Pls resolve my complaint, because my mother (Mrs. Ramna Devi) saving account holder in Jais, Uttar Pradesh, Amethi. account no.[protected]
Every time Jais staff tell to my mother printer in not work and not tell to her final balance that time.

When, she go to BOB, Jais branch, then whole day loss for this case. and she is senior citizen,
there staff illliterate.

Request date was 21/1/2017. i dont have receive my cheque book from you till date. if i go to post office they have say u plz visit your bank and u can talk with your bank bt when i go to branch they have always say we don't have any information about your cheque book nd they have very rude behaviour Especialy for one lady so plz can u suggest me ?? what can i do for this ???

      I am sending mail regarding to you, aravali kshetriya gramin bank Anwa, Dooni. .dist - Tonk, rajasthan), IFSC CODE -BARBODOONIX
      this bank manager take to interest any charge of KCC, and don;t given to information that what is rate of interest, i am very confused to 32000 interest OF amount Rs301000. and maneger is saying that your amount is more than 3 LAKH, so that we paid some amount and reduce my amount now 285000, but again rate of interest charges saying 30000.
      He don;t given sufficient information about of charges and talk to miss behave and saying that you are late amount but i paid last year my KCC 21 feb 2016, as per my knowledge
      if i pay my KCC within time deposit then should be rate of interest only 4% But he saying only interest charges 30000 and don;t given to satisfied answer so request to you solve this issue. Tell me what is the right rate of interest if i paid within 1 year,
      -- i also talk to customer care bank of baroda, he is saying that gramin bank record not show online so you talk to RBI care.
      If you don, t solve my problem i will submit RTI against your bank.
      We are customer of your bank last 10 years.

        Dear sir, i have recharged from your debit card at paytm but the recharge was not successful but my balance was deducted. i complained at paytm but i was replied that he did not recieve the balance from bob. i contact toll free no of bob but the executive was not receiving the phone. i am helpless what to do and what not to do. please provide me some information for furthur processor or help me to get my deducted balance.

        Now they are saying ask your bank to refund the amount.

          I book online gas refill on 4 Feb to indane gas agency.the bill generated 684.97 rupeeswith bank charges. and your bank deducted 699.01 rupees. Government appreciate for cash less . Your bank deducted 15 more rupees.please refund me extra transection charges. thank you. Also I filled petrol from shell petrol pump worth 500 rupees.and your bank deducted 514.25 rupees.on 6 Feb.

            While doing a transaction from bank of Baroda atm situated ata dharampeth Nagpur, the 1st Transaction of rupees 1500 was successfull. Then I went for another transaction but this time with withdrawal of cash the atm got our of service. Thw amount was deducted but not yet refunded after about a month happened.. I went to contact the branch manager he said it will be refunded 24 hours afterwards. But it didn't ... Now about a month has gone.. what to do..??

            but yr branch manager said "" this schem was closed at 31 december.
            and now u get only Rs.24000 one week.
            but reseev bank ban is running today and thats way i have widhrowl Rs.2.50 lakh today purpose of marraiege.

I have account in Bank of Baroda, Asilmetta, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh, Hotel Sarovar Lane, Rednam Estate, 1st Lane, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam, Pin-530016, Email:[protected]@bankofbaroda.com, Tel:[protected], Fax:2754797. In my account after Last Transaction my balance on 31/12/2016 rupees 1013-00/- then my salary 8648.00/- rupees credited. But I went ATM for money withdrawal purpose and checked my ATM. Money deducted position immediately went to Bank of Baroda mother Branch office but they are told cash drawn misused from Paytm 9000.00/- rupees and 500.00/- rupees and 200.00/- rupees mobikwik others on 6/01/217. Actually I am Illiterate i dont know net banking and others. No response from Bank of Baroda Employees(office). How to recovery my deduction money. Complaint also submitted Cyber Police Station. Please Kindly give me your valuable feedback and solve my problem. If you want i will attach bank book copies also.

                  Dear sir,

                  I am a regular saving bank account holder of your bank. This is to inform you that on 07/02/2017 I have utilized & swapped my debit card against payment of fuel payment of Rs.200/- & Petrol pump has also issued me a receipt of Rs.200/- but I received a message from BOB that Rs 205.7/- are debited. (i.e SWAP CHARGES OF Rs.5.70).

                  After seeing this I stopped paying through my BOB card, as If I might have done some big amount transaction then it would be my loss.

                  If this is done on regular basis then we have to think about this account.

                  Please explain what happened in this transaction? and please refund me the bank charges wrongly deducted for the said transaction.

                      Passbook is not issued even after 1 month

                      Maujpur Branch (Delhi-110053) of Bank of Baroda has sent the letter of account opening in 12 days (account opening request was raised on 10 January, 2017). But the are neither issuing a passbook nor they are addressing the customer for how to proceed. The answer is very simple that the machine is not working. They are repeating the same from 30th January, 2017. It is now a month since I raised the account opening request but could not operate...

                      I Janhwi Kumar Shukla have S/B account for pension ([protected]) in Bank Of Baroda of Branch Semari- Raebareli UP 229211. I am retired from Indian Navy (PPO No is 09/97/B/S/00721/2004)and I have submitted life certificate in same branch on 28 Nov 2016 ( Receiving has not been given to me as usual alike every time) my pension for the month of Jan-2017 has not been remitted in my account. Now a days I am in Noida and I have visited the Sec-62 BOB then I got to know that my Life Certificate has not been updated and resulted to stop my pension. On 02 Feb 2017 I have again submitted Life certificate in Noida Sec-62 Branch and same time I have submitted digital Jivan Praman also. Please get the my pension release on priority.

                      Note:- 1. Why Bank haven't given me alert alike loan and insufficient balance, while bank is charging for it.
                      2. Instruct Bank to make the habit to give a receiving for any application ( Not giving receiving is making the escape easy from any ambiguity.
                      3 I have lost my Debit card in the month of Oct 2016 and blocked the same with help of customer care and requested for new debit card, but no debit card have been issued us till date.

                          Hello
                          I swiped my Debit card twice to pay to the merchant Heritage Foods Ltd, at Sivam Road, Hyderabad. Both times Transaction failed. I requested the Cashier to verify transaction approved or failed, he did not oblige. I paid cash and took delivery of the purchased articles worth Rs.415.00

                          I found those two debit entries corresponding to the two failed transactions in my account which, a few minutes later, I accessed from a near by ATM. I want that money back into my Bank of Baroda Savings Bank Account bearing Number [protected] as the merchant seems to have used a defective Swiping Machine.

                                Bank of baroda deducted Rs 1439 while i purchased Rs 1400 on petrol pump on 3feb2017. while no information given to me about deduction previously by petrol pump and bank of baroda.

                                  I had an online payment to AMU for test through net banking on 2/2/2017 but the same was not successful. so, the amount of rs. 460/- was debited from my SB account no.                                     My name tarun kumar my mobile no [protected]. I paid electric bill but failed and no refund. my BOB AC. [protected] on 06 december 2016. The amount debited to my BOB bank account but not credited to my Paytm wallet. I have sent many emails to but nothing done. I also enclosed copies of bank passbook. even after more than 16 days the amount not credited to paytm wallet or to my bank.

                                      The bank staff in the bank of baroda in kolar branch are very rude and do not co-operate with customers. Also most of them do not speak native language and cause trouble for lot of customers. Most of the customers are from villages and the way they treat us is very inhuman. They speak either English or Telugu which most people do not know. Please someone look into this and put staff who can provide services in our native language which is KANNADA. This holds good for any branch. Whichever state it is please provide services in native language.
