I'm having a saving bank account in bank of baroda at horniman circle branch. I had applied for internet banking services in september 2016 but till today i have not received proper guidance or service which i require. Every time the people from this branch miss guiding. Every time they ask to come in 7 days or 15 days but it's been 9 months now they are not helping. This time also they said that come in next week. Tried to reach branch manager many time but the sometime the manager is not available or sometime is on leave. I have spent my lot of money in last few months visiting the branch from bandra to churchgate. Kindly help me with the solution as soon as possible or account closing procedures without loss because i don't have money to waste for this more.

    My debit card is not working for online transactions it is blocked so please unlock the card. So, please kindly solve my problem it is very important to me for online transactions.     A refund has been made by amazon on 18th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      Cash deposit machine issue

Today i went to bank of baroda sector 11 branch to deposit my cash and i deposited 17600 in ur cash deposit machine at 12.44 pm but as i kept the sum of 17600 in ur machine the machine got sever error and then ur machine got stuck and my money not came back or nor it had been credited in my account so sir i humbly request u to resolve my problem as soon as possible because i had urgent need of money for...

        I, shri merwyn richard viegas, having the above savings bank account with bank of baroda. On 15.03.2017 i have given one cheque to punjab and maharashtra national bank for fixed deposit purpose for rs.9, 40, 000/-. The requisite amount was in my savings bank account. However the bank cleared the cheque and debited the amount and subsequently credited the amount stating 'account blocked'. When i enquired, i was informed that kyc is not done. However to my utter surprise i observed that in my savings bank pass book rs.288/- was dedected stating charges for the above transaction.

        I would like to inform you that in the first instant the bank did not send me a letter or any intimation for submitting the kyc details. Had they submitted the letter, i would have followed the instructions. Moreover inspite of having the amount in the bank, they have just returend the cheque and lapses for kyc were not on our part since they have not intimated us.

        In view of the above you are requested to credit the amount of rs.288/-in my account mentioned above.

        On 31.05.2017, i deposited a cheque no. 669053 for rs.975994.29 drawn on hdfc bank. The said cheque was deposited in my account no: [protected] and the requisite amount was credited on 02.06.2017. Subsequently on the same i also deposited a cheque no. 669052 for rs.2732893.08 drawn on hdfc bank. The said cheque was deposited in account no: [protected] in andheri west branch of bank of baroda. Both cheques were deposited in andheri west branch of bank of baroda. However the said amount was not credited on 02.06.2017 even though both cheques were of the same branches and the person who has issued the cheques was the same person.

        When i enquired with bank of baroda at andheri west branch, sv road where i deposited the cheque, the officer told me that there was technical mistakes on their part and the cheque is received back. However again they deposited the cheque on 06.06.2017 and i received the credit to the above amount of rs.2732893.08 on 08.06.2017.

        When the customer is at fault, banks charge in various ways such as cheque returned charges, cheque dishonoured charges, sms charges, internet banking charges, but when bank is at fault, bank should also pay the loss caused to the account holder who is their customer on account of their lapses and negligence. Secondly i had to issue the cheque urgently to a person who i had to pay money and therefore could not pay his dues on time. I had to pay him interest for no fault of mine. Had the cheque cleared in time, i could have easily issued the cheque, saving me from the interest.

        In view of the above, it is requested to pay interest from 02.06.2017 to 08.06.2017 i. E. For 6 days on rs.2732893.08 failing which the matter will be taken to banks ombudsman

          We have made an online transaction with amazon on 14th may and ordered a mobile phone lenovo phab 2 plus and subsequently we have cancelled the transaction on 22nd nov with amazon and amazon initiated the refund on 23rd nov. Here is the refund reference number 4947385665746647803077 and authorization code - 103926. Till today we haven't received the refund amount to my bank of baroda account. We have also raised an compliant with bob through spgrs reference : 208481. Please check and confirm when i will receive the money.

