I visited my branch lots of time but he couldnt response me they are not giving me a satisfied answer

[protected] abusing & threatening my family showing them self as officers of bob, it results a high mental pressure and depressing situation for us. Whereas we have not associated with the bank in any manner. Kindly resolve the matter to avoid any legal litigation.

      Kindly inform you that the refund amount of rs 5899 by amazon transfer on 2nd may 2017. But still this amount not credited in my account. Reference number given by amazon. Request you kindly do the refund. Please refund 5899 rupees. 2nd may 2017 i order 1 home theater on amazon.in. But order cancelled and 5899 rupees cut on my bank account. Please refund my money.

        Dear Sir,

        This is chetan gupta.
        on date 9/5/17 i am going in my bank of baroda branch Latoush road to deposit amount in my a/c while deposit the money in my a/c the headcashier of the branch told me that my one note of Rs 2000 in fake and also deny to take to deposit and misbehaving to me.
        I m also confirmed from Rbi for my note and the person of Rbi is told me that the note is correct and nothing to worried about it.
        So kindly look into this on urgent basis and give me a proper reason to what action taken by your side to that person who misbehave with me and also for currency to wrote (cross) on it in legal note.

          Dear sir/madam, this is azhagarsamy. A from chennai. I am having account in bank of baroda in pbb anna nagar branch chennai. I used my debit card to purchase (In the mode of pos) train pass at vandaloor railway station on[protected]Saturday) and i got the receipt as rs. 184.07. But when i got the alert message from bob show that your account is debited as rs. 195.57. I was shocked why the extra amount was debited from account. I raised my issue in customer care and my bank branch. But they are helpless and gave this mail id ([protected]@bobcards.com) to give the complaint. Then i registered a complaint by sending mail to given mail id. But till now i didn't get any response. Still i am amazing why the extra amount was debited from my account? Here i have attached image file of the receipt and sms for your reference. This is happening second time for me. My bob a/c no. Is [protected]

                I am sneha d/o kailash nath seth sir my father had taken a house property from bank of baroda pilikothi branch in varanasi through e-auction on 29 june 2016 and now it is about to one year but still bank hadn't given the possession of that house to us all payments are done by the purchaser (Kailash nath seth) my father.. Whenever we go to bank only excuses are given to us.. Even in regional office of bank of baroda they are also not helping us.. So we talked to regional manager sir he said that talk to my low officer so we talked to him also so everytime he was just saying that dm sir is not there in court so after 6 to 7 months he was still saying the same so we decided to go in court to see what they are doing so there the matter was adm sir said that the e-auction done by bank is wrong and bank also had not submitted all the necessary and important papers so just because of that our case was dismissed by adm sir. Now also they are just indirectly egnouring us and also not replying us in a good manner. Sir we are middle class people and w our condition is also not good my father had taken that house property on loan and every month we are paying a high loan's interest which is now not affordable for us... Our economical condition is also weak.. My mother is a heart patient and she can't afford that much of stress sir please help us... I am complaining with a hope to get justice soon...

I only received rs 1, 500 (500 x 3) as cash from the atm machine. But the receipt of cash show withdrew of rs 10, 000.                     Dear sir, i have paid passport application form fee online through debit card bank of baroda rupay card but due to any technical error payment deduct my account but not confirm and massage show \internal server error\; for this application ref no. 17-[protected]. At dated 11 april 2017 approx time 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm, but the money is not refunded till now (3 may 2017). And this condition bank not any massage deliver my registered no. After entry i confirm amount deducted. Please refund deducted money. Transaction amount rs.1512.75/-. This transaction any number not generate and i have track payment so display failed transaction. After that i have again payment in different relative netbanking so transcation sucessful at 11/04/2017 at 5.12 pm. Please solve this issues...                       I had done a withdrawal of 1500 from a corporation Bank ATM on 4th April but that much amount had been deducted from my account and I didn't get it.                         I am a one account holder of Bank of Baroda, Heera Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur Rajasthan and my account is SB A/c No. [protected]. My grievance is as under-
                        1. I produce one cheque on 29.4.2017 in your BOB, Heera Path Mansarovar, Jaipur.

