Sir, i had applied for education loan of rs. 4.00 lakh under baroda gyan scheme at your ssi branch, parcel chauraha, bhilwara on 08.05.2017 and my application was sanctioned on 24.05.2017 for the same amount. Despite loan being sanctioned on 24.05.2017 i am not being disbursed the loan amount without any reason and i am being harassed daily by the branch manager mrs. N k sandhya by saying "come tomorrow, aftet one week, i am on leave etc.". The behaviour of the branch manager is quite unprofessional and non cooperative towards customers.
As there is the last date of remitting fees to the college applied for, my son's seat could be cancelled due to non-payment remittance of the fees.
I request you to kindly look into the matter favourably as soon as possible or else i will be compelled to complain to rbi, iba and to file case against your bank for destroying my son's career and future.

I have been very bad experience with your bank all the counter is non working while I ask to manager he replied me lunch time is going on than I told him sir Pl you mention so & so time is lunch immediately he arrogance with me & reply who are you I told him I am a customer than he told you Pl go out of bank while lunch is completed than you enter in the same time he ask to security to push him out of bank in between some other customers object & reply to manager Mr piglani he your customers not a robber Pl do not behave like that but sound not reply probably
Sir I will request you find out the problem & take care if the manager is behavior should proper if you are not able to solve than I will take forward to RBI