            It has been 25 days that i have not received my refund money of rs 1500 of product watch goqii. I have contacted amazon care about many times and they have elevated my case and sent me a mail. After that wait is still on but bank of baroda people have kept saying they can't see any money came into account. Even my mother has taken rounds after round to bank and fed up with the bank. How cruel can you be for this little amount of money. Such a non-ethics showed by people of bob. I'm literally having worst experience. I have to pay fees. Please.

            Amazon refunded the amount of 1499 rs on 16th of may with authorization code 214956 and reference number for the refund is "4945195966016028403085" but till now i didn't get amount into my account.
            The amount is not reflected in my account.
            Useless customer care saying it will take 45 days to gets amount in my bank.

              Misbehaviour by call center ms swagatks & mr ibrahim & after 20 days of complaint neither amount refunded nor credit into my bank account for void sale transaction after submission of all relavent documents. Also they don't bothered to respond custom. Er complaint by mail as well personal. Is it by me into branch
              I have made payment thru pos on 20th may it' made twice once for rs 1550 & again it was for rs 1025/- both amount debited from my account but my vendor get credit for only rs 1025/- when we claim for refund for rs 1550/- but bob didn't respond on my mail as well my personal visit on said subject neither the call center rep shows interest to resolve but also make surprise they didn't have zonal officer contact no or email address even they don't have. Concern branch ctc/ mail address to escalate the same

              Pls find copy of supporting document which i have already submitted in local bob br.

                  All the time we. Are facing cash problems in virsad branch atm. And there is no response of bank person. Ifsc code - barb0virsad. If bank doesn't know that atm has no money den why u required atm at that point i[censored] dont have cssh to pit in atm plz remove atm from that point. Bcz customer always faces problems.in a whole month atlest 15 times we cant get money.

                      I have saving bank account no.[protected] with your bank of baroda dombivili-east branch.
                      Bank of baroda dombivili (East) branch, apurva apartment, manpada road, dombivili (East) 421201.

                      My complaint regarding your staff service and rude behavior towards customers.

                      I have taken this issue with chief manager mr. K. V. Gaikwad, he ignored my feed-back and made me wait for 1 hour out side his cabin unnecessarily. Unfortunately not consider my complaint seriously. He think customer service is not a priority for him. Surprise to know that india's largest leading bank is doing such nonsense work.

                      I writing to bank of baroda management just to give customer feed back, kindly take strict action towards the manager and staff involved in this branch so that professional service will be provided in future, just like private banks who values all customers.

                      If you continue the same attitude towards customer, you will loose your good will and name also in no time. Day will come you will beg for customers and no body will turn to your request.

                      How can i believe bank of baroda when all time bounded net banking . How can i do my wish.
                      Please provide all day & all time facility to internet banking because we are suffering more type of problem. We believe that this issue will resolve.
                      PLEASE RE SOLVE MY ISSUE SOME DAY I WAS VERY UPSET MY NET BANKING ACCOUNT IS LOCK PLEASE RESET MY ACCOUNT SETTING.

                                I have enter wrong account number -[protected] for imps transfer from another account on 7/10/2016... Money wil be deducted 25000/- and when i complained to local branch they said it goes to uttar pradesh somewhere bank account... And the unknown person withdrawl from his account...                                   I hope that you necessary take action to give my money back in my bank account as soon as possible by the bob bank or credit pli premium payment in the my pli account as soon as possible.
                                  I give you all necessary proof to credit it.

                                    सर, , , मेरा बचत खाता संख्या -[protected]आपकी बैंक की शाखा पोकरण जिला जैसलमेर में संध्या W/O ललित पंवार में दर्ज है ..मैंने पिछले 2 महीने में इस शाखा में कम से कम 7-8 चक्कर ATM और नेट बैंकिंग सुविधा लेने के लिए निकल लिए है ..कई बार दस्तावेज जमा करवाने के बावजूद आजतक मुझे ATM और नेट बैंकिंग की सुविधा नहीं मिली है, में बैंक के कई चक्कर काट चूका हूँ, मुझे कर्मचारियों द्वारा ठीक से जवाब भी नहीं दिया जा रहा है, कृपया मेहरबानी करके मुझे ATM और NET BANKING की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाए !
