I purchased product from myntra of my loaning account of emi no is [protected] on 28th march. However because of some unforeseen situations i canceled my order and myntra has confirmed that they have issued refund already. However i did not get any confirmation on this. This is cheating and bluff with customer trust. Due to this my partner bank BOB has not canceled the emi and also sending first emi installment date from my account. Would request you to take immediate action on cancelling the loan or emi. I am posting thus complaint to consumer forum as well for this harassment

Complaint marked as Resolved I ordered a product through myntra a new process payment method the name is Instacred if you have not any credit card then you go through instacred debit card emi method so I booked 5 order and the amount is 7200inr but the order booked and later I see the delivery address wrong so I canceled my order myntra was saying he refund my all amount through bob bank but bob bank was sending me emi message and saying you emi starting soon so please I request you sir canceled my emi bob was not helping me thank you
