This is in reference to Account no [protected] of Vijaya Lakshmi foods with your bank. We have opened the current account with your bank on Nov 02nd 2016 and the swiping machine was allotted on same day . We have started using the swiping machine from that day . The amount deposited in the account is not settled during the period from Nov 02 2016 to Feb 10th 2017. Pls deposit the amount which we have used in that particular period, Service was not Good from bank side, there is no proper response from your team and our problem was not solved. Kindly look into the issue and please resolve at the earliest

    I am a bank of Baroda pindra Varanasi branch customer.I deposit my axis bank check at bank of Baroda pindra Varanasi branch in my account at[protected] but it is not clear after 15 days. I want to know why my check is not clear after 15 days too.For proof I leave a photo of common deposit slip.

        After demonetization from November 8th, till date i am not getting any cash from the counter or ATM in Mithapur Branch.

        I have approached the Bank at least thrice in a week, but unfortunately always getting same answer..NO MONEY.

        I am having 5 nos. of account since 30 years including salary account.

        Also very shrewd behavior from Bank Staff. When asked for cash, they reply, you go to Dwarka ATM, as it is a pilgrimage center.
        Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        It is been over two weeks that I have applied for Debit card from Bank of Baroda. My PIN has arrived but the card hasn't. Please inform how much time it will take.

          My BOB a/c no. [protected] and branch is Kamala Nagar, Agra. I used my BOB ATM card to withdraw Rs. 9000/. on date of 14th Feb at 11:38 AM, from ICICI Bank ATM Dayalbagh Agra (7045). Money was not receive from ATM but my a/c got deducted this amount. I don’t received payment from ICICI ATM my account . Then I contact to Customer care and branch for complaint then he said that you wait 7 days and till date . My deducted amount has not credit in my a/c. I request you to accord credit of Rs.9000/- to my savings bank account.
          Please resolve my issue. I am taking continuous follow up but still there is no any responses from your side. If your are fail to resolve my issue than I will take legal action on you (Bank of Baroda, Agra)

          BOB customer not support, Please resolve this issue.
          Hi sir/ madam, My saving a/c no. is [protected] named arvind T. Dubey. On 28/02/17 i bought railway pass ticket of amount 587.05 with debit card. But it debited 603.77 from my account. Can you help me to tell where is my 16.72rupees? Why it is debited extra 16.72 rupees???

            Dear sir/madam
            Used my bank of baroda debit card for e transaction.                 Dear sir,
                my name is prajnya p shetty and my bank account number is [protected] . i had made the payment of rs 2433 against mahanagar gas on 16th feb 2017 from my debit card. amount of rs 2433 debited from my account but the transaction failed.
                it has been more than 7 working days and still i have not got my refund
                please look into the case and give credit of rs 2433 for the failed online transaction to my account immediately

                  On 02/09/2014 (15:33:55) my account was debited by Rs.6284.09/-. I have not done that transaction nor I have shared my personal details with anyone. I have submitted all the documents required immediately i.e on 03/09/2014. I am following up with the Branch on regular basis via email but no reply from the branch. Till this date no amount has been credited to my account....

                  I have applied for debit card on dt. 09/02/2017 which I have not received till date 04/03/2017. Also not able get good response from th branch. Really very disappointed with the service as this is the same problem which I have been facing from last three years. As this is the third time I have applied for debit card and facing the same problem again as before. Every time I ask the branch employees they reply " you will receive it with in 10 working days" but then now I am suffering from last 20 days. Really very disappointed with the service..

                    I never seen these type of service before in any bank at my entire life...sorry but worst service ever...I already complain to your indore branch head office and that ####### abused me I'm your old customer..so response your customer plaese its good for you...I already give my mobile number to upgrade in my bank account but yet its not proceed..and im unable to use my bank account in online becouse its show Unragistartion my mobile number to my account..so kindly i request you take action as soon as possible...Thank you..

In bob debit card i have recharged 100 Rs for BRMRCL metro card but it deducted excess amount in debit card. who is responsible for excess deduction in debit card? whom should i concern? i give complaint BMRCL of deduction of excess of amount in debit card of Bob. we deduct a amount of 100 Rs and more than that Plz check with bank of deduction.

                            My name is P.S.Chiranjeevi and my Bank Account No. is[protected]. I have got recharged my BSNL Mobile with STV Voice Voucher of Rs. 201 through Bank of Baroda Internet Banking at 13-04 hours of[protected]. The amount of Rs. 200 (post discount) was debited TWICE to my bank account where as recharge was done ONLY ONE.

                              Respected Sir,
                              This is inform you that we have withdrawn of Rs 4500/- through CANARA Bank ATM on 06.02.17 at 11.56 am but no amount withdrawn from ATM machine but amount have been deducted from my Account. I went many times to our nearest Bank Of Baroda branch but they were not co-operate with me. Two month ago, I went to bank but they told me, you will be patience. After some days it will be credited in your a/c. Till today I have not received any money.

                              So, requested to you to please credit of Rs. 4500/- with immediate effect.

                                A wrongful NEFT transaction of Rs 4000 has not been reversed for over 60 days despite several complaints, phone calls and personal visits. The source bank has also provided request letters and repeated phone calls. I have registered online complaint of BOB site, but it shows technical error. The branch office shows no response, and refuses to act.
                                I have written also to General Manager, Regional Manager Bank of Baroda, and yet no response. It is a minor amount, and yet over two months time has been taken.

                                  SB A/C.No.[protected] of Kalyan Branch, Maharashtra
                                  Bank has levied SMS charges of Rs.17 in my account on 9th February, 2017 for the service which I have not availed. Infact my present mobile number is not even registered with the bank. Without my consent and without informing me charges have been debited in my savings account. When informed to the branch manager by email, he is very adamant and rude and not accepting the email giving the reason email ID is not registered with the bank. When Mobile number is not registered and no SMS received by the customer how can the bank debit the charges in my savings account. I DONT HAVE ANY SUCH SMS FACILITY.

                                    I have transferred amount 3000/- from my a/c [protected] on 27’feb’17 evening to a/c[protected] digi bank but amount not credited to my digi bank a/c weather i got to know that my digi a/c[protected] has been closed by bank due to kyc issue.

                                    Would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and reverse the amount 3000/- to my bank of baroda.