                        2. I inadvertently wrote the date on the cheque is 29.4.2016 instead of 29.4.2017.

                        3. After lapse of six days, no response is received from the Bank side regarding the above cheque. if I wrote wrong date mention on the cheque. After 2 days ago I contacted the above Branch official Shri Meena and inquired the aforesaid cheque. But concerned person said that cheque is not returned back. Today i.e. 5.5.17, again I have inquired the same to the same person. He said that cheque is not returned. After that I approached to the Branch Manager. Branch Manager told him after 20 minutes Branch Manager 'Telephoned' cheque had been received.
                        4. I told to BM when I wrote my telephone number on the back side on the cheque, why are you called me. He has not given a reply satisfactory.
                        5. It appears that concerned branch has not been done their duty properly and I am not satisfied the services of the Bank.

From the date onwards we do the transctions threw swiping mission 23159.00. After they told me us account is not opened. From today onwards the amount is not credited in our account. We informed the rajahmundry bank of baroda thew are not solving the issue. Please solve the problem and clear the balance in our account.

                              I have the same complain as above.I had made an online transfer of Rs.5209 on 17.10.2016 which was failed and paytm added the same in my paytm wallet on 9.11.2016 and i had click on the option transfered to bank instantly amount has been debited from my wallet but not credited in my bank account. When i contacted the merchandise they said - they already possessed the refund on 9.11.2016 and it will take around 7-10 days for your bank to process it and it to show in your account. Since then i am waiting but I have not got nothing. When I contacted my merchant side again they forward a mail of refund and ask me to contact my bank
                              BOB customer service is not giving satisfying answers nor they are capable to handle my this query

                              My deducted amount 5209 had not refunded which was deducted on 9.11.2016 email send by paytm ..they had refunded the amount but bank is not giving proper reply such as when and how balance will be refunded Paytm Care ([email protected]) 7:15 PM (17 hours ago) to me Dear Anas, Greetings from Paytm! Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience caused. We regret that the refund has not been credited to your account. Trust, Paytm has refunded INR 5209.0 to your bank under order 2136338777 and your bank has shared a reference number 30001063156291195285383 as a proof of successful refund with us. We would request you to kindly get in touch with your bank “Phone Banking Customer Care Team” to further validate for refund authentication by providing above mentioned reference number. Banks may take up to 7-14 working days to reflect the money in your account. In case of PSU’s and Rupay Cards, the TAT is 7-21 working days. If the amount not received within this period, then you can share the bank statement in PDF format from the date of transaction to till date.

                                I had Facing Problem with Bank of Baroda Team for Reimburse my Money for Failed online Transaction, i had complain before 3 months but still my money is not return to me. i had follow up lots of time (Call, Mailed, Complain, Talk with Kandivali West Brand Chief Manager) for the same, but they are not supporting me, i had Mailed Lost of People for the same, i had mailed to RBI, Customer Service Category, Branch Office, Debit Card Department, Mumbai Head, BOB Vadodra Team, All Are knows about my issues, but they are not taking my issues as priority, and the big bad thing is Kandivali west branch manager is taking in so badly, they said "1512.75 rs. is not big amount then why you're creating big issues & etc." CS Kindly Help to Resolve my issue, no one is responding on my mail, if possible then i will surely share my mail conversation to you of my Gmail.

                                  I've done a transaction of rupees 12000 in date - 20th april 2017 wd swipe machine. The transaction cancled due to server error from purwar watch company (Pin-210427) and 12000 rupees have not credited in my account no-[protected], account holder-antas saxena. I've complained in bob branch modinagar (Pin-201204) but there are no progress so please refund my rupees as soon as possible.

                                    I have been changing my sister's atm pin at bob atm ballia (U. P) the atm security gaurd came and cancelled my transaction without telling anything. He was an old man and he was very very characterless don't know how to speak. He cancelled my transaction and when i said i will complain to the branch he said do whatever you can do and laughed. The branch manager too didn't entertain my complain. Seriously very very dissappointed with bob.

                                      The individual is a pensioner of the indian army. The pension is been credited by the bank of baroda branch in the account of the individual but now it seems that the bank not providing the medical aid in the pension credited. The individual wants this mess to be sorted out as soon as possible. The individual will be highly thankful if some sort of helpful action will be taken p by this forum.

                                        I have booked my train ticket on 14th april 2017 and bcz of some issue i hve cancelled my train ticket on 17th april 2017.. I have booked ticket through book my train with help of pay u money... But after cancelling ticket they told me that they have returned my money back but in my transecrion history no refunded money is there... They told me to cotact ur bank... It is related to bank issue... From their side payment refunded successfully... But u r not to b paid by ur bank.. Is there any delay from ur side.. I need my money back urgently... Plz positively reply otherwise i will take legal steps... Thank u.. Kindly solve my issue
