I have applied for the Debit card for my account at BankOfBaroda, branched at Varadharajapuram, Coimbatore on December14, 2021.

I have not received it yet. The employee at the bank said the card will be received in 2 months from the date of request(Dec14, 2021) and now it has been more than 2 months and still not yet received the card.

    I am an employee of Bank of Baroda Employee ID is 117110, regarding the above mentioned claim ID i have talked to your executive many times and raised my issues through my email id but still my problem is unresolved.. I humbly request you to go through the recordings and emails so that you understand my pain.. Mr.Anand I don't know who he is such a liar ofcourse others also who usually say from may be the script I don't know till TAT has been breached twice even then still my claim has been not yet settled.. Such a horrible and worst service i have never experienced before I don't what to say about this service.. please take it very serious and help the people when people like me are going through hard and tough situations both financially and mentally in this deep crisis..

            Unauthorised debit of MMS charge from my savings account

            My account has been debited with an amount of ₹ 118, on the date of[protected] with the narration of MMS recharge, I have contacted and registered a complaint multiple times regarding this matter, no valid reply was received from the bank want to know the reason for this charge and also want the refund as soon as possible....

            My debit card got expired on 12/2021, It is been more than one month (Today[protected], the new debit reissued did not get dispatched to my address.

                I would like to inform you that I had made a payment towards my BOB Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 11000/- on 21 January 2022 with Order ID-8L0XEQPRGJWZ. and UTR - N[protected]
                CRED informed me that your payment towards BOB Credit Card successful and it will reflect in your Credit Card payment status by 25 January 2022 . But still my BOB Credit Card payment not recieved. I informed BOB team 2-3 times at there mail, but they didnt reply back. Today 8 February 2022 BOB already 14 days late towards my payment and simply doing my mentally harrassment . Please take an appropriate action against BoB Financial

                    Greetings of the day...

                    As you know well aware your system and in every email you are receiving already copy, on dt 21/12/2021 replying in email in regard of [protected]@rbi.org.in, already you have read all the previous complaints details in attached excel sheet (Documents of Manoj Kumar Dubey, which was provided by your bank to me), and all the complaints are closed in month of November 2020, without any concrete solutions. As Bank having no proper interest to solve the customer issue.

                    You are chief Manager in Banking, I am also Chief Manager in cement Industry, if in place of me, your money withdrawn by unauthorized means, you can Clarify to himself as I am standing in front of you people.

                    On dt18/02/2021your insurance company had been paid to me INR 50000/- against the fraudent transactions of dt 13/11/2020 to 14/11/2020, as on stating that, if hot listing of debit card would have been on 15th November 2020 Or before itself, further loss on 15th November could have been avoided (Branch letter ref. BOB/INDKAT/MISC/20-21/134)

                    Sir, I had been done debit card transactions of amount INR 10000/-on dt 12/11/2020, so how could have been hot listed this debit card, as card was functioning properly and no any issue came since 2017, as you know very well, I am also head of dept level person and know all safety and terms conditions of the debit card, so that how can hot listed the debit cards between 13/11/2020 to 17/11/2020 any date whether it may be13th, 14th Or 15th, 16th November 2020.

                    Is I was dreaming that unauthorized transactions can be occurred by the debit card in my account?. In which respect bank charge SMS facility and debit card maintenance, as soon as I was received message after transacting of 25000/-on dt17/11/2020. immidiately reached the branch acknowledged with transactions which would have been occurred on dt13/11 to 17/11/2020 and in between not a single message received as well as FIR launched, so how can hot listed the debit card on or before 15thNovember2020(Asked to your insurance companies and if you are unable send details of agency, I will fight with them)
                    As I had already suggested that since starting to incorporate email id, whenever any types transactions had been occurred, immediately email received to customer, as kotak and axis bank already implemented and receiving messages as well as emails both. In this system, if message servers escape the messages by any system error, same time email server will generate the occurred transactions e-mail and you and I can alert and immidiately hot listed the debit card.

                    This happen good for me as soon as received message on 17November, immidiately check the all transactions in connect aap and net banking and hot listed the debit card in 17/11/2020 and saved my hard hand earned money 71000/-otherwise it had gone up to 20/11/2020.Already bank has kept to itself a safer side, customes will care their own money . You can relise with putting your hand in your soul center of the both eyes👀, how you and your concerns are doing justice, just throwing ball here and there.

                    In this regards, I have written more then 75emails, tweets and Facebook message, actually my aim is not to heart anyone, because every soul in this universe is respectable, as a small corona virus🦠😷 is dancing to us. This is the situation of our outer body which is dancing💃 in name and fame.

                    All the PDFs and text, excel files are attached for your reference and may please requested to you for your need full action in this Regards ASAP.

                        My refund has been back to Bank - Theni have initiated call as given customer.. Never able to connect on this number. I have tried to contact person on calls and WhatsApp they never revert back they are keep on holiday. I have sent email also .. No revert back on this.. Now they are created huge penalties on due amount and threatening calls Keep coming

                          I am shashwat Verma and i have opened my saving account on 4 jan 2021 in bank of baroda naka muzffra - Ayodhya, faizabad, uttar pradesh 224001. So far i have not received my welcome kit, pass book, check book, atm card etc. When i went to the branch they had not given me any satisfactory answer. Due to this i am facing a lot of problem. Please take strict action against the branch and provide me all the things....

                          For a lower middle man his single coin is valuable, when i decided to deposit it into bank they first forwarded me somewhere which was surely not cash counter. Then they said that we can deposit only 100coin a day in an account which is truly strange. When i have showed him the statement of RBI the denied it too saying it's the policy of the bank and misbehaved and too too long to do our work. Please do concern over it

                              118 rs deduction 5 times from my account stating mmsregcharge

                              Rs 118 has been deducted 5 times from my account in bank of baroda. I have not authorized this deduction. I have neither received an otp for the same or made any transactions....

                                  I had registered a complaint with bank of Baroda on 01/12/2021. The complaint was regarding a transaction issue. I had used my atm card in a mall but the money was debited from my account but was not credited to the retailer. I had raised the complain with the bank and they also accepted my concern n told me that my complaint id will be resolved latest by 25/01/22.

                                  the transaction dispute amounts to 3303/ but on repeated calling the customer care of BOB .. my concern is not resolved.

                                  plz look into the matter .
