bank statement in respect of our account it has been observed that an amount of rs.4026/- (Rupees four thousand and twenty six only) was debited to our above mentioned account by your bank on june 21, 2017 towards “cr rep chgs of serv & trade marble”. However, no authority was obtained from us by your bank before deducting the said amount.
                        In view of the foregoing, you are requested to make necessary arrangement to reverse the entry by crediting our account with an amount of rs.4026/- immediately as the debit entry was made wrongfully.
                        Your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Since the amount is already deducted from my ac you are requested to take immediate action for crediting the amount to my mobile ac or refund the amount to my bank ac.

                              I was maintaining sb account no. [protected] with the majiwada branch (Thane, maharashtra) of bank of baroda. The bank debited rs.1, 150 for each of the four quarters in the year 2016-17 on 16/06/2016, 17/09/2016, 22/12/2016 and 17/03/2017. During march, 2017, when i asked the branch regarding these debits, i was told by the branch that i was supposed to maintain a minimum balance of rs.20, 000 and the quarterly charges were for non-maintenance of the said minimum balance.

                              It was a shock to me, since the branch had never informed to me that i was supposed to maintain a minimum balance of rs.20, 000 and i would be charged a quarterly fee of rs.1150 for non-maintenance of the said minimum balance. I told the branch that you did not inform me this condition and i did not give my acceptance for the said condition; therefore, you could not charge a quarterly fee of rs.1150. I requested the branch to refund me rs.4, 600. However, the branch refused to refund to me. Subsequently i complained to gm/operations in the head office of bank of baroda. He also did not favour me with the refund.

                              Please take up the issue with bank of baroda and help me in getting the refund of rs.4600 along with interest on the said amount.

                                regarding hardware error in cash deposit machine

                                Sir today on 2nd august 2017 i went to deposit 12000 in my account at chirawa branch of bob atm when i submitted money in box of that machine it took some time and showed hardware error and a slip in which no reference no was given so i contacted branch manager she said it will take some time and said to contact on bob toll free but when contacted they asked for reference no but it was not printed on the slip so no complain generated [protected]@gmail.com...

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    I have applied for the post of gold valuer in bank of baroda shrirampur branch.
                                    At the time of applying the manager has instructed about the documents required and the other requirements for becoming gold valuer.
                                    I have provided all the necessary documents according to the instructions.
                                    As per the instructions of the manager a saving account and a current account has been opened in the bank and also a fixed deposit of rs 5000/- has been made by me.
                                    Even after fulfilling all the necessary documents i have not appointed as a gold valuer by the bank authorities due to the reason of my age.
                                    The manager has never informed me about the age limitations for becoming gold valuer and today he is giving the excuse that the age limit is above 30 years old and below 60 years. My current age is 25 years old and i am experienced gold valuer in other banks since last 5 years.
                                    At the time of opening the accounts and making the fixed deposits the manager has never disclosed me about the age limitations and now after completing all the procedures he is giving the excuses about the age factor.
                                    I have invested around rs 12000/- for the procedures and now the accounts opened are of no use and the deposits are also of no use as there is no interest on current accounts.
                                    Please help me in the following case.
