      Worst internet banking facility in bob

      I have account at perundurai branch, erode, tn. I am unable to do my rtgs transaction for past 2 week. I didn't see this kind of worst internet banking service in my life. Plz take action as soon as possible to rectify internet banking facility. I applied for cheque book. That too taking lot of time to get. I have no words to convey my angry and disappointment with this poor servicing bank. Plz understand my consent and tk immediate action...

      Hi,
      I am uttam kumar, i am working at gurgaon in a mnc and my parents residing in nearby nirmal nagar vill (Uttrakhand), two years back my father had opened a saving account in this branch, my parents are not so sound about the banking transaction, they only go to bank once required the money but every time they informed me about the behavior of the bob employee, when they go to bank to withdraw money they have to spent at least 3-4hours in bank, bank employee's are enjoying, loughing into the cabin and customer's are waiting in the que, my father is visiting last two months to change the name sapling, finally i have visited 31/12/2016, i also watched the exact negligency of bank of employee and they also send me back after without any solution, i think name sapling changing is not bit task of them but they don't bother,

        I have entered wrong mpin in no. Of times an for that reason my mobile banking is deactivated/blocked and the message display is like "your account has been deactivated/blocked". How can i resolve this error and re-activated my m banking.

            My atm card is blocked for more than 5 days.Last time I was withdrawing the money and in the receipt it came unauthorized card usage.I contacted to the branch also. But they said like may be I used the wrong pin. But it is wrong. I know my pin correctly. So please unblock my atm as, fast as possible.

                i have applied for my debit card on phone and they are saying that u will receive your debit card at ur home branch.. may i know that this is the digital india and cashless india going to be, i m staying in delhi from last 6 month so for any banking complaint and facility i have to rush to surat (gujarat) at my home branch...

                i got my internet banking blocked .. so phone banking officer is saying that u have to go to ur home branch for unlocking ur account ..
                so may i know that if for every sollution i have to go to base branch why internet banking is aplicable... why u dont discontinue all this facilites and save public money..

                i m very much frustred by your services

                even home branch people is not picking up the phone

                dont know what to do

                going to open account in another private bank ratherthan having account in government bank

                and will tell everybody that please open account in private bank

                because our govenment banks are for their employees not for the customers and people

                government is wasting our money on you people

                    This is in reference to my mutiple visits to bob dwarka sector 12 branch.i visited the branch many times and surprised see the working conditions. To my surprise it is shocking that such a aggressive bank can't afford token system or que manager as such i have to keep waiting in crowd without any turn wise system. Its all like anyone can come first.. Fully hassled public dealing.i had to wait for 20 min to get my turn and when my turn came the person standing next to me comfortably listened my bank queries because of total mismanagement. Another shock i would like to bring to the notice of lethargic and callous attitude of one of the very senior banker SK GOEL. Surprise to know that BABUS still exists in banks who come to bank for sleeping. I wonder there is no one to watch him or there is still no means in banking scenario to monitor ones work. Seeing a bank employee sleeping during rush hours harass general public and gives a poor reputation of bank and its employees. I went to bank for my housing loan but such a indifferent approach of mr goel made my thinking true that Babus still exists in banking scenario... He insulted me because he was feeling sleepy.. He kept me waiting because he was feeling hungry before lunch timings he harassed me because i asked him for my housing loan for which he was indifferent. My humble request to the bank is please keep watch over such employees or put them in back office where there is no work so that such babus can really enjoy their eating and sleeping activity and general public should not get harassment.

                      I Keyur Panchal, Current Customer of Bank Of Baroda, Facing some Unsetisfied Services.

                      1. Every time whne i use Net Banking / Mobile Banking, They are not accepting may ID / Password ( Which are given by Bank only ), & after some trail they blocked my Account. I'm Facing this problem 4th-5th Time.

                      2. I 've Account in Vadodara City, And i'm Living in Ahmedabad.
                      So, whenever i need help of BOB, they ask me to go Vadodara everytime.
                      Even here i'm not Getting Answer Properly.

                      3. They Asked me to compain on BOB website, i did, but as usual, there is no any effact on them.

                      This is last time i'm complaining. Next time i'll go to Consumer Court.

Sir I and lot people apply these posts through citrus web service, transaction failure and money will not refund. I contact both the web services provider and bank also they will not react sir. Please interferes these topic and solve the as early as possible. Sir I lose 200+service charge and my friend lose 400+service charge.lot o[censored]nemployed people apply these post lot of people lose her money sir please take about merchant. Thanking you sir .

                                Sir,
                                The bank officials at Bank of Baroda, B. T. Road Branch. Address 3476, B. T. Road, Kolkata 700090. is asking Rs. 1000 to open the Jan Dhan Yojana Account. They are saying that if I don't deposit Rs. 1000 thay will not open the account. But as far as I know that Jan Dhan Yojana Account does not need money to open the account, because opening such account is free. Please help me in this matter. If at all the bord requires any proof I can even record a video of it but recording video in the bank premises is not allowed.

                                A person from Bank of Baroda called me yesterday at around 8:20 PM IST and he asked me if I can link any account and offered me to open it online so I said that I was out station and that I will have Internet access today. So I tried to reach him on the number that he called me from but it keeps diverting to some other number which ultimately says "Please Check The Number". I have since then tried to reach all the numbers offered to me but no one is receiving the call and some Wrong Numbers.
                                I told him that I will be ready to open the Jan Dhan Yojana Account today but no response from them as of yet.

                                Please help me with this. I am really frustrated.

                                  i have deposited a cheque no-193395 having amount of rs.9185 in your bank.
                                  But stil i do not get any amount credited in my account.
                                  I have visited your esteemeed branch and complained to your executive. But i did not get any satisfactory reply from them.
                                  It is my request to you that please take some fast steps to resolve my problem.

                                      I requested to open new NRI account in malout branch with net banking, debit card and check book . It's nearly month now but haven't got any response yet and been to bank 4-5 times, staff seems to be useless and they dont care about customers and been to bank manager he always seems to be busy on his mobile talking to his relatives.serive is useless there .                                       when i visited to nearest branch they gave me tracking number but tracking number is incoreect showing in indian post tracking...please help me out..
