Sir,
I beg to say that i am account holder of your bank of branch (New sanganer road, jaipur). I were transaction my money with my debit card on dated[protected] of amount 3, 450rs. And 42, 550rs. But the amount debited from my account of rs.3, 499.68 and 43, 162.72 and[protected] of 42, 550 but again the amount debited from account of rs.43162.72.
I request to refund my money as soon as possible another wise give me the reason of cutting the charge. Further details are shown below.

      Hello sir,

      I have been very bad experience with the bank of baroda bharuch (Gujarat) branch. I have opened joined account 2 years back and i have around 10000 rs balance since last 2 years. Today i have asked my brother to go to bob for balance checking that time get to know that account is deactivated without any notice or prior information. Second thing my brother has asked to activate again that that team manner of bob branch asked to fell kyc details and submitted again. He has filled all the details and again submitted the same that time they have asking that ask the person having this account to come and submit the kyc form i have already signed and given all the details of kyc then why i need to come to branch to submit the same if my brother already handover the details. Also when asked to do by net banking that time got reply like we dont do kyc on net banking.

      Its totally disappointing reply and behavior of team member this is not at all accepted from bob at least as a bank and employee you should server you customer properly.

        Sir. Today the date of[protected]. Iam going to the bank of baroda vishwas nagar. To submit a cash. But the cashier is refused me. And say that come after with the 2pm and talk abuse language. Than i call a customer care of bank baroda. And i ask sir is it any writing norms of rbi. U submit another branch of cash after 2 pm. He says no. And the customer care employee is tell me plz talk on manager. Than i'm going to manager cabin. Mr ajay kumar. And say my problem. He is also refused me. And say. I[censored] wish to i[censored] go where than ur choice. I tell u sir i write the complaint of full matter but his also refused. Sir plz take some strict action other wise i take a legal action and complaint ombudsman also.

        Today around 2.15 pm I have to visit to Bob agarsen circle alwar Rajasthan branch
        I have been very bad experience with your bank all the counter is non working while I ask to manager he replied me lunch time is going on than I told him sir Pl you mention so & so time is lunch immediately he arrogance with me & reply who are you I told him I am a customer than he told you Pl go out of bank while lunch is completed than you enter in the same time he ask to security to push him out of bank in between some other customers object & reply to manager Mr piglani he your customers not a robber Pl do not behave like that but sound not reply probably
        Sir I will request you find out the problem & take care if the manager is behavior should proper if you are not able to solve than I will take forward to RBI

          Dear sir
          I am account holder no [protected]. I am using the pos machine provided by your santh pipli branch.
          I have swipe a card of hdfc bank for rs.6000/- as on 1 st of june 2017. Second one card of hdfc bank for rs.6th of june for 625/- and 57/- of indian bank. Any of this amount has not been credited in our account.

          Please note we have called hdfc customer care and bank authorities and the indian bank auth. Both have mentioned that the payment were cleared by there end.
          We have verified with our customer bank pass book and with conform the payment was debited from there respective accounts.
          We have also called the pos machine provider verifone company and they have also said that this payment are to be credited by your bank. The hdfc and indian bank have already realize the amount.

          We have complain to our branch and have request thrice for same., but no solution have been find out. Nor the amount has been credited in our account. By this we request you to help in the matter and oblige.

            A simple question of 'how long does a third party fund transfer take place'? To the customer care person, who either was asleep or had hard time listening and understanding a slowly spoken clear english.
            No proper response, kept the call on mute for every question asked to find answers from god knows who.
            At the end of 26 mins call i get a response that i should just get details from the branch coz that person was just too lazy to help.
            Did not even transfer the call to his lead or the person next to him.

            This is pathetic.

              Dear sir,

              This complaint is with regard to an incorrect transaction for an amount of rupees 6000 which was wrongly transferred to the account of one "mr. Pulkit sharma, resident of shastri nagar, meerut (Bank of baroda a/c no. [protected])" due to incorrect account number on 05th december 2016 by mr. Chintan sharma from jamnagar, gujarat through chillar.com.
              The correct a/c no. Should have been [protected] of my wife mrs. Radhika pathak
              I personally went to mr. Pulkit sharma's residence and informed about the incorrect transaction been made to their account. Mr. Pulkit sharma has given in written to bank of baroda, shastri nagar, meerut branch that the money does not belong to him and asked me to reclaim the money from the bank.

              Can you please assist in getting the money transferred back to mrs. Radhika pathak's (Bank account [protected]).

              Please do the needful. If required, i can give an undertaking on a stamp paper taking the full responsibility of the 6000/- in case of any future discrepancy (If any).

                  I have saving account in bob at bharuch (Station road) branch. I want to deposit cheque at jhagadia branch located in same district but bank personnel (Teller) is refuge to receive cheque & said that i have to deposit cheque only in my saving account branch (Station road). They (Jhagadia branch) can not receive the cheque of other branch.

                  Pls kindly action.

                      Sir i have a saving account in bank of baroda industrial estate branch mehsana gujarat. I have made a transaction on 26th april 2017 through my debit card and it was failed but amount was debited after continuous follow up till date my debited amount is not reversed. I have visited the branch twice and email the details on 9th may but till date no response from the bank.

                        Hello. Myself ashish h. Kotadia. I have account in bob, harni branch and my account number is [protected]. There is one check return at[protected] of rs.70000 amount and rs.144 is deducted for that check return.. So i just want to tell that, its an third party check which is returned. So why amout deducted from my account? What is my process in that? Why my money is deducted? I want to clear that thing. So please solve this issue..

                              With due respect i beg to state that bob uni. Br. Ahmedabad has deducted subject amount without my consent and knowledge since 22/9/15 to may, 2017.

                              Despite repeated reminders, no fruitful reply is forthcoming. Request to takeup the matter with concerned branch for providing me the original copies duly signed by me enabling bank for deducting the subject account.

                                  Sir, i had applied for education loan of rs. 4.00 lakh under baroda gyan scheme at your ssi branch, parcel chauraha, bhilwara on 08.05.2017 and my application was sanctioned on 24.05.2017 for the same amount. Despite loan being sanctioned on 24.05.2017 i am not being disbursed the loan amount without any reason and i am being harassed daily by the branch manager mrs. N k sandhya by saying "come tomorrow, aftet one week, i am on leave etc.". The behaviour of the branch manager is quite unprofessional and non cooperative towards customers.
                                  As there is the last date of remitting fees to the college applied for, my son's seat could be cancelled due to non-payment remittance of the fees.
                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter favourably as soon as possible or else i will be compelled to complain to rbi, iba and to file case against your bank for destroying my son's career and future.
