I swiped my Debit card twice to pay to the merchant Heritage Foods Ltd, at Sivam Road, Hyderabad. Both times Transaction failed. I requested the Cashier to verify transaction approved or failed, he did not oblige. I paid cash and took delivery of the purchased articles worth Rs.415.00

I found those two debit entries corresponding to the two failed transactions in my account which, a few minutes later, I accessed...

Transaction declined but amount debited from my account.
My account is in SBH(A/C No [protected]) main branch Siddipet. I went to withdraw Rs.10000 from my near by BANK OF BARODA ATM IN SANGAREDDY AT bypass road.ATM ID IS 1FDMDK07.
transaction was declined with SEQ NO.2219 And error code 072.time04/02/2017:11:36AM
Please help me to recover my lost amount....

I paid my exam fee for university through ATM (Debit Card) online on 30 January 2017, but my transaction did't success but I saw mini statement of My Account then revealed that amount had deducted from my account but transaction was not success. So Please take a serious action as soon as possible and refund my deducted amount which has cut is wrong.

The bank staff in the bank of baroda in kolar branch are very rude and do not co-operate with customers. Also most of them do not speak native language and cause trouble for lot of customers. Most of the customers are from villages and the way they treat us is very inhuman. They speak either English or Telugu which most people do not know.
